Abstract

Abstract : Development of more advanced technology and rapid effect on the sales system that is still current or conventional yet still simple to use computer technology switch to using more modern computer systems and have a more adequate competitiveness. With the transfer of a computer system administrator is expected to facilitate the processing of data. Based on observations and interviews, a information system affects many aspects, including business and sales are usually sales are still conventional systems generally only use books and notes. So from a permsalahan the Sales Information System created by using a computer program more effective. Therefore, the authors will design a Sales Information System as an object of practical work. With the Design of Information Systems is expected to help the admin in theprocessing of transaction data are more accurate. Keywords: Design, Information Systems, Sales Abstraksi : Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju dan pesat akan berpengaruh pada sistem penjualan saat ini masih sederhana atau konvensional belum menggunakan teknologi komputer beralih menggunakan sistem komputer yang lebih modern dan mempunyai daya saing yang lebih memadai. Dengan berpindahnya menggunakan sistem komputer diharapkan mampu memudahkan admin dalam pengolahan data. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara, adanya Sistem Informasi mempengaruhi berbagai aspek, termasuk aspek bisnis penjualan yang biasanya sistem penjualannya masih konvensional yang umumnya hanya menggunakan pembukuan dan nota. Maka dari suatu permsalahan tersebut dibuatkan Sistem Informasi Penjualan dengan menggunakan program komputer yang lebih efektif. Oleh karena itu penulis akan merancang sebuah Sistem Informasi Penjualan sebagai obyek kerja praktik. Dengan adanya Perancangan Sistem Informasi tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu admin dalam proses pengolahan data transaksi yang lebih akurat. Kata Kunci :Perancangan, Sistem Informasi, Penjualan

Abstract

Abstrack : Developments in information technology co-evolve along with the development of human civilization. The development of information technology is very helpful, one of which is the internet. Use of the Internet has evolved into a means of education a fast, effective and accurate. Submission of information is not restricted to the general public to avail the facility of website technology. Vocational School Pembangunan Nusantara Gabus Grobogan (Vocational School PEMNUS GABUS) is one school that was founded in 2008, which still requires a means of conveying information technology website for more extensive information, Vocational School PEMNUS GABUS is one of the educational institutions that do not yet have a website. In conveying information to students, staff, teachers and the general public to find information about the Vocational School PEMNUS GABUS is still conventional, is still using banners/billboards, brochures, billboards, in this way so that the delivery of information is limited, it is not cost-effective, time and effort. For that needs to made the website as a means of delivering information to the school and wider community about the Vocational School PEMNUS GABUS. This study will use the method of literature, observation, interviews, design, manufacturing, testing, and implementation. The design of this website only covers the school's profile. The expected outcome of this research is website Vocational School PEMNUS GABUS, which is able to provide information effectively and efficiently. Keywords : Information technology, Vocational School (SMK) PEMNUS GABUS. Abstrak : Perkembangan teknologi informasi turut berkembang sejalan dengan perkembangan peradaban manusia. Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat membantu, salah satunya adalah internet. Penggunaan internet telah berkembang menjadi sebuah sarana pendidikan yang cepat, efektif dan akurat. Penyampaian informasi tak terbatas kepada masyarakat umum dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas teknologi website. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pembangunan Nusantara Gabus Grobogan (SMK PEMNUS GABUS) merupakan salah satu sekolah yang didirikan pada tahun 2008, yang masih membutuhkan sarana teknologi informasi website untuk menyampaikan informasi lebih luas, SMK PEMNUS GABUS adalah salah satu instansi pendidikan yang belum memiliki website. Dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada siswa, staff, guru, dan masyarakat umum untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai SMK PEMNUS GABUS masih bersifat konvesional, yaitu masih menggunakan spanduk/baliho, brosur, papan pengumuman, dengan cara seperti ini sehingga penyampaian informasi terbatas, tidak efektif dalam segi biaya, waktu dan tenaga. Untuk itu perlu dibuatnya website sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi kepada warga sekolah maupun masyarakat luas mengenai SMK PEMNUS GABUS.. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara, perancangan, pembuatan, uji coba, dan implementasi. Perancangan website ini hanya mencangkup profil sekolah. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini berupa website SMK PEMNUS GABUS, yang mampu memberikan informasi secara efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci : Teknologi informasi, SMK PEMNUS GABUS

