Abstract

Yadnya Ceremony is a religious ceremony that frequently being held by Hindunese in Bali, which is an offering or a holy sacrifice to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa, to the Resis, to the Ancestors, to fellow humans, or to the Bhuta Kala. In this Yadnya Ceremony, many bantens and other ceremony requirement are used. But these days many people doesnt quite understand about bebantenan and the Yadnya Ceremony itself. This is caused by lack of information about bebantenan and Yadnya Ceremony that is quite hard to get. So it is needed to build a system for the people to make the information searching easier, one of the ways are building a Web based Bebantenan Information System about Yadnya Ceremony Practice. The designing of information system is done by modeling it using the tree structure model. Other than that, a modeling using normalitation technique also being used. The analysis that were being done are uploading the application to the internet, user interface analysis, data growth analysis, and system feasibility analysis. After the upload process, the application is being tested and it is running well. The data growth that occur is not too big because the bebantenan and yadnya ceremony data wont change significantly from time to time. So the application program thats being made still can run well and the people can easily gain information about bebantenan and yadnya ceremony where ever they are. Abstract

Researches on the implementation of information technology in Balinese culture and Hindu religion are still relatively rare, because Balinese culture is often perceived as “old fashioned” compared to information technology as something modern. In Hinduism, Yadnya ceremony is a religious ceremony when Hindus expressed gratitude to God, to fellow humans, to the resi, (priest/teacher), to the ancestors, and to Bhuta Kala. The implementation of Yadnya is usually accompanied with bebantenan (offerings) or upakara. Nowadays there are many Hindus, especially the younger generation who do not understand about bebantenan and Yadnya ceremony themselves. This is because information about bebantenan and Yadnya ceremony is relatively difficult to obtain. This paper proposes a multimedia based E-Upakara system or Bebantenan Information System that is a part of E-UpacaraYadnya System. Tree data structure is used to model the informations about data contained in bebantenan, and to illustrare the relations between bebantenan and Yadnya. The system can provide information related to the Yadnya ceremony such as the time the ceremony is held, the ceremony procedures, the bebantenan used during the ceremony, procedures of making bebantenan, videos, and pictures of banten.

Abstract

Bendesa Adat is the head of village whose job is to coordinate customary matters in the village he leads, for example, the piodalan ceremony and also the dewasa ayu, especially the dewasa ayu pengabenan of the village. Dewasa ayu is a great day in doing an activity that is believed by the people in Bali. Determination of dewasa ayu and also piodalan has the calculations in accordance with the Balinese Calendar such as calculation of wuku, sasih and also pengalantaka that is in the Balinese Calendar. Not everyone understands how to look for dewasa ayu and piodalan that will occur in the village. Bendesa Adat Notes Based on Android are made to make people know about piodalan and dewasa ayu and holidays in Bali. This application consists of three main informations, there are ceremony day information, dewasa ayu information and also piodalan information that has been tried out to the public and from the results of the trial 32% of the community said they were very satisfied, 54% said they were satisfied and 14% said enough satisfied.

Abstract

Hospitals with the work complexity level in it require an information system to help solve their problems. Each part of the hospital requires a different module. The module needs to integrate so that the data exchange flow becomes easier. The use of internet messengers, such as Telegram, can simplify the integration process required, thereby users can easily get information from the system. This article explained how to design bots on the Telegram platform to help users acquire information from the system easily. This Telegram Bot used the help of Cronjobs and Webhooks to retrieve information and execute messaging commands for the Telegram Bot. The results shown in this research were Telegram Bots designed to be tested using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) with very positive response results and are considered successful

