Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the consumer acceptance of the product fried tilapia baby fish in different sizes and find out the nutritional value of the product fried baby fish tilapia (Oreochromis nilotis). This research used experimental method and was designed as non-factorial completely randomized design with 3 treatments and 3 replications, namely P1 (tilapia baby fish sized of 3-4 cm), P2 (baby tilapia sized of 5-6 cm), and P3 (baby tilapia sized of 7-8 cm). Parameters measured were organoleptic test, the value of crispness, and proximate composition of the fried tilapia baby fish. The results showed that the fried tilapia baby fish in size of 3-4 cm was the most preferred by consumers. Fried tilapia baby fish contained of 20,27% protein, 9.73% fat, 23.62% moisture, and 2.79% with the value of crispness 97.5%.Key words: Consumer acceptance, fish fried, size, nutrition, tilapia

Abstract

Zeolite 4A is one of the synthetic zeolite which it is used as ion exchange. This zeolite can be synthesized from silica and alumina. In this research, the palm ash is used as source of silica. The purpose of this research is produce the zeolite 4A by using palm ash and getting the best condition of synthesis zeolite 4A. Synthesis of zeolite 4A made by mixing sodium silicate and sodium aluminate with variation of volume at 55:45 and 60:40 mL:mL and variety of gelling temperatures are 60, 70, and 80oC with rate of agitation at 200 rpm. Then the gel formed will be heated in the oven at 80oC for 8 hours and washed it until it’s pH neutral. After that, dried it at 120oC for 3 hours. The synthesis product is analyzed by using spectrophotometry fourier transform infra red (FTIR) and X ray diffraction (XRD). The best conditions of cristalization toproduce the zeolite 4A by using palm ash are temperature at 60oC and variation of volume at 55:45 mL:mL.Keywords : palm ash, spectrophotometry ftir, xrd, zeolite 4A

