Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of motivation, competence,leadership, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Herculon Carpet Semarang.The samples were obtained by purposive sampling method, and selected 78 respondents as asample. The analysis of data used multiple linear regression analysis which passed the classicalassumption test, multikolonierity test, autocorrelation test, heterokedastisity test, and normalitytest. In the test the coefficient of determination, the amount of adjusted R2 was 0.659, meaningthat 65.9% of the variation in changes in performance was influenced by the variable ofmotivation, competence, leadership, and work environment. While the remaining 34.1% wasinfluenced by other factors beyond the research model.In simultaneous significance test F (Ftest), f value 34.993 > F table 3.13. This means that the variable of motivation, competence,leadership, and working simultaneously had significant influence on employee performance. Inthe partial significance test (t test), motivation variable significantly influenced the performanceof employees with t value 5.589 > t table 1.9930. For variable of competence, t value -0.074 < tchart 1.9930, which means the variable of competence had no significant influence on employeeperformance. For the variable of leadership, t value 3.489 > t table at 1.9930 which means thatvariable of leadership had a significant influence on employee performance. As for the workenvironment variable, t value 1.725 < t chart 1.9930, which means that work environmentvariable had no significant influence on employee performance.Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Leadership, and work environment; employee performance

Abstract

The main fokus of this research was to find out the effect of motivation and ability on employee’s performance at PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan Office of Central Java Province. The respondents in this study were all employees there were 25 employees. Statistic analysis that used to test the hypothesis was multiple linier regression, and to be counted with SPSS for Window program. Due to the study, it was found that there were significant positif effects of ability and motivation on employee’s performance at PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan Office of Central Java Province. So it is important to improve ability and motivation in order to improve employee’s performance.Keyword: Ability, Motivation, Employee’s Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence purchasingdecisions of outfits sold at “Mint” in Counter Java Mall Semarang. This study used the datatype of the subject. In this case the subject of the research was the customer of counter“Mint” Java Mall Semarang. This study used the method of sample selection for this type ofnon-probability sampling with purposive sampling (judgement sampling), which means thetype of sampling selection is not random of which the information obtained by using specificconsideration, namely for respondents who make purchasing at least 3 times. The number ofsamples was 100 people. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression.The results showed that the culture influenced purchasing decisions, small reference groupinfluenced purchasing decisions, family had influence on purchasing decisions, experiencedid not have influence on purchasing decisions, personality did not influence purchasedecisions, self concept had no influence on purchasing decisions. While simultaneouslyculture, social class, small reference group, family, experience, personality, attitudes andbeliefs, and self concept influenced purchasing decisions.Keywords: culture, social class, small reference group, family, experience, personality,attitudes and beliefs, and self concept

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that influenced customer satisfaction atUD. Pandan Wangi. This study used the subject data. In this case the subject of the research wasthe UD. Pandan Wangi customers. This study used the method of sample selection ofnonprobability sampling. with purpose sampling, especially consideration (judjement sampling)which means that the type of sample selection was not random of which the information wasobtained by using a certain consideration that mean the respondent had made a purchaseminimum of three times. The number of samples was taken as many as 100 people. The dataanalysis technique was multiple linear regression. The result showed that the quality of theproduct didn’t influence the customer satisfaction rates, price didn’t influence the customersatisfaction, service quality influenced customer satisfaction, emotional factor didn’t influencethe customer satisfaction, the cost and ease influenced the customer satisfaction. Whilesimultaneously the product quality, price, service quality, emotional factor, and the cost and easeinfluenced customer satisfaction.Keywords: product quality, price, service quality, emotional factor, the cost and easePENDAHULUAN

Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved in this research was todetermine how much of influence individual factors, social factors and the main factorsin the work together on job satisfaction of administrative employees of IKIP PGRISemarang.The results showed that individual factors (X1) had a positive and significantinfluence on job satisfaction (Y). This was evidenced by the results of regression analysisthat demonstrated the value of [tvalue (Sig.) = 0.036] <0.05. Social factors (X2) had apositive and significant impact on job satisfaction (Y). This was evidenced by the resultsof regression analysis that demonstrate the value of [tvalue (Sig.) = 0.001] <0.05. A mainfactor in employment (X3) had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Y).This was evidenced by the results of regression analysis that demonstrated of the value[tvalue (Sig.) = 0.005] <0.05.Based on the results of this study concluded that individualfactors (X1), social factors (X2) and a main factor in the work (X3) either partially orsimultaneously had significant influence on job satisfaction (Y)Keywords: Individual Factor, Social Factor, Main Factor in the jo,Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of financialfactors, physical factors, social factors and psychological factors on employeesatisfaction of Pharmacy school "pharmaceutical FOUNDATION" Semarang. Thepopulation in this study was employees including lecturers and staff at the School ofPharmacy "pharmaceutical FOUNDATION" Semarang which was also the sample as 94people. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression. The results showed thatthere was a significant influence either partially or simultaneously of financial factors,physical factors, social factors and psychological factors on employee satisfaction ofschool Pharmacy "pharmaceutical FOUNDATION" Semarang. The coefficient ofdetermination of the four independent variables 45.2% means that the variation of thefour independent variables in explaining job satisfaction was 45.2%, while the rest(100% - 45.2%) = 54.8% was explained by other variables not mentioned in this study.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Financial, Physical, Social , Psychological.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the influence of individual factor,social factor and primary factor of work towards job satisfaction at PT IndosatSemarang. The population in this research was the entire employees, they were 110employees at PT Indosat Semarang. The samples were 52 respondents. The techniquesampling used in this research was purposive sampling judgement. The analysis tool usedin this research was multiple linear regression, which was firstly examined by validityand reliabilities test. The research result showed that the individual factor influenced theemployee’s job satisfaction at PT Indosat Semarang, the social factor influenced theemployee’s job satisfaction at PT Indosat Semarang. The primary factor influenced jobsatisfaction at PT Indosat Semarang. The individual factor, social factor and primaryfactor of work simultaneously influenced employee’s job satisfaction at PT IndosatSemarang.Keywords : Individual factor, social factor and primary factor of work towards work jobsatisfaction

Abstract

Technology development and operator increase as PT Telkom competitors make scope of market and customers fewer in number because of customers inloyalty. In accordance with this background, the research was made to find out the case of Flexi product’s decline. To maintain customers, we need to create our customers loyalty by improving our quality of service, quality of product and price. Improvement of those qualities and price will influence our customers satisfaction. And in the end, it will increase our customers loyalty. Key words : quality of service, quality of product, price, customer’s satisfaction, customer’s loyalty.
