Artikel ini membahas tentang tinjauan hukum Islam yang dikutip dari pendapat fuqaha dan ahli hukum tentang penggunaan teori jual beli lelang dalam penjualan barang jaminan. Setiap transaksi pembiayaan dalam perbankan syariah diwajibkan untuk menyertakan jaminan. Hal ini untuk menyelamatkan dana bank apabila nasabah melakukan wanprestasi. Bank syariah berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 1996 tentang Hak Tanggungan memiliki hak untuk menyita jaminan nasabah yang telah jatuh tempo dan tidak ada iktikad baik untuk membayar. Namun dalam pelaksnaannya bank tidak bisa melakukan parate eksekusi untuk melakukan penjualan secara langsung. Bank harus menempuh prosedur formal yang panjang tuk mencairkan dana dari jaminan nasabah. Dan kerap kali menemui berbagai macam hambatan. Artikel ini akan menganalisis secara normatif dan empiris mengenai pelaksanaan eksekusi lelang jaminan padaperbankan syariah di Aceh berdasarkan konsep hukum Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Quran, Hadits, dan Ijmaâ€™ para ulama. Meskipun masih menggunakan undang-undang konvensional, namun dalam aturan pelaksanaan lelang eksekusi jaminan yang diterapkan pada perbankan syariah telah banyak mengadopsi kaedah hukum Islam. Namun dalam praktiknya masih banyak dijumpai permasalahan-permasalahan yang keluar dari koridor hukum Islam yang menjunjungtinggi falsafah maslahah dan konsep keadilan.

Islamic Education as a form of teaching and learning based on the principles and values of Islam. Education in Islam is a means towards the improvement of morals. In other words, education in Islam is a function to achieve the sublime morals, while educational institutions are aspects of material to perform these functions. Rearrangement or school improvement is a systematic effort, sustained intended to change the learning process and other related internal conditions in schools, with the goal of achieving educational goals more effectively. Structuring educational institutions as an approach to educational change that has two purposes: 1) to improve student achievement and, 2) to strengthen the school's capacity for managing change. School improvement approach everything should have the ultimate goal kepasa efforts to improve student achievement. Efforts to improve the school should not be based on the state of the schools that have a shortage / low-quality. Due to the increasingly dynamic changing times then the school must continue to improve its quality. Because the schools that already have a good quality can continue to get better again.

ABSTRACTInteroperability is the ability to own two or more information systems to work together, especially in terms of data and information exchange and use data and information to achieve the purpose of information. Interoperability can work well if all the components have to meet the standards that have been set. Therefore was on this research, the authors will conduct a feasibility study on the management of OAI - PMH protocol on IPB library by comparing the objective conditions of the OIA – PMH library IPB standard OAI-PMH protocol and added to the 10 indicators supporting the development of standards based information system interoperability protocol OAI -PMH using a suitable list or checklist. The data was collected using interviews with library staff and staff DIDSI IPB and observation method to document associated with digital libraries and the OAI -PMH protocol, the library site and OAI - PMH protocol sites IPB Library. The results of this research may be one consideration in developing a library information system interoperability eventual goal is to improve the quality of information services to users.Keywords : feasibility studies , interoperability , OAI-PMH , digital libraries

This study aims to identify the types of land use and patterns of land use change in Kampar District. This study uses a survey method with visual interpretation techniques Landsat imagery in 1998,2008,2018 using geographic information systems (GIS). The results showed that 12 types of land use in Kampar district in 1998-2008-2018 were: 1) forest, 2) plantation forest, 3) plantation, 4) mixed plantation, 5) dry land agriculture, 6) rice field, 7 ) shrubs, 8) built up land, 9) mines, 10) open, 11) ponds, and 12) bodies of water. The patterns of land use change in Kampar Regency in the period 1998-2008-2018 were 187 patterns. There are 2 types of patterns of change, namely 1) the pattern of change from vegetated land use to vegetated land use and 2) the pattern of changes in the use of vegetated to non-vegetated land. The first type with the most dominant pattern based on the area of change include: 1) forests - plantations - plantations, 2) mixed plantations - plantations - plantations 3) Forests – plantation forests - plantation forests. The second type with a pattern of change based on area includes: 1) forest – forest - open, 2) mixed plantation - built up land – built up land, 3) mixed plantation - mixed plantation - mine.

