Abstract

The number of poverty in West Java Province reaching 4.23 million / 9.18%, is a matter of special concern for the government of West Java Province to perform the actions and activities of poverty reduction. Meanwhile, West Java with 26 districts / cities has a huge plantation potential, there are 493,118 hectares of plantations in West Java with 33 plantation Commodities therein. This led to a desire to collaborate on poverty data and potential plantation data in order to reduce the poverty rate. Geographic information system (GIS) which contains data and distribution of poor communities and plantations developed to map the areas that have poor communities and the potential of plantations in the area. This is intended to facilitate the provision of assistance from the Plantation Office for poor communities around the plantation. The system development method used is UCD (User Centered Design) so that it can focus on the needs of data and information needed. The use of maps with the google maps API provides ease in presenting regional spatial data to show poverty data as well as plantation potential. The existence of mapping system of distribution of poor people and plantation potency hence information of location of poor society and potency of plantation in West Java can be raised in one information intact to facilitate in informing of poor society that domicile around plantation.

Abstract

UCD (User Centered Design) is a design philosophy that places the user at the center of a system development process. The UCD approach has been supported by various techniques, methods, tools, procedures and processes that help design interactive systems that are more user-centered. This study aims to apply UCD in the design of e-document systems with digital signatures to determine user requirements for system functionality and interfaces. To find out the extent of the application of the UCD, a measurement of the level of acceptance and support of prospective users is used by making a data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire according to the usability testing framework by using a Likert scale to calculate the variables. The results of testing of potential users showed that 85% stated that the functionality and interface design of the e-document system with digital signatures and can be developed in the next stage.

Abstract

Herbal treatment is a method of treatment using natural ingredients that are all around us. Introducing herbal medicines and treatments can be performed using educational games. The purpose of this research is to develop educational games that can teach users to be able to know the ingredients of herbs and how to process it into a drug to cure a disease. The method used in the development of this educational game is multimedia development life cycle (MDLC). The MDLC method is used to develop this educational game, starting with the concept definition stage, the design phase, followed by the collecting material stage, followed by the assembly stage, testing, and ending with the distribution stage. This educational game is a type of simulation that visualizes the form of herbal ingredients, and how to manufacture herbal medicine derived from these materials to cure a disease. Games using mobile devices have advantages that learning can be done anywhere and anytime, so the android platform is chosen as the media development of this educational game. Educational game testing is done using the alpha method to determine the functionality of the application, and beta test to the user. Alpha testing shows that every functionality in this educational game has gone well. While beta testing conducted with questionnaires shows that this educational game is enough to help users add knowledge about herbal ingredients and how to make herbal remedies through images, animation and how to play. In addition, the interface of this game is quite interesting and easy to use.

Abstract

One way to prevent and reduce the spread of the covid-19 pandemic is through physical distancing program. This research aims to develop a prototype contactless transaction system using digital payment mechanisms and QR code technology that will be applied in traditional markets. The method used in the development of electronic market systems is a prototype approach. The application of QR code and digital payments are used as a solution to minimize money exchange contacts that are common in traditional markets. The results showed that the system built was able to accelerate and facilitate the buying and selling transaction process in traditional market environment. Alpha testing shows that all functional systems are running well. Meanwhile, beta testing shows that the user can very well accept the system that was built. The results of the study also show acceptance of the usefulness of the system being built, as well as the optimism of its users to be able to take advantage of this system both technologically and functionally, so its can be a part of the digital transformation of the traditional market to the electronic market and has become one of the solutions in reducing the spread of the current covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The user acceptance test (UAT) is the final stage in the production of the application. This is intended to see the degree to which the system can function and satisfy the needs of its users. The objectives of this research is to test the function and user acceptance of the digital signature application in the academic environment to support the covid-19 work from home program. The approach used in the user acceptance test is to use the black box method and the Likert scale questionnaire to figure out the functional scope of the program, as well as the acceptance of system by users while using the application. The results of the test show that the digital signature application that has been designed, functionally can run well and generates a user acceptance value of 82.07%. It can be concluded that the application that was developed has been accepted by users and fulfills the needs of its users, it is an alternative solution, especially in signing academic documents during the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Jurnal ilmiah adalah media yang digunakan oleh para peneliti dan ilmuan dalam memaparkan hasil kerja terbaru mereka terkait dengan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Dengan jurnal ilmiah yang terbit secara berkala, keterbaruan terhadap suatu ilmu dan teknologi akan mudah diperoleh. Saat ini jurnal telah berkembang dengan pesat menjadi media yang dapat diaksaes oleh setiap orang dan setiap saat. Jurnal online merupkan solusi mendapatkan referensireferensi terkini dari suatu keilmuan. Hanya saja, dengan banyaknya jurnal online yang ada, peneliti sepertinya kan kesulitan dalam memilih dan memilah jurnal mana yang yang akan menjadi tujuan publikasinya. Dengan banyak jurnal online yang ada, maka peneliti harus satu-persatu membaca dan mempelajari profil dari jurnal tersebut, sehingga akan memakan waktu dan tenaga. Di sisi lain, pengelola jurnal merasa kesulitan dalam mengenalkan jurnalnya karena harus bersaing dengan banyak jurnal lainnya. Dari hasil diskusi, wawancara dan observasi dengan para peneliti dan pengelola jurnal, diperoleh suatu soluasi untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem agregator jurnal online, yang bertujuan menjadi sistem temu antara peneliti dan pengelola jurnal di satu tempat. Peneliti akan dengan mudah mencari dan menemukan jurnal-jurnal di bidangnya, sementara pengelola jurnal dapat memperkenalkan jurnalnya pada para peneliti. Disamping itu, sistem yang dibangun memberikan kemudahkan kepada peneliti untuk mempublikasi hasil penelitian dengan menggunh hasil penelitian dalam sistem ini. Pengelola jurnal dengan mudah akan mendapatkan makalah dan peneliti  yang sesuai dengan kriteria jurnalnya dengan melihat abstrak dan bidang keilmuan dari peneliti yang ada di dalam sistem. Pada penelitian ini sistem dikembangkan berbasis web portal, dengan memanfaatkan API dari beberapa sistem jurnal yang telah ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini adaah model sistem agregator jurnal online yang mencakup kegiatan analisis dan perancancangan sistem , menggunakan metode UCD dengan tools UML guna mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif terhadap sistem yang dikembangkan.