Abstract

Gynura procumbens (Lour) Merr., empirically, used to prevent cancer development and has been proven to be able to suppress lung cancer development. The aim of this research is to examine the potential of ethanolic extract of G. procumbens to suppress DMBA-induced breast cancer development. Sprague Dawly Rats were used in this research and were grouped as indicated treatment. Ethanolic extract of G. procumbens was administered into 3 levels of doses, namely 250, 500, and 750 mg/kgBW. Tumor development was examined by palpation every week and terminated at week 16th after the end of DMBA treatment. The result showed that extract treatment at the dose of 250, 500, and 750 mg/kgBW reduced tumor incidence by 60%, 30 %, and 20 % respectively. The doses of 500 and 750 mg/kgBW exhibited strong suppression of tumor multiplicity, where as the dose of 250 performed less potential suppression. In conclusion, ethanolic extract of G. procumbens performs chemopreventive effect to suppress breast cancer development at the dose of 250 mg/kgBW.Key words : chemopreventive, Gynura procumbens (Lour) Merr, breast cancer.

Abstract

The compound 2,5-bis-(4’-hydroxy-3’-methoxybenzilidin) cyclopentanone or Pentagamavunon-0 (PGV-0) as the new anti-inflamatory drug candidate, is one of curcumin structure modification. Identification of metabolites in faeces could be strengthen the whole information about biotransformation of drug and could be use for studying on PGV-0 metabolites which are excreted through bile. Male Sprague Dawley derived rats were used in all experiments. PGV-0 was given intravenously using dose at 40 mg/kg BB. Then the faeces callected after 24 and 48 hours. The metabolite investigation devided into two parts, etil acetate fraction and water fraction, of faeces. The faeces which is excreted after 24 hours, found was more-polar metabolite according to PGV-0; it has shoft-yellow flourencese and having Rf value = 0,48 on TLC, using silica gel F254 as the stationary phase and etil acetate as the mobile phase. No PGV-0 glucuronide and sulfate metabolites were detectable in faeces, which are excreted on 24 or 48 hours.Key words : Pentagamavunon-0, biotransformation, intravenous, faeces

Abstract

Cytochrome  P-450  as  a  major  component  enzyme  system  in  drug metabolism. Activity  enzyme  of  cytochrome  P-450  was  influenced  by  internal and external factors. Vegetables of Brassicaceae such as cauli flower were often consumed  in  the  long  term,  its   has  inductor  activity  of  oxidation  enzyme systems and conjugation reactions. Theophylline as a bronchodilator drugs have the unknown effects on hepatic microsomal enzyme, such as cytochrome P-450 and   have  not  been  many  studies  that  tried  to  prove  it.  The  purpose  of  this study  was  to  prove  the  effects  of Cauliflower  and  indol  on  level  cytochrome  P-450  enzyme.  90  rats  were  divided  into  3  groups.  Group   I,  were  given Theophylline  20  mg/kg  BW.  In  group  II  30  rats  were  treated  with  indole  1,2; 2,4; 3,6 mg/kg BW, and group III 30 rats were treated with cauliflower extract respectively  doses  100,  200,  300  g/kg  BW.  Each  dose  was  given  on  10  rats, each group were divided 2 sub-groups were treated for 5, 10 days. On the last day  of  treatment  were  given  Theophylline  20  mg/kg  BW.   Cytochrome  P-450 enzyme  levels  were  determined  by  the  method  of  Omura  and  Sato(Snell,  and Mullock,1987). An induction cauliflower and indole did not increased levels of hepatic  cytochrome  P-450.  The  long  treatment  and  the   increased  of administered  dose  did  not  enhanced  the  levels  of  hepatic  cytochrome  P-450 enzyme. cauliflower and indole contained in vegetables when consumed together with theophylline drug, would not affect the metabolism of theophyllineKey words: Cauli flower, cytochrome P-450, theophylline, indole, spectrofotometric.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine how much of the influence Third Party Fund to Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk in the periods of 2009 – 2016. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is observations, interviews, and literature study. The analysis technique used is data correlation coefficient analysis pearson product moment, and coefficient of determination. Based on the result obtained correlation pearson product moment of -0,753 with significance level of 0,031 which means strong and negative influence, the value of determination coefficient of 0,567 which means the influence of third party fund to Return On Equity (ROE) of 56,7% while 43,3% influenced by other factors not examined. The problem which were found from research conducted such as: there was declined a considerable of deposits in 2016 ,for Rp13.199.420,00, the number of customers who have problems in fulfilling the obligations caused less selective and meticulous in analyzing the debtors. The suggestions from the writer are : 1) Perform server maintenance regularly so as not to interfere with disbursement, payment, and credit repayment, 2) More consideration the ability of customers in fulfilling the obligations to reduce credit risk.
