Abstract

Smart Village merupakan altenatif dalam pembangunan desa karena menerapkan konsep teknologi tepat guna, terutama dalam meningkatkan kapasitas pemerintah desa dan menciptakan masyarakat yang melek teknologi. Pemanfaatan teknologi dimasa pandemi Covid-19 akan mendukung kegiatan pemerintah desa dalam penanganan COVID-19 dan percepatan pembangunan desa. Pembangunan desa melalui smart village dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang diimplementasikan pada smart government, smart community dan smart economy. Pemanfaatan digitalisasi teknologi dapat diterapkan dalam program-program kreatif pelayanan masyarakat dan pengembangan BUMDes dalam rangka peningkatan ekonomi desa

Abstract

This research had purpose to analyzed some of the fundamental factors of financial rations that could to be use as a signal for investors to predicted stock prices on companies in a sector thatis growth in Indonesia, which was plantantion sub-sector. Variabels that examined in this study were the Likuidity Ratio (consists of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio and Net working Capital) and Profitability Ratio (consists of Return on Assets and Return on Equity) on the stock price, eather partially or simultaneously on the plantation sub sector companies that have been listed in the Indonesia Stock Excahange in 2012-2016. This research wa an explanatory research with a total sample of 9 companies x 5 years = 45 observasiton data. The analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test partial, F test simultaneously with the level of significance of 5% and a determination coefficient test. The Analysis showed the data have fulfilled classical assumption, including normally distributed data, no symptomps of multikolinearitas, there were no symptoms of autocorrelation and heteroscedaticity. The regression results Quick Ratio and Return On Equity were partially significant effeck on stock prices. While Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Net working Capital and Return On Assets partially were not significant effeck on stock prices. Variabels used in this study (Likuidity Ratio and Profitability Ratio) simultaneously affeck the stock prices.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in realizing the pupose of business organizations. PT. Original Textile II Boyolali faces a decline in employee performance, many factors affecting one of the multiple roles. This study aims to determine the effect of Double Role on Performance, Double Role with Career Development, Career Development on Performance, and Double Role on Performance through Career Development. The sample of this research are 87 married woman in PT. Sari Original Color Textile II Boyolali. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. With analytical technique using correlation test, determination test, simple regression test, multiple regression test, significance test, test of sobel, and mediation test using SPSS application version 16. The result of this research shows that H1 double role t value equal to -7,653 and the probability significance value <0,05 means that double role influence the performance, H2 double role t value equal to -8,879 and significance value <0,05 meaning multiple roles have a significant effect on career development, H3 career development t value of 9.378 and probability significance value <0.05 which means career development has a significant effect on performance, H4 the result of mediation test with t value equal to -4.4352 and its p-value 0.0000092 is smaller than the 0.05 significance level which means Double Role effect on Performance through Career development with partial meditation

Abstract

This study is motivated by the needs of consumers of healthy beverage products are increasing. Healthy beverage products are foods and drinks without any containning harmful ingredients, which is not contain preservatives and also be free of substances that trigger cancer. In addition, these foods and drinks containning less sugar. There are several factors that cause the sales of healthy beverage products are inconsistent, there are price and promotion. The purpose of this study is to determine influencing consumers to make purchasing decisions healthy beverage products by the price and promotion factor. The type of this study is explanatory research. The technique of sampling is including nonprobability sampling that is purposive sampling. The sample in this study is 100 respondents who are consumers of healthy beverage products in Semarang City. Measurement of scale is using Likert scale. In this analysis used factor analysis with the help of SPSS 20.Based on the results of the analysis, price and promotion variables have an influence on purchasing decision of healthy beverage product. Price variable has the biggest influence that is 47,6%. Promotion variable has an effect of 35.5%. The conclusion of this research shows that price and promotion can influence consumer in making decision of purchasing healthy beverage product. Based on these results manufacturers healthy beverage, such as Yeah! and Sina should set the price of healthy beverage products in accordance with the benefits given, the price is not too high to be consumed every day, advertising messages more clear and interesting, and the promotion should be done more intensively so it is easier to find consumers.

