Abstract

Islam has been set up with the norms and values in each discipline of knowledge. Including Islamic economics, Islamic economics as a social science and theology are not only derived from the Quran and as-Sunnah, but also stems from empirical phenomena and economic problems in the field. Epistemologically, Islamic economics is divided into two disciplines: First, normative Islamic economics, which is the study of Islamic sharia laws relating to property affairs and treasures. Second, positive Islamic economics, which is the study of Islamic concepts relating to property affairs and treasures, especially with regard to the production of goods and services. Norms and values is created in Islamic economics aims to provide moral and ethical order in the economy itself, because it is basically the purpose of Islamic economics in the world is reaching the livelihoods and happiness in the Hereafter (hayatun thoyyibah and falah both in this world and in the hereafter).

Abstract

Pengakuan akan pentingnya konsep marketing mix bagi BMT mulai familiar semenjak di keluarkannya beberapa paket kebijakan deregulasi koperasi oleh pemerintah melalui Kementrian Koperasi dan UKM. Sehingga stakeholder BMT dituntut untuk berbuat lebih baik, seperti peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, perluasan berbagai jenis jasa, menciptakan berbagai instrumen syariah baru dan inovasi produk pembiayaan baru.

Abstract

Dari analisis situasi mitra yang sudah diamati dan diobservasi dapat dikemukakan bahwa warga Dusun Wonosari Desa Mergolangu masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menambah modal usahanya sehingga sulit untuk menggenjot pendapatan per kepala keluarga mereka dan masih kurangnya pemahaman mereka mengenai cara pengajuan modal usaha melalui lembaga keuangan mikro yang berbasis syari’ah. Oleh karenanya, IbM ini memiliki target untuk melakukan pengembangan usaha-usaha produktif dan investasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas ekonomi para pelaku usaha dan mendorong kegiatan investasi serta menunjang pembiayaan ekonomi pelaku usaha di Dusun Wonosari dengan cara pemberian modal usaha melalui koperasi yang berbasis syari’ah. Sedangkan luarannya adalah agar pelaku usaha di Dusun Wonosari yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan ini dapat menjelaskan dan mempraktekan serta menerapkan proses pengajuan modal usaha di Koperasi yang sesuai dengan prinsip Syari’ah, agar pelaku usaha di Dusun Wonosari dapat menerima semua ajaran-ajaran yang telah diberikan, sehingga timbul rasa berani untuk mengajukan modal di Koperasi yang berbasis Syari’ah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan mengenai “apa itu koperasi syariah?” dan “cara mengajukan modal usaha di kopersi berbasis syaria’ah?”. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan untuk mencapai target dan luaran yang sudah dicanangkan yaitu dengan cara pemberian dua materi dan praktek simulasi  pengajuan pembiayaan modal usaha koperasi berbasis syari’ah untuk pelaku usaha di Dusun Wonosari Desa Mergolangu Kab. Wonosobo. Kegiatan ini terintegrasi dengan kegiatan Bakti Sosial (BAKSOS) yang diadakan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Udinus. Warga Dusun Wonosari dipilih menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan IbM ini berpartisipasi aktif dalam setiap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan, seperti penyiapan tempat pelatihan, pemberian konsumsi, dan lain sebagainya yang menunjang kelancaran proses kegiatan ini. Oleh karenanya partisipasi mitra sangat mendukung terhadap pelaksanaan program kegiatan IbM ini secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Nowdays, the growth of Islamic banking have some obstacles such as a weakness of product innovation and product knowledge. Because many Islamic banking product used name of Arabic terms.  Both of which are very important be concerned to build up the competitiveness of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study aims to provide an alternative method to make simplify the understanding of the Arabic terms on Islamic banking products using the symbols and icons to keep it simple and easily understood by the public (customers). The type of research that used in this study was library research category. The results of a literature review find that the urgency of product innovation by the Islamic banking stakeholder has been ideally matched with product knowledge, which were always labeled with Arabic terms. Symbolization could be an alternative method to facilitate the customer understanding on Arabic terms in Islamic banking products

