Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the tourist's perceptions about the culinary products which sold in the tourism area of Siak Sri Indrapura Palace and the factors which influence these perceptions. This research takes 100 tourists who visited Siak Sri Indrapura Palace as sample. Their perceptions are seen from the perceptions of price, quality and the perceived risk. This research used statistic description analysis techniques and used Likert scale with five alternative answers.The tourist’s perceptions about the culinary products are not so good. It is because there are some factors which make the tourist’s feel bad about the culinary product. For instance, the high price, poor services, etc. The main factors that influence these perceptions are the product appearances, the tourist’s experience, cultures, expectations and motives.Keywords : Perceptions, tourist, culinary product, perceptions of price, quality and the perceived risk.

Abstract

This research aimed about front office employee’s motivation at Resty Menara HotelPekanbaru. This research aims to: (1) to knows about front office employee’s motivation atResty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. (2) To know the multi ways to increase front officeemployee’s motivation at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru.The sample used in this research was 8 people. This research using descriptivemethods to examine the issues presented in this research.The results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on themotivation of the front office employee at Resty Menara Hotel pekanbaru could be quitegood. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the overall total score of hygiene factor andmotivator factor, which is 191 points.Keyword: Motivation, employee, hygiene factor, motivator factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know what are the factors that influenced of the employee performance in PT. Garuda Indonesia Pekanbaru and what is the most dominant factor that influenced to the employee performance in PT. Garuda Indonesia Pekanbaru.This research used a qualitative descriptive method to analyzed the problem. Sample in this research are 50 respondents, and the data collected by observations, interviews and questionnaire. By using likert scale as the counting appliance to decided the length of intervalsBased on the result of research, factors which influenced of the employee performance in PT. Garuda Indonesia Pekanbaru has two factors, they are individual factor and organizations endorsement. The most dominant factor is the wages and salary factor from the individual factor and the harmonious working relationship who from organizations endorsement factor. And based of respondents, the individual factor such as education and experience does not influence too much to their performance when they are working.Keywords : human resource, performance, factors that influenced of the employee performance.

Abstract

This research has been performed to find the influence of the service quality to the guest satisfaction at Riau Fantasi Labersa Water & Themepark. On this research, the service quality was measured on Servqual tangibles (x.1), emphaty (x.2), reliability (x.3), responsiveness (x.4) and assurance (x.5). The research provided 140 respondents with accidental sampling as the sampling technique. The multiple linear regression was used as the analysis methods to obtain the test result of F, the test result of T and R2 was prepared by SPSS 16.00 program. The result of this research signify that simultaneously the service quality gave significant influence to the guest satisfaction. In partial, tangibles variable (x.1), reliability (x.3) and responsiveness (x.4) gave unsignificant influence to the service quality. Emphaty variable (x.2) and assurance (x.5) gave significant influence to the service quality.Keywords : Service Quality, Guest Satisfaction, SPSS

Abstract

This research aims to get known the tourist perception of Mbah Soero Mine Hole in Sawahlunto West Sumatera. The research was done by taking samples are 100 respondents decided by slovin. Data analysis technique used is quantitative desciptive method to analyze the problems. Time research from December 2014 to Januari 2015. Data collection techniques took by observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Data measurement technique was using likert scale to know the length of intervals.Based on the research results,that the tourist perception of Mbah Soero Mine Hole in Sawahlunto West Sumatera are cognitive aspect, affective aspect, and conatif aspect. For cognitive aspect about location tourist attraction is good. Affective aspect to be highest score about management tourist attraction of Mbah Soero Mine Hole in Sawahlunto. Such as the guide service,institusional of tourist attraction, tourist attraction facilities, and entrance ticket service are good. Abstract

This research purposed to get known about how the mangrove ecoturism as the areas ofcultural resources and protection of cultural values in Dumai.This research used qualitative desciptive method to analyze the problems. Samples on thisresearch are 12 samples decided by cencus sampling. Whereas data collection techniques tookby observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. And it was using likert scale toknow the length of intervals.Based on the research results, Bandar Bakau areas has already protected the naturalresources and the cultural values that Dumai city have. As for the most dominant benefit ofhaving this areas are for protection for ecological processes and conservation for biodiversityand also for preserving and protecting the local cultural values. However from seven benefit ofhaving a mangrove conservation, there are still have two benefit that still haven’t optimallyavailable in Bandar Bakau. Abstract

This research purposed to get know how the supervisor implementation tasks in Front Office Department in Ibis Hotel Pekanbaru Riau Province and the faced constraints in the implementation tasks that supervisor did in front office department of Ibis Hotel.This research used qualitative desciptive method to analyze the problems. The sample in this research are 12 samples by using census sampling. And then the techniques to collected data in this research are using observation, questionnaire and interview. And it was using likert scale to know the length of intervals.Based on the research, respond from the staff about the implementation task of the supervisor in front office department in Ibis Hotel are planning, coordinating, briefing, controlling and evaluating. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the respondents’ responses from an analysis on promoting Malay cuisine kemojospongecake which being sold by Al Mahdi food stall Pekanbaru that using marketing mix (advertising and personal selling).The theory used in this research is Lupioyadi and Hamdany (2006 :74) that separated promotion mix into six parts; advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relation, word of mouth, and direct mail.The method of the research is qualitative research which the research and comprehension process based on social phenomenon and public affair investigation. In this research, the writer used Ordinal Scale in measuring the data and Likert’s Scale in measuring person’s attitude upon object’s attitude.This research is identified into two problems; advertising and personal selling that being operated by Al Mahdi food stall Pekanbaru. Thus in this research, the writer this research can reveal the respondents’ response on two promotions mix by distributing questionnaires to respondents and also processing the result of questionnaires.The conclusion of this research, it showed the respondents’ responses on marketing mix on advertising were interesting enough based on the analysis, yet on personal selling also was good based on the analysis which those results based on the questionnaires answers recapitulation. Then, the writer suggested the company in advertising analysis to be more innovative on social media and improve the features on the social media for selling promotion,Key words: Promotion, kemojo sponge cake, and populations’ responses on two marketing mix.

This research was conducted at the departement of culture andtourism, and also in shelomita studio in pekanbaru. To achive the objectivities of thisresearch the writer and descriptive qualitative analysis. In which she describe how tomaintain a traditional culture plus introducing the culture to foreign countries in order topreserve its exsistance as many young generations nowdays seems like forgrtting theirown traditional culture. Abstract

This research aims to discover about review of recreational facilities at the natural theme park attractions Alam Mayang Pekanbaru city. .This research aims to: (1) to know the visitor’s responses regarding the recreational facilities at the natural theme park attractions Alam Mayang Pekanbaru city. (2) to find out what are the constraints of the review of recreational facilities at the natural theme park attractions Alam Mayang Pekanbaru city. Quantitatif method was used in this research to describe the issues. 100 people responden used in this research for the sample. The results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on the review of recreational facilities at the natural theme park attractions Alam Mayang Pekanbaru city good enough. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the overall total score of  which is 3.046 points.. Keywords: Review, Recreational facilities, Theme park attractions Alam Mayang .
