Abstract

Abstract To development of industrial engineering in computerization must have been manufacturing and management systems and its application in company organization. Manufacturing system as useful reference by  business scientists and practitioners or anyone who seeks for information to develop Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) through close loop process Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II). Abstract

Ergonomic Design is the design tooptimizing the relationship between technology and human error. Ergonomic design are use for optimizing efficiency and safety. It takes in account relevan human characteristic of the operator and the design such system to te compatible with those characteristic. Ergonomic design are widely use in industries where occupational health and safety are considered as vital contributors to productivity and competitiveness. From the observation of the process, we can see that the operators isgreatly exposed to several manual matrial handling rish factors. Lijt/fo wer analysis and RULA assessment are performed in assessing the degree of discomfort present in the work process. Then tree the new design are proposed as an ergonomic intervention. These the new design are analyzed to measure the erformance of each new design. This analysis is performed using CATIA. This technique can be applied by designer to improve the working conditions, wherw machine operators are experiencing discomfort and ergonomic intervention is immediately  required.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa terhadap minat beli melalui kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah calon mahasiswa yang ada di kabupaten Gresik. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu program analisis SPSS 15 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis, variabel citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap minat beli melalui kepercayaan.  Namun, nilai koefisien pengaruh total citra perguruan tinggi lebih kecil yaitu 0,161 jika dibandingkan dengan kualitas jasa 0,368 yang lebih besar.

Abstract

The development of science and technology in an all-digital era and globalization as it is today, especially in the field of telecommunications, information and media where these conditions put demands on companies to create more creative solutions and innovations to provide fulfillment to the people of the Indonesian state and it does not apart from marketing management and marketing concept is all activities in telecommunications companies that are motivated by all company activities to plan marketing to meet customer satisfaction which is the company's goal. All activities with the marketing concept will determine how later the management of the marketing management aspect will ultimately have an impact on customer satisfaction.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find solutions to why customer satisfaction occurs in communication companies, even though attention is given to products, prices and services that have been provided. The following research uses a quantitative approach that has a population of customers and users of new products of telecommunications companies with a sample of 100 respondents, while the data analysis model uses the SPSS program with the results that (1) Product Quality affects Customer Satisfaction; (2) Price Perception has an influence on Customer Satisfaction.; (3) Service Quality has an influence on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Together Product Quality, Price Perception, Service Quality, have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction,

Abstract

Every manager these days face multifarious kinds of conflict problem, in their organization, In general people of opinion that that conflict always generate negative impact. Though, certain in a condition exactly conflict need for the take of change and development of organization. Beside conflict, every manager face also the problem of change that happened or which need initiation in theirorganization, so that the organization ever can accomodate with their environment, which by taking place time and also take to change. Development Problem also represent one of problem which must be solved by manager, because not only organizations have to be developed, but also human being in the organization require to also involve in development of organization, in order to effort face rival and environmental demand. Conflict - change - and development its intention of development of organization or development of organization in its word meaning other interconnected one another. Despitefully factors obliging the existence of change and also development of organization, also known and comprehended by contemporary manager, because development and also change represent a cycle 0f inheren of organization. Studying change conflict management - development, obliging us to also to comprehend psychological aspects, and aspects of sosiologis, beside economic aspects related to him.

Abstract

Balance Scorecard represent a group of integrated performance measuring rod coming from company strategy from entire/all part of organization. Basically strategy represent a theory about how to reach the target of organization. In approach of Balance top management scorecard formulate its strategy into performance measuring rod, so that employees comprehend and can execute something to reach the strategy. Balanced Scorecard represent a strategic management system or more precise named by: “ Based system accounting responsibility Strategic” what formulate strategy and mission an organization into target of performance measuring rod and operational to 4 different in perspective, that is is in perspective financial, in perspective customer, in perspective of internal business process and is in perspective of growth and learning