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking is relatively significant modifications to the current demands of product variants resulted in raising funds and financing at Islamic banking. The concept of ijārah and ijārah muntahiyah bi al-tamlīk (IMBT) both are one example of financial products and services in Islamic banking. By the mindless, this paper aims to describe the concept of ijārah and IMBT on Islamic banking and explained at the level of practice and compliance with the law analyze normative (al-Qur’an, Hadith, and the MUI Fatwa/DSN) and positive law (the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law which issued by the Supreme Court). This research uses a field of research that is descriptive analytical study then combined with the library to produce a comprehensive description of the ijārah and IMBT. Data analysis techniques starting from the identification of problems, data collection, solve problems which eventually led to the solution in the form of a conclusion. From the findings it can be concluded that the implementation of ijārah and IMBT as financing products at Bank BRI Syariah Cabang Yogyakarta is done by the bank to buy what is desired by the customer (such as home and vehicle), then rent it to their bank, at the end of the contract/agreement the bank gives them the option, to have the leased goods bought by way of BRI Sharia (IMBT), or by handing it back to BRI sharia (ijārah). In practice, the operational foundation based on the Sharia Board of the National Fatwa No. 09/DSNMUI/IV2003 the Compilation Economics and Shariah Law Chapter XI of ijārah and IMBT.

Abstract

Abstract: The rise of sharia fnance industry that used “sharia branding” such as sharia banking, sharia mini market, sharia hotel, until sharia franchise resulted in conventional institutions are also diversifying sharia-compliant. Ideally this should be balanced by the application of such management is based on sharia like sharia marketing, but in reality many of them are not implementing it yet. Based on the above reasons, this research aims to understand the concept and implementation of sharia marketing at Micro Islamic Financial Institutions (Puskopsyah DIY) comprehensively. This study used a type of feld research that is descriptive analytical. This study is also equipped with library research. Data collection techniques using triangulation method, while the data analysis techniques using taxonomic analysis with interactive model. The survey results revealed that implementation of sharia marketing concept in Puskopsyah DIY was good enough though not all aspects of running perfectly. For example, the facts on the ground show that not all product marketing process carried out by the prevailing fatwa supervised and issued by the Sharia Supervisory Board.Keywords: Sharia, Marketing, and Puskopsyah DIY.

Abstract

This purpose of this research is to describe the theoretical study of the principle of al-ghunm bi al-ghurm in detail and its implementation in mushārakah  financing at Islamic banking. The type of research has been included in the library research category which is writing the data and information obtained from published sources. Therefore, this research was used literature research from journals, books and other sources related to the topic. This research used normative juridical approach, then in every analysis always refers main reference on primary sources, such as Umar Abdullah al-Kamil dissertation which entitled al-Qawa’id al-Fiqhiyyah al-Kubrā wa Atsaruhā fi al-Mu‘āmalat al-Māliyahand paper by Walid Rashid Ibn As-Saidan about Qawā‘id al-Buyu’ wa Farāid al-Furu’to identify the concept of al-ghunm bi al-ghurm in mushārakah  financing at Islamic banking.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menginterpretasikan hasil temuan/pengamatan mengenai konsep al-ghunm bi al-ghurm dalam pembiayaan mushārakah  pada perbankan syariah. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dimana pengumpulan data dan informasinya diperoleh dari sumber-sumber pustaka (bacaan) yang berasal dari buku, hasil penelitian, jurnal dan bahan-bahan bacaan lainnya yang masih ada relevansinya dengan topik ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, maka dalam setiap analisa selalu merujuk (rujukan utama) pada sumber primer yaitu disertasi Umar Abdullah al-Kamil yang berjudul al-Qawa’id al-Fiqhiyyah al-Kubrā wa Atharuhā fi al-Mu‘āmalat al-Māliyah dan paper karya Walid Ibnu Rasyid As-Sa’idan tentang Qawā‘id al-Buyu’ wa Farāiḍ al-Furu’ untuk mengidentifikasi konsep al-ghunm bi al-ghurm dalam pembiayaan mushārakah  pada perbankan syariah.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha sungguh-sungguh dan terus-menerus untuk meningkatkan kualitas manusia. Pendidikan bisa diselenggarakan secara formal dan non-formal. Dengan meningkatkan tingkat pendidikan seseorang diharapkan akan semakin membuka cara fikir dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Salah satu wadah pembinaan nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam masyarakat ialah dibentuknya majelis kajian fiqih. Karena pada majlis tersebut membahas semua masalah keagamaan, termasuk di dalamya masalah fiqih. Oleh karenanya, jika seseorang mengikuti kajian fiqih, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahamannya tentang fiqih, khususnya fiqih mu’amalah, maka ia akan semakin menyadari bahwa harta yang ada padanya adalah titipan Allah dan terdapat hak-hak orang lain di dalamnya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan seseorang dan intensitas mengikuti kajian fiqih seseorang terhadap praktik filantropi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan statistik deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota kajian fiqih pada masjid Darussalam, al-Muslihun, dan yasin-tahlil Ibu Sulkhan sebanyak 70 orang, dengan metode total sampling melalui kuesioner dan diolah dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan intensitas memberikan pengaruh terhadap praktik filantropi. Tingkat pendidikan formal berpengaruh negatif, pendidikan formal dan intensitas mengikuti kajian fiqih berpengaruh positif terhadap filantropi.

