Abstract

The research studied about the arrangement of confiscated goods and country?s sweeping at Rupbasan klas 1 in Bandar Lampung. The research used normative empirical approach. The result of research indicated that the rule of the arrangement of county?s confiscated and sweeping goods started from the acception at Rupbansan, then it was noted in registration book, then, it was done a research such as to investigate, examine, and estimate the goods by a researcher. Finally, it was done storage and maintenance.

Abstract

The reseach is to study about the evaluation of government staff activities in bandar lampung city. The research metodology is normative juridiction and empirical juridiction. The result of research indicates that the government of bandar lampung city had productive human resource and it is hoped to give optimal contribution in the implememntation of regional goferentment. The government staff activities are well nowdays. there are six factors which influence the government staff activities such as the best model, job distribution, the objectivity of building government appliance, conducting reward/punishment, and specific skills (computer and english).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana eksistensi komisi konstitusi independen dalam melakukan perubahan undang-undang dasar tahun 1945. berdasarkan studi keputusan diperoleh simpulan bahwa perubahan UUD 1945 masih dilakukan oleh MPR dan kinerja komisi konstitusi bentukan MPR hanya sebatas memberikan rekomendasi yang tidak mengikat bagi MPR dalam melakukan perubahan UUD 1945.

Pupose of research is to analyze Lampung Pro vince Local Regulation Nomor 4/ 1992 regarding position of contribution revenue from thrid party to province local linancial. Result l this research showed position of contribution reveue from thrid party to local  financial are as financial statein sence the revenue enter Lampung province local treasury. The lmplementation have been decided by making memorandum Understanding (MOU), and Then continueb dy making contract  or other agreement  or Preliminary contact among paties, finalized by Docision of Lampung Goversor.After than contributors directly deposit the contributions to province Treasury, in this case is Appointee Bank.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan desa merupakan salah satu proses penting dalam mewujudkan pembangunan desa yang bertanggung jawab dan berdaya saing. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kapasitas aparatur desa dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Aparatur Desa Sidosari Kecamatan Natar selama ini sudah mengetahui secara umum pengelolaan keuangan desa, namun secara khusus terkait kerangka regulasi dan pertanggungjawaban hukumnya belum paham. Sehingga dibutuhkan peningkatan kapasitas aparatur Desa Sidosari Kecamatan Natar dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kapasitas Aparatur Desa Sidosari Kecamatan Natar dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan desa, hal ini diketahui melalui hasil postest yang menunjukkan sebanyak 2 peserta atau 10% masih rendah, sedangkan 12 peserta atau 60% sedang dan 6 peserta atau 30% tinggi. Hal ini menandakan bahwa khalayak sasaran dari pengabdian ini mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan kapasitas terkait pengelolaan keuangan desa. Diharapkan dengan hasil ini pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Sidosari dapat menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

In the Working Committee Meeting of the Draft Law on Personal Data Protection, there was a proposal to establish an Independent Supervisory Authority in the protection of personal data. With the existence of an independent supervisory authority, it is hoped that it will create impartial and optimal independence in its supervision and enforcement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the urgency of the Independent Supervisory Authority in the protection of personal data and the ideal concept of the Independent Supervisory Authority in the protection of personal data in Indonesia based on comparisons in other countries. This study uses a normative legal research method using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a comparative approach. The results of this study indicate that the existence of an Independent Supervisory Authority in Indonesia in enforcing the protection of personal data is very important given the considerations of independence, adequacy, checks and balances, and socialization. Regarding the concept of establishing an Independent Supervisory Authority, there are two choices that can be made in Indonesia, namely by establishing it specifically as a separate institution, such as Hong Kong and South Korea, or embedding and adding to the authority of existing institutions such as in Singapore and the United States. With consideration of efficiency and effectiveness, in Indonesia this can be done by attaching an Independent Supervisory Authority with other related institutions such as the Information Commission with the obligation to change the existing institutional structure as an adjustment.

Abstract

The discussion about omnibus law in the formation of laws and regulations has become a continuing discourse to this day, this is because omnibus law has been implemented in Indonesia through the work copyright law contained in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. In its development, through the Constitutional Court Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 on the Formal Review of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, it is stated that the Job Creation Act is conditional. However, on one hand, the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 68 of 2021 regarding the Follow-up to the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 becomes a dilemma because in Indonesia regions must continue to follow the Job Creation Act and make adjustments to regional regulations on the follow-up to the existing law. The content material in the work copyright law is so diverse that it consists of eleven clusters and has changed, deleted and/or stipulated new arrangements for several provisions regulated in various laws, which have implications for the laws and regulations below them, including the regulations. On the other hand, some local government authorities have also experienced a shift through the law. The implications of the omnibus law regarding job creation on regional regulations include the deregulation of various regional regulations as a delegation of norms from higher regulations, and the responsibility of regional governments in harmonizing and synchronizing regional regulations in an effort to optimally implement autonomy and co-administration tasks.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan kaum millennial (kaum muda) sebagai cross cutting interpreters (kelompokyang mampu bertemu dan diterima oleh semua pemangku kepentingan pariwisata baik di internal desa wisata maupun dengan pihak eksternal, seperti wisatawan, pemerintah daerah, pihak swasta (investor) maupun kelompok kepentingan tertentu. Abstract

Political parties are the political suprastructure in a democratic country as a means for citizens to occupy political positions through general elections. The requirements for verifying political parties participating in an election are always contained in every election law making it difficult for political parties to pass verification as well as excluding several political parties that have met certain verification requirements so that they are immediately declared as participants in the next elections. This exception is not in accordance with several Constitutional Court Decisions which have the same substance which consistently declares unconstitutional, except for the Constitutional Court Decision Number 55/PUU-XVIII/2020. The research method used is normative juridical regarding laws and regulations, namely Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections, accompanied by comparative study of jurisprudence  Constitutional Court's decision regarding an application for judicial review of political party verification accompanied by literature studies. The research analysis uses a qualitative approach to understand more deeply the legal phenomena that occur and examines the substance to obtain specific conclusions on what is studied. That decision based on a discussion of this research is inconsistent because the arguments and materials of the 1945 Constitution used are different and the Constitutional Court is not required to use jurisprudence as a basis for consideration even though there are similarities in substance.