Abstract

Bengkel kendaraan sebagai usaha layanan jasa yang banyak ditekuni oleh masyarakat kecil sebagai mata pencaharian utama. Saat perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat, masih banyak usaha bengkel kendaraan bermotor yang menerapkan tata Kelola secara konvensional. Tata kelola secara konvensional berisiko sangat rawan terjadi kehilangan dan kerusakan data yang menyebabkan kerugian pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan Sistem E-Bengkel terintegrasi berbasis web untuk memperbaiki tata kelola manual pada Bagian Front Office dan Bagian Layanan bengkel konvensional. Bagian Front Office pada bengkel merupakan bagian yang menangani proses pendaftaran pelanggan, penjualan spare part, dan check-in service. Bagian layanan pada bengkel merupakan bagian yang menangani proses penerimaan service dan pencatatan pengerjaan service kendaraan. Hasil dari sistem informasi manajemen ini yaitu berupa aplikasi berbasis web yang sesuai dengan proses bisnis Front Office dan layanan suatu bengkel kendaraan. Sistem ini menerapkan model Single Sign-On (SSO) sebagai model manajemen satu gerbang masuk untuk semua modul, manajemen session, serta manajemen semua hak akses pengguna. Model Multi-Channel Access (MCA) dipergunakan untuk memperkaya dan mempermudah akses informasi ke pemilik, pelanggan dan pegawai. Implementasi sistem berbasis komputer dengan Model SSO dan MCA diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pelayanan dan peluang bisnis dari Usaha Kecil Bengkel.

Abstract

Each year thousands of prospective students attend new student enrollment in universities, which each prospective student have determined the courses that wish to be studied in college. Most of prospective student choose the courses only based on the number of enthusiasts and wishes of parents, and are not based on their academic ability. The impact of this phenomenon is that many of the prospective students chosen to switch courses and not a few of them have been punished dropout. This problem can be solved through the creation of decision support system that has an ability to suggest suitable courses to be selected by the prospective student based on their academic ability. This decision support system solved the problem using the method of elimination et choix tranduit la realite which is presented in web-based application to raise the accessibility by the prospective student.

Abstract

Gamelan Bali merupakan alat musik tradisional yang menonjolkan metalofon, gambang, kendang, dan gong. Salah satu fungsi Gamelan Bali adalah untuk mengiringi upacara keagamaan khususnya di Bali. Selain itu Gamelan Bali juga memiliki kaitan erat dengan Budaya Bali lainnya seperti Tari Bali dan Kidung. Permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat saat ini yaitu disinformasi mengenai penggunaan Gamelan Bali dalam mengiringi Upacara Keagamaan, Tari Bali, dan Kidung. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibangun sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang terintegrasi antara Upacara Keagamaan, Gamelan Bali, Tari Bali dan Kidung. Untuk mendukung proses yang terjadi didalam sistem informasi tersebut, maka digunakanlah model Forest Tree yang merupakan pengembangan dari model Tree. Model Forest Tree digunakan karena banyaknya entitas, dan juga kasus unik dimana ada keterkaitan antara child dengan child dalam satu parent, dimana model Tree tidak bisa mengakomodir hal tersebut. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat untuk mengenal Gamelan Bali beserta kaitannya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan wawancara. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah model Forest Tree yang berdasarkan pengembangan dari dua Model Tree yaitu Gamelan Bali dan Upacara.

Abstract

Rabies is still a serious threat in the province of Bali. Because of that Bali need a good management system service that can process data and information to support the government to make decision for preventing rabies outbreak. Nowadays, data management still uses spreadsheet technology that oriented to attribute data. Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system that has the ability to process, analysis the process and analyzes spatial data or data with geographic coordinates. This article will discuss the implementation of GIS that show the spread of rabies in the province of Bali by using GeoServer as the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standards-compliant server to provide geospatial data via web services. These GIS application, supported by PostGIS database as storage and processing of spatial data and OpenLayers as an interface. Abstract

Notary is an official authorized to make an authentic deed regarding all deeds, agreements and stipulations required by a general rule. Activities carried out at the notary office such as recording client data and file data still use traditional systems that tend to be manual. The problem that occurs is the inefficiency in data processing and providing information to clients. Clients have difficulty getting information related to the progress of documents that are being taken care of at the notary's office. The client must take the time to arrive to the notary's office repeatedly to check the progress of the work of the document file. The purpose of this study is to facilitate clients in obtaining information about the progress of the work in progress, and make it easier for employees to process incoming documents by implementing an administrative system. This system was developed with the waterfall system development method and uses the Multi-Channel Access Technology integrated in the website to simplify the process of delivering information and requesting information from clients and to clients with Telegram and SMS Gateway. Clients will come to the office only when there is a notification from the system via Telegram or SMS notifying that the client must come directly to the notary's office, thus leading to an efficient time and avoiding excessive transportation costs. The overall functional system can function properly based on the results of alpha testing. The results of beta testing conducted by distributing the system feasibility test questionnaire to end users, get a percentage of 96% of users agree the system is feasible to be implemented.
