Abstract

Permasalahan pembelajaran sejarah yang ada saat ini sangat beragam antara lain kurangnya kemampuan berfikir kritis dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah. Hal ini berakibat pembelajaran sejarah menjadi membosankan dan tidak menarik. Untuk memecahkan masalah pembelajaran sejarah, guru merupakan salah satu komponen yang diandalkan karena guru sejarah sebagai ujung tombak yang langsung berhadapan dengan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah guru sebaiknya menggunakan pendekatan konstruktivisme dalam rangka melatih keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa. Di samping itu guru juga dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik, misi dan tujuan pembelajaran sejarah, seperti model pembelajaran kooperatif. Dalam model pembelajaran kooperatif ini, siswa mempunyai kesempatan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan social dan kemampuan berfikir kritis,  dan bekerjasama dengan orang lain. Kata kunci: Kemampuan Berfikir, Pembelajaran Sejarah.

Abstract

This research aimed to study and to test the effect of the principal work discipline (variable X1) on teacher performance (variable Y), the effect of the work motivation (variable X2) on teacher performance (variable Y) and the effect of the  principal's work discipline (variable X1) and motivation work (variable X2) together on the performance of teachers (variable Y). The method used of this research was survey research design. Based on the results of the data analysis that had been carried out the influence of the principal discipline variable and work motivation variable  on the teacher performance variable was 98.3%, this value implied that the principal of the discipline variable and work motivation variable jointly affect of the teacher's performance variable by 98.3%, while the remains was influenced by variables that were not examined. These results indicated that there were an influence of the principal's work discipline variable and work motivation variable on the teacher's performance variable, both individually or together.

Abstract

This study determined whether there was an effect of academic competence on teacher’s performance, whether there was an effect of teacher’s motivation on teacher’s performance and whether there was an effect of academic competence and teacher’s motivation on the performance of junior high school teachers in Prabumulih Utara District. The sample of this research is civil servant teachers, consist of 59 teachers. The data were collected using questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used the SPSS Version 21 software program application. The results of this study explain that there was an effect of academic competence on teacher’s performance, there is an effect of teacher’s motivation on teacher’s performance and there is an effect of academic competence and teacher’s motivation simultaneously on the performance of junior high school teachers in Prabumulih Utara District. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh sertifikasi guru terhadap peningkatan motiviasi dan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 12 Prabumulih. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif, metode kuantitatif adalah metode digunakan untuk mengolah data yang bersifat statistik. Data berupa kuesioner digolongkan sebagai data kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda maka diperoleh garis persamaan regresi Y = 40,477+0,895X1+0,240X2. Dari persamaan regresi tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja guru adalah nol maka kinerja guru akan konstan sebesar 40,477, dan apabila terjadi kenaikan sertifikasi guru sebesar 1 poin maka akan terjadi peningkatan kinerja guru sebesar 0,895 dan demikian pula sebaliknya. Apabila terjadi kenaikan motivasi berprestasi guru sebesar 1 poin maka akan terjadi peningkatan kinerja guru sebesar 0,240 dan demikian pula sebaliknya. Adapun pengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama antara sertifikasi guru (X2) dan motivasi berprestasi guru (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) pada guru-guru SMP di Kota Prabumulih sebesar 78,5%, hal ini bisa dikatakan cukup karena persentase berada di antara interval 96 - 103 dan 104 - 112 yaitu di antara 68,4% dan 92,7%, hal ini disebabkan oleh pengaruh sertifikasi guru lebih besar dan lebih dominan yaitu 67% daripada pengaruh yang diberikan oleh motivasi berprestasi guru yang hanya 24%, Dengan adanya sertifikasi serta diikuti dengan adanya motivasi berprestasi yang tinggi, diharapkan kinerja guru akan semakin meningkat ke depannya.

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai lembaga formal pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pembelajaran untuk menunjang kelancaran jalannya pembangunan di Indonesia secara keseluruhan. Guru memiliki potensi yang besar pada dirinya masing-masing, namun potensi tersebut belum dinyatakan pada aktivitas kegiatan mengajar secara penuh karena belum memperoleh rangsangan dan motivasi dari pengawas selaku pimpinan sekolah maupun seniornya. Kepemimpinan pembelajaran merupakan kemampuan dalam mempengaruhi mereka untuk memberi motivasi dan menyadarkan supaya guru-guru bekerja dengan sepenuh kapasitas kemampuan. Kepala Sekolah dituntut untuk dapat bekerja sama dengan bawahannya. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan ada tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan 109 sampel. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan kepemimpinan lebih mempengaruhi kinerja guru dibandingkan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh kompensasi non finansial dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 109 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial dan bersama-sama antara kompensasi non finansial dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Artikel ini berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan kompensasi nonfinansial dan disiplin kerja untuk mewujudkan kinerja guru yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Wonosari Prabumulih Utara baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 67 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian: 1) angket; 2) dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program aplikasi software SPSS For Windows Versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Wonosari Prabumulih Utara; 2) ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Wonosari Prabumulih Utara; 3) ada pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Wonosari Prabumulih Utara.

Abstract

Eel (Anguilla sp.) is one of the important commercial fish in some countries particularly in East Asian countries such as Japan, South Korea, China, and Taiwan. The need of eel fry or frequently called as glass eel still relies on the natural capture. The issue of natural captured fish is the high level of bacterial infections and diseases. The dependence of glass eel from the nature provides an indication of infections of parasites and bacteria in glass eel. The existence of parasites and bacteria as microorganisms which are potential as pathogenic agents in the cycle of eel culture can be a serious obstacle, so that the glass eel handling needs a particular attention since the capturing proses from the nature. Therefore, identification of parasites and bacteria in the capture location of glass eel was necessarily conducted in Pelabuhan Ratu Bay, Sukabumi, West Java. The glass eel sampling was conducted in May-June 2019, in 3 locations of estuary with the highest capture yield namely Cimandiri River, Cikaso River and Cibuni River. The number of samples taken were 30 eels at each river location with 2 replicates, so that the total eel samples which were taken were 180 eels. Identification of parasites was conducted by examination of ectoparasite and endoparasite and dentification of bacteria was conducted by conventional method (biochemical method). Based on the result of identification, there was no parasite found in the glass eel samples, while bacteria found as many as 12 species and 3 dominant species namely Listeria sp. found in 40 eel samples with prevalence of 22.2%, Aeromonas hydrophila found in 28 eel samples with prevalence of 15.6%, and Staphylococcus spp. found in 22 eel samples with prevalence of 12.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to see and describe the influence of the principal's leadership style and teacher work culture on the performance of state high school teachers in Lubuk Raja District, OKU Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Data in the form of a questionnaire is classified as quantitative data. The independent variable in this study is the Principal Leadership Style (X1) and Teacher Work Culture (X2) and the dependent variable in this study is Teacher Performance (Y). Data analysis techniques, namely 1) simple and multiple linear correlation test; 2) Significant test using t test and f test. The leadership style of the principal and work culture together have a positive effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of the second variable between the second independent variable and the variable in Ry.12 is 0.670. From this coefficient, it can be calculated that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.449, meaning that 44.90% of the teacher performance reports can be linked together with the principal's leadership style and teacher work culture

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism on teacher performance. This type of research is a quantitative research design using ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers in Public Senior High Schools in Sekayu District which consisted of 112 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance; 2) there is a significant influence between teacher professionalism on teacher performance 3) there is a significant effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism together on teacher performance.
