Abstract

Pemuda adalah individu yang bila dilihat secara fisik sedang mengalami perkembangan dansecara psikis sedang mengalami perkembangan emosional, sehingga pemuda merupakansumber daya manusia pembangunan baik saat ini maupun masa datang. Sebagai calon generasipenerus yang akan menggantikan generasi sebelumnya maka di perlukan para pemuda atauremaja yang baik agama dan akhlaknya. Pemuda yang agamis akan menjadikan suatu wilayahatau kampung menjadi lebih hidup dalam berbagai aspek salah satunya yaitu dalam pendidikankeagamaan.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu Tri Darma perguruan tinggi yang mutlak harus direalisasikan oleh setiap mahasiswa baik dalam kelompok maupun individu. Mahasiswa di tempatkan ke daerah-daerah untuk bisa hidup bermasyarakat,mengaplikasikan ilmu yang di dapat selama di kampus dalam rangka mengembangkan potensimasyarakat dari daerah tersebut. Lokasi yang dituju berada di Kp. Poncol RT 5 RW 03Desa Ciampea Kecamatan Ciampea Kabupaten Bogor. Berdasarkan informasi dari kepala desaCiampea bahwasanya para remaja di Desa Ciampea sudah terkenal akan kenakalannya, mabuk,narkoba, serta tauran sudah menjadi hal yang biasa. Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenaikeagamaan yang menjadi penyebab kenakalan remaja terjadi ditambah dengan kurangnyaperhatian para orang tua untuk mengarahkan kepada anak-anaknya mengenai pemahamanagama di karenakan beberapa orang tua di Desa Ciampea juga kurang dalam memahami ilmuagama

Abstract

The relationship of marriage is intended to for life and happiness for the coupleconcerned. Keeping the purpose of marriage is likely to dispute that resulted in divorce.Divorce should be done at the trial court. Divorce can only be proven by a divorce certificateissued by the Court. Interest thesis: First, factor the cause of the marriage without divorcecertificate, Secondly, the legal consequences of marriage and divorce certificates widowswithout Third, legality Widow marriage without divorce certificates according to theMarriage Act and Islamic Law Compilation. This type of research is classified into types ofEmpirical Legal Research. The study was conducted in the village of Karya Mukti DistrictRimba Melintang of Rokan Hilir.Causes of the marriage without divorce certificates in the village of Karya Muktibecause, first, geography, Second, a lack of public understanding of marriage law. Effects ofmarriage without divorce the marriage certificate can be canceled, Children born still has alegal relationship with both parents. Community property marriage without divorcecertificates can not be divided. Widow marriage without divorce certificates according to theMarriage Act and Islamic Law Compilation unauthorized and may be canceled. SuggestionsAuthor, First, the Religious Court and the Office of Religious Affairs needs to improvedissemination to the public. Second, the Court of religion in order to continue the activitiesaround the marriage isbat to curb cooperation with the Office of Religious Affairs. Abstract

Abstract: Zakat is worship maaliyah ijtima'iyah which has a very important position, strategic, and decisive, both in terms of Islam and of the welfare of the development side. As a subject of worship, charity, including one of the pillars (the third pillar) of the five pillars of Islam, as expressed in various hadith of the Prophet, so its presence is considered as Ma'lum minad-deen bidharuurah or their recognized automatically and an essential part of the Islamic someone.Keywords: Zakat Profession, Bupati Instruction, BazisAbstrak: Zakat adalah ibadah maaliyah ijtima’iyah yang memiliki posisi sangat penting, strategis, dan menentukan, baik dilihat dari sisi ajaran Islam maupun dari sisi pembangunan kesejahteraan umat. Abstract

Abstrac.The marriage is one of the bonds that makes halal a woman and man to channel her sexual instincts. Relationships that are not based on a marriage bond is prohibited by Allah SWT. Because the act is adultery, the result will be an out-of-wedlock pregnancy that will result in the family and children it contains. Pregnancy outside of marriage is a disgrace, therefore to keep the good name of family and children in the womb, marriage becomes the best solution for the perpetrator. Marriage in the circumstances of pregnant women due to adultery is called pregnant marriage. The number of pregnant marriage cases is the background of the authors to conduct research in KUA Parung District Bogor Regency on the analysis of views KUA Head Parung District Bogor regency of pregnant marriage, including the legal basis used and the reason in married pregnant women, whether it is in accordance with the rule of law Islam or not. Research in this thesis is field research with interview method to Head of KUA Kecamatan Parung Bogor Regency. The authors claim that the view of Head of KUA Parung Sub-district of Bogor Regency toward pregnant marriage is in accordance with Islamic law and applicable law rules.Keyword: Judge Considerations, Pregnant Marriage, KUA Parung District Abstrak.Pernikahan adalah salah satu ikatan yang membuat wanita dan pria halal menyalurkan insting seksualnya. Hubungan yang tidak berdasarkan ikatan pernikahan dilarang oleh Allah SWT. Karena tindakan itu adalah perzinahan, hasilnya adalah kehamilan di luar nikah yang akan mengakibatkan keluarga dan anak-anak yang dikandungnya. Kehamilan di luar nikah adalah aib, oleh karena itu untuk menjaga nama baik keluarga dan anak-anak dalam kandungan, pernikahan menjadi solusi terbaik bagi pelaku. Pernikahan dalam keadaan wanita hamil karena perzinahan disebut pernikahan hamil. Kasus perkawinan hamil merupakan objek utama penulis untuk melakukan penelitian di KUA Kecamatan Parung Kabupaten Bogor tentang analisis pandangan KUA Kepala Kecamatan Kabupaten Bogor tentang perkawinan hamil, termasuk dasar hukum yang digunakan dan alasan pada ibu hamil yang menikah, apakah itu sesuai dengan aturan hukum Islam atau tidak. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa pandangan Kepala KUA Kecamatan Parung Kabupaten Bogor terhadap pernikahan nikah telah sesuai dengan hukum Islam dan aturan hukum yang berlaku.Kata Kunci: Pertimbangan Hakim, Nikah Hamil, KUA Kecamatan Parung

Abstract

This Paper Intends to know The Impact Certification to Performance Teaching Teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Bogor City. Covers Process Performance Teaching Teachers In Learning Planning, Implementation of Learning and Evaluation of Learning. This Research used the Qualitative  Approach by Describes The Data  That in Earn through Words Or sentence that in separate to Earn Conclusion. The Location of the Research is Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Bogor City is Located on Jalan Dr. Semeru Komp. Bumi Menteng Asri Bogor Barat. Data Source in this research are Teacher Certification, Teacher not been Certified, Parts of The Curriculum and Students. Data Obtained by Interview, Observation and Documentation. Data was Analysed by three activity, that are Reducing, Presentation, and Conclusion. According to The Result of Data Analysis Indicate that Performance Teaching Teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Bogor City is Good Enough. However still there is Teacher that can not adjust him as Professional Teachers that to be responsible to Teaching Performance tasks And existence Positive Impact that Significant in Certification Program to Performance Teaching Teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Bogor City

Abstract

This study discusses the prohibition of former corruption convicts from being candidates for legislative members, regulated in the General Election Commission Regulation Number 20 of 2018. However, the ban was overturned by the Supreme Court because it limited a person's political rights. This paper uses normative juridical research using a statutory approach, the legal materials: primary, secondary, tertiary, with library data collection techniques. The hypothesis is that the Supreme Court, in cancelling this decision, only pays attention to procedural matters without considering the principle of benefit and partiality to the people. This study also discusses the reasons and considerations of the Supreme Court in cancelling the ban on ex-corruption convicts from becoming legislative candidates that the General Elections Commission has formed with the spirit of creating elections with integrity.

Abstract

This research is the phenomenon specifically as happened to the students of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi Regency which is often found by students who ignore the five daily prayers. The formulation of the problem in this study is there a relationship between Learning Achievement in Fiqh Subjects with the implementation of Prayer at Third Class of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi District?. The method used in this study is a survey method with correlational analysis techniques, which is a study that aims to find the relationship or influence of two or more variables. The sample in the study were grade III students of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi Regency, amounting to 27 students. Based on the results of the study show there is a correlation between Learning Achievement in Fiqh Subjects with implementation of Prayer at third class of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi. It is shown that rxy = 0.591> rt (0.05) = 0, 444 and rxy = 0.591> rt (0.01) = 0.561. Thus there is a positive relationship between Learning Achievement in Jurisprudence Subjects with Implementation in Prayer for Third Class Students of Al-Fudhola MI Bekasi District is accepted or proven to be true.

Abstract

In recent years, Islamic banking has experienced positive growth every year. Like this condition, conventional banks have faced new competitors. With the presence of sharia credit cards which are financing products iB Hasanah card products from BNI Syariah. The problem in this research is how the iB Hasanah card product sales strategy through the promotion mix and how it fits in the Islamic economic system at BNI Syariah Bogor Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine how the iB Hasanah card product sales strategy through the promotion mix and how it fits in the Islamic economic system at BNI Syariah Bogor Branch. The research method used in the preparation of this study uses descriptive qualitative methods using primary and secondary data, in addition to the data collection methods in this study using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results of the iB Hasanah card product sales strategy conducted at BNI Syariah Bogor Branch using a strategy consisting of a promotion mix component with each element, namely advertising, sales promotion, publicity, personal selling, and direct marketing. Each element of the promotion mix is inseparable, interrelated. The promotion mix strategy has given strength to BNI Syariah Bogor Branch to compete in the world of Islamic financial institutions which are increasingly growing in competition. Results of the study, BNI Syariah strives to always apply the principles of sharia in running iB Hasanah card products. Based on these data, it is said that the iB Hasanah card product is in conformity with sharia principles that refer to Fatwa DSN No.54/DSN-MUI/X/2006 concerning sharia cards.