This study aims to analyze the drivers of land use change in Kampar District and to make modeling of land use changes in 2028. This study uses a survey method. To find out the factors driving the changes in land use in Kampar District were analyzed using binary logistic regression with a stepwise method. Forward land use prediction in 2028 with 3 scenarios was carried out by modeling using Markov Chain and Cellular Automata (CA). The results showed that the density population, altitude, slope, distance to the main road, distance to the river, and distance to the subdistrict city are the driving factors that influence changes in the use of forest land to plantations, forests to open land, mixed plantations to built up land, and mixed plantations to plantations in Kampar District The results of land use modeling in 2028 using CA-Markov with 3 scenarios indicate an increase or reduction in several types of land use, especially forests, plantations, paddy fields and built up land use, forest land use decreases widely in scenario I, and scenario II , on the contrary experience an increase in area in scenario III; plantation land use shows the addition of the three scenarios created; Likewise the developed land shows addition to all three scenarios; Furthermore, there is a reduction in paddy fields in scenario I and scenario II, but in scenario III the use of paddy fields does not experience any addition or reduction

Dubsmashappears as mobile application to make selfie dubbing video, using popular audio;the result is distributed through social media. A problem occurs when the soundrecording is citation of a popular song or film protecting by copyright, but thereis an exception of using the work of a composer which is called, fair use principle.The research used descriptive analytic method with juridical normativeapproach. The data were analyzed qualitatively, and the conclusion was drawndeductively through normative framework.Videos result dubsmash applications has violated the moral values ofcomposers and/or copyright holders in which the users have mutilated the workart such as popular audio of other people’s music or films of other people’s sound(Article 5, paragraph 1 of UUHC). However, in the fair use principle, since it isnot commercial and for personal use and/or does not give any profit to Dubsmashusers and there is no objection from the composers (Article 43, letter d of UUHC).The video and Dubsmash distributed to social network is not protected by lawaccording to Article 7, paragraph 1, letter (a) of UUHC since there is nooriginality element in it; it is only common work which belongs tocinematography. The legal protection for composers and/or copyright holders ispreventive and repressive (Article 55 and Article 95, paragraph 1 of UUHC).It is recommended that the Government intensively inform internet users notto violate other people’s copyright. Executive and/or Legislative Institutions should explain clearly the requirements of a work of art which protected bycopyright. This study aims are to determine the significances effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, dividend policy as moderation with the corporate’s value. The study population was 56 companies, but based on the criteria there are only 24 (thirty-four) companies. Sampling using purpossive sampling technique while data analysis using multiple linear regression model. The study states that the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) significantly affects the corporate’s value. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect to the corporate’s value. Return on Assets has a significant effect to the corporate’s value. Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) moderated by dividend policy has a significantly influence to the corporate’s value. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) moderated by dividend policy no significant effect on the corporate’s value. Sekolah efektif menunjukkan kesesuaian antara hasil yang dicapai dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Pada sekolah efektif, seluruh siswa tidak hanya siswa yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi dalam belajar yang dapat mengembangkan diri, namun juga siswa yang memiliki kemampuan intelektualitas yang biasa pun dapat mengembangkan dirinya sejauh mungkin, apalagi jika dibandingkan dengan kondisi awal ketika mereka baru memasuki sekolah. Kepala sekolah merupkan salah satu faktor kunci dan penting dalam menciptakan sekolah yang efektif. Kepala sekolah yang efektif sebagai berikut: a) memiliki visi yang kuat tentang masa depan sekolahnya, b) memiliki harapan tinggi, c) memastikan pembelajaran berjalan efektif, d) pemanfaatan waktu secara efisien dan meminimalisasi stres dan konflik negatif, e) mendayagunakan berbagai sumber belajar, f) memanfaatkan informasi untuk mengarahkan pe¬rencanaan pembelajaran, g) melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan secara berkesinambungan.Kata Kunci: Efektif, Sekolah Efektif, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah

Pengembangan media pembelajaran informatika menggunakan Google Classroom pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits memberikan sarana untuk menyediakan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Gaya belajar berbantuan perangkat pembelajaran informatika berbasis google classroom diharapkan mampu membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam proses belajar. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan Google Classroom pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan pendekatan 4D dengan tahapan penelitian: 1)Define; 2)Design; 3)Develop; 4)Disseminate. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTS Islam Pati kelas IX sejumlah 15 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Adapun langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian meliputi pembuatan, pengembangan dan penerapan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 2,53% sehingga dianggap memberikan dampak positif terhadap siswa dan layak untuk digunakan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits
