Abstract

Isotearil alkohol etoksilat merupakan larvasida yang bekerja sebagai barier fisik bagi pertumbuhan nyamuk. Larvasida ini membentuk lapisan yang sangat tipis (monomolecular surface film) dan menurunkan tegangan permukaan air. Permasalahan penelitian adalah bagaimana efektifitas isotearil alkohol etoksilat dalam membunuh larva dan pupa nyamuk vektor DBD Ae. aegypti. Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui efektifitas isotearil alkohol etoksilat dalam membunuh larva dan pupa nyamuk vektor DBD Ae. aegypti. Metode penelitian dengan pengujian efikasi isotearil alkohol etoksilat terhadap larva Aedes aegypti. Penelitian menggunakan 5 dosis, yaitu 0,5 ml/m2, 0,75 ml/m2, 1,0 ml/m2, 1,5 ml/m2 dan 2 ml/m2 serta kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isotearil alkohol etoksilat selama satu minggu membunuh larva dan pupa Ae. aegypti ± 75%. Hasil analisis data menggunakan Anova menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan jumlah kematian larva Ae. aegypti pada dosis yang berbeda (p=0,999). Simpulan penelitian adalah isotearil alkohol etoksilat dosis 0,5, 0,75, 1,0, 1,5 dan 2 ml/m2 kurang efektif digunakan untuk membunuh larva dan pupa nyamuk vektor DBD Ae. aegypti. Isotearil alcohol ethoxylate is larvicide who works as a physical barrier to mosquito’s growth. This larvicides form is very thin layer (monomolecular surface film) and lowers the surface tension of water. The research problem was how effectiveness of alcohol ethoxylate isotearil for killing mosquito larvae and pupae dengue vector Aedes aegypti. Research purpose was to determine the effectiveness of alcohol ethoxylate isotearil for killing larvae and pupae of dengue mosquitoes vector Aedes aegypti. Research methods used to test the efficacy of alcohol ethoxylate isotearil against Aedes aegypti larvae. Research used 5 doses, 0.5ml/m2, 0.75ml/m2, 1.0ml/m2, 1.5ml/m2, and 2ml/m2, and control. The results showed that the alcohol ethoxylate isotearil for a week to kill the larvae and pupae of Aedes aegypti ± 75 %. Data analysis using ANOVA showed no difference in mortality of larvae of Aedes aegypti at different doses (p=0.999). Therefore, isotearil alcohol ethoxylate dose of 0.5 , 0.75 , 1.0 , 1.5 and 2 ml/m2 were not effective used to kill mosquito larvae and pupae dengue vector Aedes aegypti.

Abstract

Malaria merupakan salah satu penyakit yang menyebabkan kematian di Indonesia. Penyebaran malariaterjadi di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia, Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan salah satu daerah endemismalaria. Upaya pengendalian malaria telah dilakukan diantaranya dengan pengobatan penderita,pengendalian vektor, IRS dan pembagian kelambu. Masih tingginya kasus malaria di KabupatenBanyumas mendorong dilakukan studi secara komprehensif untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yangberpengaruh terhadap kejadian malaria. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melakukan penilaian penyakit tularvektor malaria di Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2013. Pengamatan bionomik vektor dilakukan denganpenangkapan nyamuk dari jam 18.00 sampai 06.00, kemudian identifiasi dilakukan pembedahan untukmengetahui umur nyamuk. Dilakukan penangkapan jentik dan pengamatan tempat perkembangbiakan. Dilakukan evaluasi efektivitas Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) dengan uji bioassay dalam pengendalianvektor malaria di Kabupaten Banyumas. Berdasarkan penangkapan nyamuk malam hari ditemukan Culexquinquefasciatus, Culex hutchinsoni, Armigeres subalbactus, Culex fuscocepalus, dan tidak ditemukanspesies Anopheles. Pada penangkapan jentik di tempat perkembangbiakan diperoleh Anophelesflvirostris, Anopheles maculatus,Cx. fragilis, Anopheles barbirostris, dan Cx. quinquefasciatus. Tempatperkembangbiakan jentik nyamuk antara lain kobakan di sepanjang sungai, kolam di sepanjang kebun,dan kolam tempat perendaman kayu. Berdasarkan uji bioasaay efektivitas aplikasi IRS selama 2 bulandapat membunuh nyamuk Anopheles maculatus pada aplikasi di kayu, tembok, dan kelambu masingmasing adalah 98,67, 98,67, dan 100%

Abstract

Data of mosquito fauna is important to be known as basic effort in vector mosquito control. It is necessary to update the data from time to time. The effort of updating the mosquito fauna was started from South Sumatra Province. Amount of 2,784 mosquito specimens were examined. The result showed there are 62 species of mosquitoes from South Sumatra Province and they belong to 10 genera. One species of culicid mosquito were recorded for the first time from Indonesia, namely Aedes (Downsiomyia) pexus and six other species were first recorded on Sumatra Island. These species are now included in the Sumatran Culicidae checklist.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pemahaman, kualitas layanan, sanksi ketegasan, dan strategi audit random kepatuhan pajak pengusaha dan UKM di Kabupaten Temanggung dan Kabupaten Magelang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berdasarkan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada para pengusaha dan UKM di Kabupaten Magelang sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan convinience sampling. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif uji statistik, data uji kualitas terdiri dari validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS versi 16. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pemahaman tidak berpengaruh pada kepatuhan pajak, kualitas kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh pada kepatuhan pajak, denda pajak ketegasan berpengaruh pada kepatuhan pajak, dan pengaruh strategis audit random pada kepatuhan pajak.

Abstract

Learning student days now in demand to be more active in learning kegeiatan. Not only that, but students are also in demand untu connect each subject to one another and can menerpkan in everyday life. The problems faced in learning activities in class V SDN Ketintang II Surabaya is the low interest of students in learning terajdi because teachers still use the lecture method is conventional. Submission of materials with the lecture method makes students often feel tired and boring, lack of teachers using an interesting method has not been implemented as well as connect with the subject matter of the other subject matter is still weak and lacking. Therefore the solutions offered in this study is penerpan contextual learning model through a thematic approach to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to describe the activities of teachers in improving student learning outcomes siswa.Mendeskripsikan submarine activity following study and to describe student learning outcomes after application of contextual learning model through a thematic approach. Model of research is a class act consisting of two cycles. The subjects were students of class V SDN Ketintang II Surabaya with details of the male 16 and female 14. Grand Total students there are 30. Data were obtained from observation and tests. Data observation activities of teachers and students in the analysis as a percentage. Data from tests based on the percentage of students in the analysis of classical learning completeness. The results showed that the percentage of teachers' activities increased by 24.6%. Ie from 66.7% to 90.3%. Activities of students increased by 25.1% from 67.8% to 92.9%. While the learning outcomes of students has increased by 17.2% from 68.5% to 85%. Based on these results, mak recommended for elementary school teachers to try to implement contextual learning model approach teamatik especially the theme of harmony in society.
