Abstract

Permasalahan utama Kelompok Harapan Baru Kedome (HBK) ini adalah keterampilan manajemen dan pengelolaan keuangan belum baik, manajemen pengemasan dan pemberian label pada produk belum dipahami, Jejaring kerjasama dengan pihak lain belum diketahui. Kondisi ini menyebabkan usaha kelompok ini menjadi tidak berkembang dengan baik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan setelah pelatihan dilakukan. Pengelolaan manajemen lebih baik, pencatatan transaksi keuangan dilakukan dengan baik pada buku khusus keuangan. Manajemen pengemasan dan pemberian label sudah dipahami, pengurusan ijin usaha masih sedang dilakukan agar produk garam yodium lebih luas pemasarannya dan dikenal oleh banyak pihak.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how to manage finances, including budget planning, reporting, control, and control applied by the Association of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) at the Pottery Business Association in Banyumulek Village. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to all members of the Banyumulek Pottery Association and samples for this study was 30 people. The results indicated that: (1) most of the respondents had not done budget planning as much as 53%; (2) most of the pottery craftsmen have not realized the use of the budget, namely 54%; (3) most of the craftsmen have not carried out the entire financial recording process, namely 62%; (4) most of the craftsmen have not done the financial reporting process, namely 54%; and (5) most of the craftsmen have not carried out the budget control process, namely 58%

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of information system service quality on the satisfaction of end-user accounting software, to prove empirically the effect of information system quality on end-user satisfaction accounting software and to prove empirically the simultaneous influence of service quality and information systems on end-user satisfaction accounting software. The population in this study were all NGO staff Partners of the Spiritia Foundation throughout Indonesia, totaling 23 NGOs. While the study sample used purposive sampling, namely the sample selected based on criteria. The criteria of respondents in this study were staff who were directly involved in the use of FINA accounting software and who authorized the reports produced by FINA namely Finance Staff and NGO Leaders, Spiritia Foundation Partners. The results of this study are that the quality of information system services has no significant effect on end-user satisfaction accounting software, information system quality has a significant effect on end user satisfaction accounting software and service quality and information systems simultaneously have a significant effect on accounting software user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of human resources, Organization commitment, and organization culture on financial management performance. The population of this study is all financial employees in the Mataram city regional revenue service. Data analysis is done by validity testing classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. These results indicate that variable quality of human resources had a significant positive effect on financial management performance in the Mataram city revenue service, organizational commitment variables had a significant positive effect on financial management performance, then organizational culture variables had a significant positive effect on financial management performance in Mataram city revenue. The research implications are explained further in the discussion

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan profesi Akuntan di Indonesia masih tinggi, namun ironisnya mahasiswa jurusan Akuntansi enggan melanjutkan studi Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi (PPAk). Penelitian ini ingin melihat dari sisi pengaruh motivasi, sikap, dan persepsi terhadap minat mahasiswa menempuh PPAk. Populasi penelitian menggunakan mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntasi STIE AMM semester 6 (enam) dan 8 (delapan) dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh variabel motivasi dan persepsi tentang PPAk terhadap minat menjadi Akuntan Perusahaan, sebaliknya variabel sikap tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat menjadi Akuntan. Hal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan untuk institusi, dalam upaya peningkatan pencapaian output profesi Akuntan

Abstract

This research is conducted to investigate the influence of organizational climate towards employeeperformance with happiness as intervening variable. The population of the research is all theemployee of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta which is 245 employees from 9 faculties and25 units/department. Path analysis was used to analysis the data. The result showed thatorganizational climate is positively influence employee’s performance and there is a finding thatbetter orgnizational climate implies to increase employee’s happiness at work. The implication ofthese finding conlude the article.Keywords : organizational climate, happiness, employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan motivasi kerja dan job relevant information sebagai variabel moderasi pada Kantor Camat Kediri Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh staf OPD Kantor Camat Kediri Kabupaten Lombok Barat yang berjumlah 33 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi moderasi atau moderated regression analyse (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial OPD Kantor Camat Kediri, job relevant information tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial OPD Kantor Camat Kediri. Sementara motivasi kerja tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial OPD Kantor Camat Kediri dan job relevant information mampu memoderasi pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial OPD Kantor Camat Kediri.asi

Abstract

Intense competition in the automotive industry resulted in the emergence of new products that flooded the market from various manufacturers, one of which was the Honda motorcycle dealer company. The AHPCI motorcycle club is an association of consumers who use the Honda All New PCX 150 motorbike while the HAI Lombok Chapter Motor Club is an association of consumers who use the Honda ADV 150. Is there a difference in consumer satisfaction with the Honda ADV 150 and All New PCX 150 motorcycles in Mataram City. Comparative research using 40 samples with an analysis tool of two different tests on average with the results on the product variable no significant difference was found, while on the price variable there was no significant difference while in the accessibility variable there was a significant difference in satisfaction, on the emotional variable there was no difference. significant satisfaction

Abstract

The high and low quality of services provided does not only depend on the performance of village officials as subordinates, but also their leaders, village officials are required to provide maximum service to the community and be able to answer demands from the community, both in terms of quality and quantity. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership and employee commitment in improving community services. The type of research conducted is qualitative research, with research informants namely the Secretary of Meninting Village, Head of Meninting Village Service, Head of TU & General Affairs of Meninting Village and three people from the community. Data collection using documentation techniques, observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis used consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Meninting Village Head implemented his role very well, namely as an interpersonal role, always giving examples, guiding, and creating good teamwork, informational role, namely seeking and providing important information for the organization and decisional role, namely being able to make good decisions for the organization. organizational progress that aims to improve employee performance in serving the community. The commitment of Meninting Village employees is not fully maximized because some employees have not complied with work discipline regulations so that it affects performance which means a decrease in service to the community but they are ready to work more for the organization by working continuously to maximize services and want to maintain their membership because of coordination and good demeanor among fellow employees
