Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan pembinaan yang dilakukan kepala TK terhadap disiplin guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran di Taman Kanak-kanak Kanisius Pontianak Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode diskriptif pedekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan: (1) Kepala Taman Kanak-kanak memberikan arahan dan penjelasan kepada guru di Taman Kanak-kanak Kanisius Pontianak Utara tentang penyusunan PROTA, PROMES, RKM dan RKH, (2) setiap guru wajib melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai dengan RKH, Kepala Taman Kanak-kanak meninjau, memantau, dan memberikan penilaian terhadap kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, (3) Kepala Taman Kanak-kanak Kanisius Pontianak Utara memberikan himbauan, bimbingan dan penghargaan kepada guru mengenai evaluasi pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan, dan (4)Teknik pembinaan yang dilakukan kepala TK Kanisius Pontianak Utara melalui beberapa kegiatan seperti seminar, KKG, kunjungan kelas, dan pertemuan pribadi. Kata kunci : Pembinaan Kepala TK, Disiplin Guru TK Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the coaching is done on the kindergarten head teacher discipline in planning learning in kindergarten Canisius North Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive method qualitative approach. Based on the results, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The head of kindergarten provides guidance and explanation to teachers in kindergarten Canisius North Pontianak on the preparation of PROTA, PROMES, RKM and RKH, (2) every teacher is required to conduct learning in accordance with RKH, head of kindergarten review, monitor, and provide an assessment of the teacher's performance in carrying out its duties, (3) the Head of kindergarten Canisius North Pontianak provide an appeal, guidance and appreciation to teachers regarding the evaluation of learning that have been implemented, and (4) did the head coaching technique Canisius North Pontianak kindergarten through several activities such as seminars, KKG, classroom visits, and personal meetings expected to make a schedule for teachers to follow the discipline of coaching activities.