Abstract

To date, unemployment rate in Gunung Kidul has been a problem that can not be resolved optimally . The emergence of new ways to tackle poverty certainly was needed by all takeholders.This research is descriptive library research. The writer used descriptive approach and the writer used an interactive models as analysis techniques. The purpose of this research was to determine the intent of “Desa Karya”, in order the Kajar villagers to be more creative skilled in the field of craft blacksmiths and to determine the contribution of “Desa Karya” in poverty reduction in rural areas. leteratur studies have been conducted in this research, it can be concluded that “Desa Karya” is a collection of people who is produce a product or service and actingsignificantly after the inventiveness and flavor process. Community to do something highly productive economically and materially. The implementation of “Desa Karya”concepts as blacksmith craftsman in Kajar will very potential to be formulated , due to the excellence work high quality products and had historical value . “Desa Karya” also able to reduce poverty and unemployment in rural areas

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the phenomenon of halal lifestyles in Indonesia, and to add insight of the Indonesian society about halal lifestyles in order to make it easier for them to choose Islamic lifestyle through halal lifestyle. This research method uses a literature research approach that is sourced from authoritative news and current journals which has high credibility to explain the phenomenon of halal lifestyle in Indonesia accurately. Based on the literature research that has been done it can be concluded that the increase of population and purchasing power of Muslims in the world can strengthen the halal lifestyles trend. The halal lifestyle is seen as a new lifestyle for the Muslim population in the world, especially the Muslim population in Indonesia. Even the concept of halal has been accepted by Muslims and non-Muslims, and gradually begins to become a lifestyle. Because the halal concept was universal which contained elements of benefit for all humans, halal was not only cover the needs of sharia, but is also a sustainability concept through all human activities seen from its lifestyle. The implications of the phenomenon of halal practices in Indonesia today were not only focused on the food sector, but has been spread to other sectors. Like halal tourism in Nusa Tenggara Barat and D.I. Aceh, halal cosmetics are pioneered by Wardah, a Sharia Hospital spearheaded by RSI. Sultan Agung Semarang, halal medicines initiated by herbal companies, halal modes promoted by Muslim hijabers and fashion designers, financial institutions pioneered by Bank Muamalat Indonesia, and so on. The halal lifestyles trend in Indonesia can also be seen from many animos of the media that preach about “halal lifestyles” such as halallifestyle.com, republika.co.id, ekonom.kompas.com, marketeers.com, mysalaam.com, and many seminar events that raised “halal lifestyle” theme.