Abstract

Aksara arab melayu merupakan salah satu bentuk penulisan yang ditulis menggunakan aksara Arab Hijaiyah. Meskipun menggunakan aksara Arab, pembacaan dan penulisannya menggunakan tata bahasa Indonesia. Penulisan aksara arab melayu dilengkapi dengan konsonan abjad Indonesia yang ditulis dengan aksara Arab yang telah dimodifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan identifikasi tulisan tangan aksara arab menggunakan algoritma freeman chain code (FCC) sebagai ekstraksi ciri dan support vector machine (SVM) sebagai metode pengklasifikasiannya. FCC bekerja dengan cara menelusuri piksel-piksel objek yang terhubung menggunakan panduan 8 arah mata angin. Sedangkan SVM adalah proses pengklasifikasian terhadap hasil ekstraksi ciri yang dihasilkan oleh FCC . Keluaran dari aplikasi adalah identifkasi huruf arab melayu serta pelafalannya dalam bentuk huruf latin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma FCC dan SVM dapat bekerja dengan baik untuk melakukan pengenalan tulisan tangan aksara arab arab melayu dengan akurasi mencapai 78% dari pengujian yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kerjasama bidang perdagangan, pariwisata dan investasi menjadi salah satu program kerja Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai alternatif penyediaan databagi Kementerian Luar Negeri dalam melakukan analisis dan evaluasi perdagangan, pariwisata dan investasi, khususnya antara Indonesia dengan negara-negara di kawasan Amerika dan Eropa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan dua tahap kegiatan, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data dan tahap pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan pendekatan waterfall. Data yang digunakan dalam sistem merupakan data perdagangan, pariwisata dan investasi yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia dengan negara-negara di Amerika dan Eropa. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan bahwa secara fungsional sistem yang dibangun telah memenuhi syarat luaran yang tepat, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah dapat membantu Kementerian Luar Negeri dalam penyediaan data guna melakukan melakukan evaluasi dan analisis perdagangan, pariwisata dan investasi antara Indonesia dan negara-negara di kawasan Amerika dan Eropa. Kata kunci: Aplikasi, Monitoring, Perdagangan, Pariwisata, Investasi, Indonesia, Amerika, Eropa Abstract: Trade, tourism and investment cooperation is one of the work programs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is as a medium for providing data for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in conducting analysis and evaluation of trade, tourism and investment, especially between Indonesia and countries in the Americas and Europe. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with two stages of activity, namely the stage of data collection and software development stage with the waterfall approach. The data used in the system is data on trade, tourism and investments made by Indonesia with countries in America and Europe. The results of the blackbox test show that functionally the system built has met the exact output requirements, and according to needs. The results of the study indicate that the system has been able to assist the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in providing data to conduct evaluations and analyzes of trade, tourism and investment between Indonesia and countries in the Americas and Europe. Abstract

Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) in development usually called classic graph problem. Salesman must a plan a course route to amount of city and visit every city once with entire distance shortly. There are several method that can give optimal solution to this problem. One of method is using computer technology that is Neural Network (NN). Self Organizing Map (SOM) Neural Network have a ability to self organizing input in to classification zone. The target of designed TSP with SOM method is to find a shortest route from the cities that must be visited. The result of experiment is to prove that SOM method could solved the TSP problem. Keywords: Short Route Finding, Neural Network, Self Organizing Map (SOM), Input, Cluster Abstrak  Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) dalam perkembangannya sering disebut sebagai masalah graf klasik. Dimana seorang salesman harus merencanakan rute perjalanan ke sejumlah kota dan mengunjungi setiap kota sekali  dengan jarak keseluruhan perjalanan yang sependek mungkin. Banyak metode yang diyakini dapat memberikan penyelesaian optimal terhadap permasalahan ini. Salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi komputer yaitu Neural Network (NN). Self-Organizing Maps (SOM) Neural Network memiliki kemampuan untuk mengorganisasi input sendiri ke dalam zona klasifikasi. Perancangan TSP dengan metode SOM ini bertujuan untuk menemukan rute terpendek dari sejumlah kota yang harus dikunjungi. Abstract

 Hajj and Umrah are worship activities carried out by Muslims around the world. The problem that often occurs during the implementation of the Hajj and Umrah is that pilgrims are often lost and separated from the group. Pilgrims also find it difficult to look for prayers because they are still using guidebooks, they have to look for prayers one by one in the feeling of a busy and hot holy land. The case study was carried out at Dago Wisata Internasional. The solution used is utilizing geofencing technology and Firebase Cloud Messaging that allows the process of monitoring pilgrims to be carried out easily and the pilgrims can get prayer notifications in accordance with the location of pilgrims. Research supporting data obtained from interviews with employees of Dago Wisata Internasional and literature studies. Based on testing on the application that has been built, the following results are obtained 93.33% supervisor states that this application simplifies the process of monitoring pilgrims, 84% worshipers claim to be able to ask for help easily from the supervisor using this application, and 86% worshipers claim this application makes it easy for pilgrims in looking for the practice deeds.
