Abstract

Tax provide an important role for financial source of revenue countries, the government issued laws and regulations that aims to regulate the implementation of taxation in the community. The contribution of tax has a very large for the state revenues. Tax is that most important thing in the state revenues, article 21 income tax is a tax on income in form of salary, wages, emoluments, the allowance, and other payment by the name and in the form of anything with respect to work in any form in connection with work or office, service, and activity undertaken by private persons subject to taxation in the country. In this research the authors found that 21 income tax have no influence significantly, where the value of significant 0,63 > 0.05 (larger 0.05 of income tax and article 21 the no impact on the amount of tax in setor on PT. Detecon Asia-Pacific LTD. The level of the close or relation of income tax 21 with the total tax passed on PT. Detecon Asia-Pacific LTD. The level of keeratan or relationships with a total number of 21 income tax taxes are deposited on PT. Detecon Asia-Pacific LTD. which is a fairly high correlation which 084 and relationships are expressed in percentages of 9.16% (the value of the determination). Keywords:  Receipts from income tax article 21,  Tax Paid

Abstract

One target on Cacao breeding program is to develop superior clone which resistance against major pest and diseases. In present time, Pod Rot disease is one of serious problem on the Cacao plantation system, including over the area of Central Sulawesi. The aim of this study was to identifiy the resistancy on five different clones of cacao (ICCRI 1, ICCRI 3, ICCRI 4, Local Sidondo and Green Local Sausu) from local farming in Central Sulawesi against Phytophthora pot rot infection based on detached pod assay. Sample were collected from the farming area of Sigi Biromaru, Palolo, and Sausu, over the harvesting period of February - May 2014. Mature and healthy pods were detached from the plant, then artificially inoculated by using Phytophthora-infected pericarp. Pod rot symptom and spreading area of fungi  were observed dialy, then total area of  infection on day-6 was used as disease rating scale. The outcome data showed that all pod of the clones were classified as a highly susceptible clones against pod rot disease. However, pod resistance level of each clones were statisfically different. Green Local Sausu and Local Sidondo were more resistant than other clones.  This result suggesting that Local clones have been developing resistancy mechanism against Pod Rot disease.

Abstract

Analisis karakter genotip kakao (Theobroma cacao L.) pada tingkat molekular (DNA) penting dilakukan sebagai langkah awal dalam pemuliaan tanaman untuk menghasilkan klon kakao unggul. Keanekaragaman kakao di perkebunan rakyat Kabupaten Sigi memiliki variasi fenotip dan genotip yang tinggi. Terdapat lebih dari 12 klon kakao yang dapat ditemukan di perkebunan tersebut. RAPD (Random amplified polymorphic DNA) merupakan salah satu penanda molekuler berbasis PCR yang banyak digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi keragaman tanaman. Informasi mengenai jenis primer untuk analisis RAPD pada tanaman kakao khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Sigibelum pernah dilaporkan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ketiga primer yaitu TCH05, AS9870 dan TCM20 dapat digunakan dalam mendeteksi variasi genetik setiap klon, kecuali klon Sulawesi 1 dan Sulawesi 2.

Abstract

Gaining education for Children with Special Needs was essential to engage their knowledge and skill. This article aimed to find out how to fulfill the right Children with Special Needs on human rights and Islamic education perspective at “Madrasah Ibtidayah Nahdlatul Ulama (MINU). Qualitative method was applied in this research. The participants of this research were students in the grades two and five VI at Madrasah Ibtidayah Nahdlatul Ulama (MINU) at Purwosari Metro Utara) . Collecting data used observation, interview, and documentation. The result show that children with special needs has been effort to obtain treatment in accordance with their talents, interests, abilities, and disorders, obtain religious education in accordance with their religion, follow the relevant education program on the basis of continuing education, and obtain assistance in learning facilities and scholarships. Abstract

Mathematical understanding ability is directly proportional with learning motivation. If students can understand the topics, it is possible that students have good learning motivation. Explorative approach can be used as a learning tool that can improve mathematical understanding ability and learning motivation. Explorative approach training the students to explore their knowledge in depth through five stages of learning. This research have purpose to determine the effect of explorative approach and conventional approach on mathematical understanding ability and learning motivation and to determine the relation between mathematical understanding ability and learning motivation. The quasi-experimental method was used in this research with nonequivalent control group design. The sample is the VA class and VB class in SDN 1 Jadimulya. The conclusion obtained is positive influence after using the explorative approach and conventional approach that appear from the improvement of indicators of mathematical understanding abilities and learning motivation and there is a positive correlation between mathematical understanding ability and learning motivation in the medium category.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has not really achieved the expected goals. Both in the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains. This paper describes the results of research related to the curriculum for ages 5 to 6 years which is applied in one of the institutions that still preserve Muhammad SAW-based education, namely Kuttab Al-Fatih Cileunyi, Bandung Regency. In historical records, kuttab as an education based on Muhammad SAW has proven successful in producing brilliant and accomplished figures at a young age such as Muhammad Al-Fatih and Muhammad bin Idris Asy-Syafi'i. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. While the data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. Based on the results of the research, the curriculum applied at Kuttab Al-Fatih Cileunyi is the Qur'an curriculum and the faith curriculum which is also known as the first century hijri curriculum or the prophet curriculum. Broadly speaking, the curriculum applies the concepts and stages of faith before the Qur'an and adab before science, with the Qur'an, sunnah and sirah as the main reference and foundation. No major obstacles were found in the implementation of the curriculum. It can even be said that there are very few obstacles.Pendidikan di Indonesia belum benar-benar mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Baik dalam ranah afektif, kognitif, maupun psikomotor. Tulisan ini memaparkan hasil penelitian terkait kurikulum untuk usia 5 sampai 6 tahun yang diterapkan di salah satu lembaga yang masih melestarikan pendidikan berbasis Muhammad SAW yakni Kuttab Al-Fatih Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung. Dalam catatan sejarah, kuttab sebagai pendidikan berbasis Muhammad SAW terbukti berhasil mencetak tokoh-tokoh gemilang dan berprestasi di usia belia seperti Muhammad Al-Fatih dan Muhammad bin Idris Asy-Syafi’i. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kurikulum yang diterapkan di Kuttab Al-Fatih Cileunyi adalah kurikulum Qur’an dan kurikulum iman yang disebut juga sebagai kurikulum abad I hijriah atau kurikulum nabi. Secara garis besar, kurikulum tersebut menerapkan konsep dan tahapan iman sebelum Qur’an dan adab sebelum ilmu, dengan Qur’an, sunnah serta sirah sebagai rujukan dan landasan utamanya. Tidak ditemukan ada kendala besar dalam penerapan kurikulum tersebut. Bahkan dapat dikatakan sangat minim hambatan.
