Abstract

Overweight menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan remaja di Indonesia. Latihan yang bersifat aerobik dapat menurunkan lemak tubuh, mencegah overweight dan meningkatkan fleksibilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hatha yoga dapat meningkatkan fleksibilitas pada remaja putri di Denpasar. Rancangan penelitian randomized with pre-test and post-test group design. Kelompok (13 sampel) mendapat perlakuan hatha yoga. Perlakuan diberikan selama 6 minggu, frekuensi 3 kali/minggu, durasi 45 menit di Sanggar Senam Studio 88 Denpasar pada pagi hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan fleksibilitas hatha yoga dengan rerata 12,58 cm. Hasil rerata peningkatan fleksibilitas sebesar 5 cm dengan nilai p=0,035. Simpulan bahwa pelatihan hatha yoga efektif dalam menurunkan persentase lemak tubuh dan meningkatkan fleksibilitas di Denpasar. Kepada individu dengan overweight sebaiknya melakukan aktivitas olahraga secara rutin dan kontinyu. Hatha Yoga sebagai salah satu alternatif kegiatan olahraga yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas serta kebugaran fisik. Kata Kunci : Hatha yoga, fleksibilitas ABSTRACT Overweight was one of the adolescent health problem in Indonesia. Aerobic exercise can reduce body fat, prevent overweight and increase flexibility. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Hatha Yoga flexibility of adolescent girl in Denpasar. Research used randomized pre-test and post-test design involved 26 subject. Group treated hatha yoga. This intervention was given for 6 weeks, frequency 3 times a week, for 45 minute in Sanggar Senam Studio 88 Denpasar. The result shown that hatha yoga increasing of flexibility hatha yoga with a mean 12.58 cm. The result mean increased flexibility by 5 cm with value of p = 0.035. Conclusion: hatha yoga effective increasing flexibility of adolescent girl in Denpasar. It is suggested to individuals with overweight in order to do sports activities regularly and continuously. Hatha yoga as an alternative sport activities that can be used to increase flexibility and physical fitness.

Abstract

Background: COVID-19 is a pandemic that is being faced by all people in the world. COVID-19 transmission can be prevented by optimizing the use of PPE (Personal Proctection Equipment) such as masks. But there are still many people who do not know, understand and have the awareness to use them. Purpose of this study is to optimize using personal proctection equipment in community. Methods: Community service activities are carried aout throught health education with lecture methods, discussions and simulations of how to use PPE (Personal Proctection Equipment) such as masks. Results: The results of community service activities carried out have a positive impact and the community responds by implementing it in their daily lives. People ate starting to realize how important it is to use personal proctection during their daily activities which will have an impact on their health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusions: The implementation of community service activities can optimize the use of PPE to prevent COVID-19 transmission to the community and it is hoped that such activities can be carried out continuously so that COVID-19 transmission does not occur in the community.

Abstract

Background: This community service activity aims to improve mental health by applying group activity therapy in the posyandu. Of the soul. Methods: Used is learning method by finding various information related to group activity therapy (TAK). The role play method is by practicing directly how the implementation of TAK is in accordance with their respective roles so that it can be demonstrated directly by the patient and what he wants to convey in the TAK can be properly addressed to the patient. Results: The problem faced at this time is the lack of community knowledge in this case the family in caring for people with mental disorders ODGJ and how treatment can be provided through TAK. Conclusions: Problem solving that can be done is to provide assistance in providing knowledge, understanding and implementing role play so that it can be applied in everyday life and improve mental health.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Aktivitas fisik adalah setiap gerakan tubuh yang dihasilkan oleh rangka yang memerlukan pengeluaran energi. Aktivitas fisik yang terstruktur dapat menurunkan resiko terjadinya penyakit jantung koroner, diabetes melitus tipe 2, memperbaiki tekanandarah dan dapat meningkatkan sensitivitas insulin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kadar gula darah pada pasien DiabetesMelitus tipe 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling denganjumlahsampel50 responden berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas fisik tinggi 25 orang (50,0%) dan kadar gula darah normal 35 orang (70,0%). Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis kolerasi dengan Spearman Rho didapatkan p value sebesar 0,004 (p<0,05) maka H0 ditolak yang artinya ada Hubungan Aktivitas Fisik Dengan Kadar Gula Darah Pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 dengan r sebesar -0,400. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan agar puskesmas dapat mensosialisasikan pentingnya aktivitas fisik untuk pasien diabetes melitus agar kadar gula darah pasien terkontrol. Abstract

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has raised psychosocial problems such as anxiety. Anxiety is a physiological response that arises due to the stressor experienced. Efforts to overcome these psychosocial problems are to provide Covid 19 Psychosocial Mental Health Support (DKJPS Covid 19), one of which is in the form of five-finger relaxation. This community service aims to provide psychosocial mental health support by increasing the participant's ability to perform five-finger relaxation. Methods: The method provides online training (in the network). Partners in this activity are residents of Gang Gelatik Batuyang Batubulan. The stages of implementing activities include pre-activities, activities and evaluations. Results: The results of this activity show that the participants' psychosocial mental health conditions are in good condition, service participants can do five-finger relaxation and are enthusiastic about participating in activities to provide support for mental health and psychosocial Covid 19. Conclusion: Five-finger relaxation can be applied daily as psychosocial mental health support Covid 19.

Abstract

ABSTRAKOverweight menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan remaja di Indonesia. Latihan yang bersifat aerobik dapat menurunkan lemak tubuh dan mencegah overweight. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hatha yoga dan senam aerobik low impact dapat menurunkan persentase lemak tubuh pada remaja putri di Denpasar. Rancangan penelitian randomized with pre-test and post-test group design. Perlakuan diberikan kepada 2 kelompok (26 sampel) selama 6 minggu, frekuensi 3 kali/minggu, durasi 45 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hatha yoga dapat menurunkan persentase lemak tubuh dengan rerata penurunan 4,91 % dan senam aerobik low impact dengan rerata 1,41 %. Hasil independent t test menunjukkan rerata penurunan persentase lemak tubuh setelah perlakuan sebesar 4,28 % dengan nilai p=0,032. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna (p < 0,05). Simpulan bahwa pelatihan hatha yoga lebih efektif dalam menurunkan persentase lemak tubuh dibandingkan dengan senam aerobik low impact pada remaja putri overweight.Kata Kunci: Hatha yoga, senam aerobik low impact, persentase lemak tubuhABSTRACTOverweight was one of the adolescent health problem in Indonesia. The result shown that hatha yoga reduced the percentage of body fat with mean decrease of 4.91% and low impact aerobic exercise with a mean decrease of 1.41%. The result used independent t test found that mean decreased for the percentage of body fat after intervention equal to 4.28% with value of p = 0.032. That result shown that there is a significant difference of body fat percentage ( p < 0.05). Conclusion: hatha yoga more effective in reducing the percentage of body fat than low impact aerobic exercise of adolescent girl overweight.Keywords: Hatha Yoga, low impact aerobic exercise, the percentage of body fat
