The use of gadgets in early childhood has the potential to trigger social-emotional development disorders by showing symptoms such as the inability to get along with peers and the surrounding environment, children are unable to recognize their own emotions and those of others, children are also unable to communicate and interact with the surrounding environment. This study uses a qualitative method by analyzing various journals, books, and information about the socio-emotional development of early childhood, identifying indicators, urgency in early childhood social-emotional development so as to achieve the socio-emotional development of children who are able to socialize and behave to understand oneself and others. The results show 1). The use of gadgets can hinder the social-emotional development of early childhood. 2) The socio-emotional development of children really needs to be taught by parents or PAUD educators to help children develop in designing a better life .3). The urgency of socio-emotional development makes early childhood ready to face the needs of themselves and the surrounding environment. AbstrakPenggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini berpotensi memicu gangguan perkembangan sosial emosional dengan menunjukkan gejala – gejala seperti ketidakmampuan bergaul dengan teman sebayanya dan lingkungan sekitar, anak tidak mampu mengenali emosi dirnya sendiri dan orang lain, anak juga tidak mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengalisis berbagai Jurnal, buku- buku, dan informasi- informasi tentang perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini, mengindentifasi indakator, urgensi dalam perkembangan sosial emosinal anak usia dini sehingga mencapai pengembangan sosial-emosial anak yang mampu bersosialisasi dan dan berprilaku memahami diri sendiri serta orang lain.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan1).Penggunaan gadget dapat menghambat perkembangan sosial-emosial anak usia dini.2) Perkembangan sosial-emosional anak sangat perlu diajarkan oleh orangtua atau pendidik PAUD untuk membantu perkembangan anak dalam mendesain kehidupan yang lebih baik.3). Urgensi perkembangan sosial emosional menjadikan anak usia dini siap menghadapi kebutuhan dirinya sendiri dan lingkungan sekitarnya.

This research was conducted by the author aims to determine how the influence of PAK Teacher Professionalism on Student Interest in Learning. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods by interviewing several active teaching staff and browsing several books related to PAK teacher professionalism and learning interest. The results of the study show that the influence of PAK Teacher Professionalism on Student Interest in School is very large and good in meeting the development of knowledge and spiritual character of students towards Christian Religious Education. AbstrakPenelitian ini di lakukan oleh penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Profesionalisme Guru PAK terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dekriptif dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa tenaga pengajar yang aktif dan menelusuri beberapa buku yang berkaitan dengan profesonalisme Guru PAK dan Minat Belajar. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan pengaruh Profesionalisme Guru PAK terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Disekolah sangat besar dan baik dalam memenuhi perkembangan pengetahuan dan karakter rohani siswa terhadap Pendidikan Agama Kristen.

This service aims to provide psycho-educational guidance to Christian female inmates at the Class II B Women's Prison in Batam so that the inmates return to fully understand themselves as noblewomen. This study involved 35 Christian female inmates in the Class II B Women's Prison in Batam. The methods used are self-compassion therapy, psychoeducation and woman discussion, as well as games for participants. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the inmates' understanding of Self-Compassion so that after this therapy the inmates understand the recovery of their image and are able to accept themselves with their current conditions in prison. Furthermore, for psychoeducation of the role of women in ideals, participants have the tools to evaluate themselves with their roles so far and desire to experience transformation in themselves to become noblewomen in society.AbstrakPengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembinaan psiko-edukasi pada warga binaan wanita kristen di Lapas Perempuan Kelas II B Batam, agar warga binaan kembali memahami dirinya secara utuh sebagai perempuan yang mulia. Penelitian ini melibatkan 35 warga binaan wanita beragama Kristen yang ada di Lapas Perempuan Kelas II B Batam. Metode yang digunakan adalah self-compassion therapy, psikoedukasi dan woman discussion, serta games bagi peserta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan pemahaman peserta warga binaan tentang Self-Compassion agar setelah terapi ini warga binaan memahami pemulihan akan gambar dirinya serta mampu menerima dirinya dengan kondisi saat ini di Lapas. Selanjutnya untuk psikoedukasi peran perempuan dalam cita-cita , peserta memiliki alat untuk mengevaluasi diri dengan perannya selama ini dan berkeinginan untuk mengalami transformasi pada diri sendiri untuk menjadi perempuan yang mulia di masyarakat.

This Mental and Spiritual Development Program was initiated by STT REAL Batam and GBI Windsor House of Glory. This coaching program is a routine program of STT REAL Batam to carry out the tridharma of higher education which is the first program or pilot project in collaboration with GBI Windsor Square House of Glory which is committed to the field of Mental and Spiritual Development of Christian Prisoners at the Batam Class II Child Development Institute. Diharapkan program pembinaan ini, dapat mendukung program pemerintah dalam pelayanan rehabilitatif, korektif, dan edukatif kepada warga binaan serta ikut membangun nilai-nilai kehidupan sehingga dapat membekali warga binaan secara spiritual agar dapat menjalankan perannya dengan baik. dan warga masyarakat yang baik. berguna. The level of drug abuse has worried all parties because it can damage the body and soul Social relations and the nation's future. Even so, there are still many who have not paid attention to this problem, perhaps they do not understand the multidimensional problems caused by drugs ranging from the dangers of drug addiction, dropping out of school, the destruction of social relationships, household fractures to serious crimes that are included in criminal law. This community service explains the dangers caused by drug abuse. It is hoped that after this community service, the GPI Batu Aji Center youth will also provide an explanation to their friends or their environment about the dangers of drugs so that all healthy and prosperous families are protected from the dangers of this illegal drug. AbstrakTingkat penyalahgunaan narkoba telah meresahkan Semua pihak Karena dapat merusak jiwa raga Hubungan sosial dan masa depan bangsa . Sekalipun demikian masih banyak yang belum perhatian terhadap masalah ini mungkin belum memahami masalah multidimensi yang ditimbulkan oleh narkoba mulai dari bahaya ketagihan obat, putus sekolah, hancurnya hubungan social, keretakan rumah tangga hingga kejahatan berat yang masuk dalam hukum pidana. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menjelaskan tentang bahaya yang diakibatkan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Diharapannya setelah pengabdian masyarakat ini remaja GPI Batu Aji Centre turut memberikan penjelasan kepada teman atau lingkungannya akan bahaya narkoba sehingga semua keluarga sehat, sejahtera terhindar dari bahaya obat terlarang ini. Kata kunci: Penyuluhan, Mengantisipasi, Penyalahgunaan Narkoba, remaja, Gereja Pentakosta Indonesia.

The advancement of the virtual world has shaped the millennial generation and beyond to become digital natives who are out of control, without obstacles, and connected. The global world is presented freely with negative values of life, absurd, meaningless, and seemingly without God. The emphasis is on how to rebuild this fallen, weak, and chaotic native digital self-image. The goal is that through music and kerygma strategies, these Christian influencers can become a catalyst for the digital generation to return to God with the proper self-image. So it is an essential solution because the virtual space has a vast scope, without limits and high flexibility after church services have begun to be abandoned. A research method is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature study and observation. It is hoped that through this research: (1)New Christian influencers will emerge with spiritual content, (2)The millennial generation will repent and recover, (3)So that they will return and be integrated with the church. Future research is expected to be quantitative to see how strong the influence of changes and new strategies can be as alternative solutions.

The research center numbers released the results of the 2021 survey, where generation Z has the smallest spiritual index of 3.50, while the spiritual index of Indonesia is 3.79. The index of understanding dimensions is low, namely 3.13 for self-image and 3.40 for motivation. This paper aims to find a new pastoral strategy in reaching generation Z for self-image restoration and motor development. The next goal is to build synergy with parents in spiritual growth. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through literature study and observation. The argument is that shepherds play an essential role in developing the understanding dimension of Generation Z. The first step is to restore self-image with the Family Healing Movement with parents. The second thing is that pastors provide spiritual assistance to develop motivation and improve pastoral services on social media through counseling and training guidance. Her contribution; 1) pastors work together with parents to become inspirations and mediators in recovery, 2) spiritual practitioners take a fundamental part in social media, 3) maximize the pioneering of shepherding young people by new shepherds.
