Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe in depth on non-educational elementary school teacher effort in developing the pedagogical competence. As for the intended pedagogical competence includes knowledge about the characteristics of learners, mastering learning theory and principles of learning, curriculum development, instructional activities to educate, develop the potential of students, communication / interaction with students, and assessment and evaluation. The method used is a method of research using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, and documentation. This study is expected to be a guide or reference for non-educational teachers in developing pedagogical competence. For principals, this study can be used as a reference or basis for making policy in developing non-educational pedagogical competence of teachers.  Keywords: development, teacher non-educational, pedagogical AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan secara mendalam mengenai upaya guru SD non kependidikan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogiknya. Adapun kompetensi pedagogik yang dimaksudkan meliputi menguasai karakteristik peserta didik, menguasai teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran, pengembangan kurikulum, kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik, pengembangan potensi peserta didik, komunikasi/interaksi dengan peserta didik, dan penilaian dan evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan atau referensi bagi guru non kependidikan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik. Bagi kepala sekolah, penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan atau dasar untuk mengambil kebijakan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik guru non kependidikan. Kata kunci: pengembangan, guru non kependidikan, kompetensi pedagogik

Abstract

Journal writing, particularly international journal writing, is fraught with difficulties, and just a handful Esa Unggul University authors have been accepted into prestigious publications. The goal of this document is to assist authors, researchers, and lecturers in determining the best writing technique for breaking into these publications. Survey quest was used to determine whether or not the trainees had grasped the material. The technique for determining if the training was understood was to ask 51 Esa Unggul lecturers survey questions. This course will cover 16 different approaches to construct journals, including 1) journal selection. 2) Downloads of journals 3) Before being directed to the desired journal, examine and read many journals. 4) Citations account for 80% of the total, whereas books account for 20%  4) Citations account for 80% of the total, whereas books account for 20%. 5) There should be at least 20 references, and no more than 30% of the references should be cited. 6) Citation of the most recent and highest-ranking journals, from well-known and legitimate publishers, as well as well-known authors like Foucault and others. 7) Identification of issues that occur as a result of reading the journal 8) Decide on research methods 9) Choose a title (2 W + 1 H) 10) Read the journal's writing rules and, most crucially, the journal's writing style. 11) the structure of the writing 12 Pay attention to the manner of writing 13) the significance of keywords, abstracts, and the problem's background 14) the selection of Scopus and international journal rankings 15) evaluation by peer groups 16) English interpreter Keywords: scopus, international journals, writing style

Abstract

Our Learning Park was established because of the anxiety of the owner because of the learning conditions during this pandemic for elementary school children in the area around his house. For the upper middle class, where parents, especially mothers, can accompany their children to study. Unlike the lower middle class, in addition to having difficulty buying quotas for online schooling, they also have difficulty managing time to accompany their children to study, because mothers have to participate in making a living to help their husbands' income. With these conditions, many children are neglected and cannot take lessons from online schools. Because of these conditions, Taman Belajar Kita was established, which aims to help parents who do not have time and are unable to teach their children at home. Due to the poor conditions, the location for the teaching place is still considered not very feasible. Seeing these conditions, we carried out community service activities at the Taman Belajar Kita location in accordance with our field, the Visual Communication Design Study Program, namely by making murals that aim to beautify and increase the enthusiasm of students and educators in carrying out their activities. We made the mural for three days, by painting directly using paint on the outside of the room on the wall right on the stairs going up to the classroom, using a brush tool. Keywords: quota, online school, mural