AbstrakKlausula baku nampak aturan atau syarat-syarat yang telah disiapkan ditetapkan lebih dahulu secara sepihak, sedangkan Penerapan praktik jual beli diketahui melahirkan kewajiban secara bertimbal balik kepada para pihak yang membuat perjanjian jual beli tersebut. Bagi penggiat usaha sesuai Pasal 1333 Kitab Undang-undang hukum perdata, mereka diwajibkan untuk menyerahkan suatu kebendaan yang menurut ketentuan haruslah kebendaan yang dapat diperdagangkan dan paling sedikit telah ditentukan jenisnya. klausula baku dalam praktik jual beli di toko-toko maubel di Keluharan Manongkoki Kabupaten Takalar berkembang, meskipun sistem jual beli secara lisan, tapi pola perkembangan klausula baku yang terterah pada sistem jual beli berdasarkan ketentuan kebutuhan pembeli. hukum Islam terhadap praktik klausula baku dalam jual beli, membolehkan suatu kebiasaan dijalankan selama tidak bertentangan dengan syariat Islam. Prinsip klausula baku take it or leave it sejalan dengan konsep khiyar yang berlaku dalam hukum Islam, yaitu kebebasan bagi pembeli untuk malanjutkan atau membatalkan suatu transaksi. masyarakat Manongkoki perlu meningkatkan kreativitas keterampilan membuat lemari, kursi dan meja agar banyak konsumen yang menyukai dan membelinya.Kata Kunci: Klausula Baku, Hukum Islam, Praktik jual beli.  AbstractThe standard clause appears that the rules or conditions that have been prepared are unilaterally determined beforehand, while the application of the practice of buying and selling is known to give rise to obligations in return to the parties making the sale and purchase agreement. For business activists in accordance with Article 1333 of the Civil Code, they are required to submit a material which according to the provisions must be a tradable material and at least a specified type. standard clause in the practice of buying and selling in maubel shops in Keluharan Manongkoki Takalar Regency develops, even though the system of buying and selling verbally, but the pattern of development of standard clauses that are scattered on the buying and selling system based on the provisions buyer's requirements. Islamic law against the practice of standard clauses in buying and selling, allows a custom to run as long as it does not conflict with Islamic law. The principle of the take it or leave it standard clause is in line with the khiyar concept applicable in Islamic law, namely the freedom for the buyer to continue or cancel a transaction. Manongkoki community needs to improve their creativity in making cabinets, chairs and tables so that many consumers like and buy them.Keywords: Islamic Law, Modern Justice, Supreme Court.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Factors Affecting Stock Return on Property Sector Companies period 2014 – 2016 on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used to meas Price Earning Ratio (PER), current ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and debt to equity ratio (DER) .The Factors Affecting Stock Return on Property Sector Companies is the current ratio (CR), return on equity (ROE), and debt to equity ratio (DER). While the variables used to measure the company's share price is the closing price. The population of this research is the property sector company, listed on the Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016 with a total of 47 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample of 29 companies. This study uses multiple regression analysis with significance level of 5% alpha. The results of this study show that TAT has positive and significant effect on stock return, variable PER and NPM has positive but not significant effect on stock return and varIable CR and DER has signifcant negative effect on stock return in property company in Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This community service was conducted in Gelangsar Village, West Lombok. Gelangsar Village is one of disaster-prepared villages in West Lombok District of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The village is also appointed as one of tourism villages in West Lombok. The community service was aimed at educating young children about the importance of preserving their local environment to prevent detrimental disasters. The education about environment was integrated in the English informal classes by introducing English vocabularies and sentences related to environment issues. The English classes were impossible to be conducted without the supports and assistances from the head of the village and the children’s parents. The supports and assistances provided for theEnglish classes were evidences of the villagers’ awareness of the importance of educating the children about the disaster risks in their village and educating them about some strategies to prevent disasters through English.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam GIMA Cabang Mamuju jika dilihat dari rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas,dan rasio Rentabilitas pada tahun 2019­­- 2021. Dalam hal ini peneliti menggunakan kelompok besar analisis rasio keuangan ini berupa Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas dan Rentabilitas. Hasil analilis rasio likuiditas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam GIMA Cabang Mamuju dapat disimpulkan bahwa selama priode tahun 2019 - 2021 cash ratio dan rasio pembiayaan terhadap dana yang diterima cukup likuid. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase nilai dari tahun 2019-2021 kemampuan koperasi dalam melunasi utang jangka pendeknya sangat baik, yang berarti kinerja koperasi sangat baik.Hasil analisis solvabilitas dengan dua rasio yaitu debt to assets dan debt to equity , diperoleh bahwa selama priode tahun 2019 - 2021 kriterianya buruk.  hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase nilai dari tahun 2019-2021 kemampuan koperasi dalam melunasi utang jangka panjang kurang baik, yang berarti kinerja koperasi dapat dikatakan kurang baik. Hasil analisis rasio rentabilitas dengan dua rasio yaitu dengan rasio net return on assets kriterianya kurang baik sedangkan dengan rasio return on  equity kriterianya Baik. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja koperasi dalam menghasilkan sisa hasil usaha baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini: 1. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli beras kita premium pada Perum Bulog Indonesia Cabang Mamuju, 2. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli beras kita premium pada Perum Bulog Indonesia Cabang Mamuju. 3. Untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan berpenagruh terhadap minat beli beras kita premium pada Perum Bulog Indonesia Cabang Mamuju. Jenis  data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan sekunder dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik Pengumpulan melalui Data Observasi, Dokumentasi, Wawancara dan Kuesioner. Teknik Pengelolaan dan analisis data dengan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, dan Uji Analisis Regresi Linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda secara parsial menunjukkan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli beras kita premium pada Perum Bulog Indonesia Cabang Mamuju. 2. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda secara parsial menunjukkan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap minat beli beras kita premium pada Perum Bulog Indonesia Cabang Mamuju. 3. Variabel harga paling dominan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli beras kita premium pada Perum Bulog Indonesia Cabang Mamuju.