Abstract

Tourism has become the largest industry and show consistent growth over the years, his specialty in East Java province. One of these attractions Klayar Beach in Pacitan that have unique tourism potential. However, the number of tourist arrivals from 2010 to 2015 relatively volatile and tend to decrease in the percentage of development. While the survey, in getting the visitor complaints against travel products, It is fear for the existence of negative information spread among travelers.This study aims to determine the influence of Tourism Products, and Word of Mouth to the Decision to Visit Attractions Klayar Beach. This type of research is explanatory research, in which the data collection techniques used is by means of questionnaire, the selected sample of 100 people with accidental sampling and purposive sampling. Respondents are visitor attractions Klayar Beach who had visited the beach Klayar.The results showed that the Tourism Product and significant effect on the Decree viewed by contributing 24.3% and the rest is explained by other factors. Word of Mouth influential and significant to the Decree viewed by contributing 11.8% and the rest is explained by other factors. Meanwhile, simultaneously Tourism Products and Word of Mouth influential and significant to the Decision of Been. That is, the better the Tourism Product and Word of Mouth, the higher the Decision to Visit Attractions Klayar Beach. Additionally Travel Products has the most dominant influence with regression coefficient of 0.350. The results obtained by analyzing primary data using validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and a significance test (t test and F) with SPSS 16.0.Based on this, the researchers suggest that managers Attractions Pantai Klayar further improve the tourism product, which adds to public transportation, parking area, repair facilities and more active in offering information to visitors facilities, so as to increase tourist arrivals in Turkish Klayar.

Abstract

The Bhayangkara Kediri Savings and Credit Cooperative is a credit cooperative whose activities are only centered on the form of savings and loans from members. In an effort to provide member welfare, the Bhayangkara Savings and Loan Cooperative provides services that can support the needs of members including developing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) by increasing business revenues. This study aims to determine how the influence of working capital loans and participation in partnerships on business income in UKM members of the Bhayangkara Kediri savings and loan cooperative. The method used in this study uses quantitative research with explanatory research type with a census of 30 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis methods used are validity and reliability test, correlation coefficient (R), regression test, coefficient of determination (R2), significance of t test and F test with SPSS 21 application. The results showed a positive and significant effect between working capital loans and partnerships on business income in UKM members of Bhayangkara Kediri savings and loan cooperatives, both partially and simultaneously. Working capital loan variable has the biggest influence on business income which is 27.8% while the Partnership is 32.5%. Member SMEs in managing their businesses need to obtain working capital loans. Participation in the Partnership can also increase business in an effort to develop a business.

Abstract

Development of small-scale industries such as household and industrial industries large scale has been carried out in various regions across Indonesia, including Brebes. SME development is not just a problem of operational assistance or facilities. The development must be strategic and have a long term impact. In particular, the study discusses the salted egg IKM Brebes Limbangan Wetan village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship, business training and networking of institutional cooperation to company performance. This type of research is explanatory research. Mechanical sampling using non-probability sampling. The number of samples of 51 respondents, using a sampling technique that is saturated with a certain considerations. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test) using SPSS 23.0. The results of this study indicate that the company's performance can be explained by the entrepreneurship of 25.1% with a result of 4,525 t count> t table 2.009. The company's performance can be explained by the training effort of 25.1% with the results for 3434 t count> t table 2.009. The company's performance can be explained by a network of institutional cooperation with results of 20.6% amounting to 3.561 t count> t table 2.009. Suggestions in this research that employers should always promote creativity and innovation, it still needs to be improved information on training events held and an increase in the attention of the parties and agencies involved in the provision of funding and capital support.

Abstract

A very tight competition requires business managers to create new models in themanagement of the flow of products and information. Because of the presence of the smoothsupply of raw materials Windika Utama PT Semarang can maximize the production process sothat the volume of products sold can be increased. In practice, the supply chain is stronglyinfluenced by suppliers. With the existence of other companies that affect the production processhas become a liability Windika Utama PT Semarang to establish a qualified cooperation.Communication is seen as the most important element for the success of the relationship betweencompanies due to the proven fact that the relationship between the companies always involvescommunication. With the existence of different suppliers means companies need to makeadjustments in the field because every supplier certainly have different characteristics such as howto communicate, the ability of the supplier itself, and the quality of the raw materials areproduced. The quality of good cooperation between the company and suppliers will also have animpact on production processes in the company. This study was followed by analysis to know isthere any influence of communication, the characteristics of the company, and the quality ofcooperation on the performance of the supply chain. This research is a quantitative research with102 respondents in the sample supplier companies in West Java, Central Java and East Java.Data collecting conducted by questionnaire and interview methods. Using the coefficient ofdetermination analysis, multiple regression, and Sobel test performs data processing. Results ofthe study obtained is the relationship of communication variables to variable performance of thesupply chain through the variable quality of the partnership is a relationship of completemediation because that affects the variable performance of the supply chain only variable jobsatisfaction as mediating variables while the relationship between variable characteristicssupplier to variable performance of the supply chain through the variable quality cooperation ispartially mediated the relationship this is due to the occurrence of a significant relationshipbetween the variables of the supplier of the performance characteristics of the supply chain aswell as a significant correlation between the quality of cooperation on the performance of thesupply chain. Advice given to PT Windika Utama Semarang to improve supply chain performanceis to establish good communication with suppliers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of e-service quality variable and vperceived risk variable on the buying decision. the population was all Bukalapak consumers who stayed in Semarang, and the sample was 100 Bukalapak consumers who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The type of this research was explanatory research. This research used quantitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, coefficient correlation, coefficient determination, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, helped by microsoft excel and SPSS 21.0.  The result of this research showed that e-service quality and perceived risk variable had a very strong, significant and positive influence on the buying decision. it meant, the better e-service quality and perceived risk, the higher buying decision of Bukalapak consumers. the suggestion of this research was maximizing the service on the Bukalapak’s website and giving the guarantee to the personal data consumer, and also the more guaranteed-payment guarantee, so consumers had a better perception to the Bukalapak.

Abstract

PT. Nasmoco Magelang menyadari bahwa customer merupakan aspekpenting dalam mempertahankan perusahaan untuk jangka panjang. Oleh karenaitu, perusahaan perlu memfokuskan strategi dalam menjaga hubungan baikdengan customer. PT. Nasmoco Magelang berupaya untuk melakukan kegiatancustomer relationship management yang mampu mengembangkan customerengagement.Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan StrategiCustomer Engagement PT. Nasmoco Magelang untuk membangun loyalitaspelanggan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus.Data dikumpulkan lewat wawancara mendalam terhadap narasumber, observasidan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui,menggambarkan pelaksanaan program Customer Engagement melalui aktivitasCRM dan Involvement di Nasmoco Magelang serta pengaruhnya terhadaployalitas.Hasil penelitian menunjukan pelaksanaan program Customer Engagementdi Nasmoco Magelang, yaitu pada aktivitas CRM melalui tiga tahapan yaitumendapatkan pelanggan baru, mempertahankan pelanggan dan mengembangkannilai-nilai pelanggan. Serta penerapan Involvement dengan cara meningkatkanminat pelanggan untuk terlibat dengan memberikan hadiah, dan hiburan kepadapelanggan yang datang ke event. Selain itu pelanggan yang dilibatkan sesuaidengan ketegorisasinya. Terdapat empat kriteria pengukuran customerengagement yaitu absorption, dedication, vigor, dan interaction, serta strategicustomer engagement yang dilakukan dapat menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan.
