Abstract

Failure of Insulators of ‘Line Post Insulator 70 kV type’ usually caused by many factors, such as the leakage current on contaminated insulator surfaces. This leakage current will cause interference with the electrical energy distribution system. This study reported the results of testing the leakage current on insulator 70 kV Line Post Insulator type  performed on high-voltage laboratory Ujung Pandang State Polytecchnics. Based on testing, the maximum leakage current value obtained in wet conditions polluted with spraying of pollutants ESDD = 3.2 mg/cm2 and NSDD =  0.08 mg/cm2 with a value of leakage current of 7.4 mA at an applied voltage of 22 kV, this can result in flashover. Abstract

The problem in this study were: (1) how the intensity of pollution sector in the region polluted insulator, (2) how polluted insulator surface conductivity Parent substations in each region, (3) how to profile an appropriate insulators for substations with different levels of intensity of pollution sector in the region. To solve this problem pollutant sampling conducted on ceramic insulators on the channel milestone substation switchyard each region at two different points, namely at the top of the insulator and the bottom fin insulators. The results showed the intensity of pollution for every region of substation at a concentration of 0.50 g / l has a value of ESDD with dissolved heavy pollutant levels (> 0.1 mg/cm2), while the value of NSDD categorized insoluble low-level pollutants. Maximum leakage current value obtained by GI. Makale 4.73 mA, GI. Sungguminasa 4.47 mA, GI. Tello 4.60 mA, GI. Long Tallo 4.67 mA and GI. Pangkep 4.87 mA.   Keywords : Insulator, Pollutan, ESDD, NSDD

Abstract

Stunting is an acute nutritional problem which has become an official program of the Government in Presidential Regulation no. 42 of 2013 concerning the National Movement for the Acceleration of Nutrition Improvement. The stunting prevalence rate  in Gorontalo in 2020 was 11.1%, while the comparison of the 2018 Riskesdas results showed that the stunting rate in north gorontalo Regency at the age of 0-24 months was b30, 66% and in the 0-59 month age group was around 33.35%. shows that the number of stunting cases in North Gorontalo is still very high. One part of the community service program is the prevention of stunting that occurs in the community. Because most people do not understand correctly about stunting, and think that stunting or stunted, the term commonly used in society, is a hereditary factor. This community service activity is carried out to increase knowledge and understanding as well as community participation in the stunting prevention and early detection program in toddlers which is expected to directly motivate the community to participate in paying attention to the growth and development of their children so that their growth and development can be optimal. The method used is lecture, interactive, and question and answer.

Abstract

The policy of renewable energy in Indonesia is expressed in the government regulation no. 79 in 2014 regarding the national energy policy. In the document, renewable energy is targeted to reach 23% in 2025, and a minimum of 31% in 2050. One of the developed renewable energies is biomass which is produced by lamtoro, a plant which has been employed as a mixture in coal at Anggrek steam power plant 2×25 MW Gorontalo. As much of 1% to 5% of lamtoro is added in 1,000 ton of coal per day. The research aims to create a thematic map of the distribution of lamtoro to meet the need of co-firing at Anggrek steam power plant. The result of research shows the total area of field which has been planted with lamtoro is 69,074 ha, scattered in 14 districts. Meanwhile the largest area is Kabila Bone district (22,070 ha), and the smallest area is East Bulango district (0.228 ha). The estimated potential of lamtoro in 14 districts of Bone Bolango regency is about 916,439.86 ton/ha/year.

Abstract

This study aims to develop digital comics for learning magnetism in learning Science in Elementary Schools. This type of research is development research, which refers to the Four-D. The location of this research is at Kota Tengah 80 Public Elementary School, Bulangu Timur 1 Public Elementary School, and Telaga Biru 1 Public Elementary School. The results of the study show that digital comic magnets developed for science learning in elementary schools: (1) are categorized as valid and feasible; (2) Practically used, this is indicated by the very good response from students with a percentage of 90% in the limited trial class and 93.75% in the extended trial class. The implementation of learning in the limited trial class obtained an average percentage of 90.91%, while in the extended trial class it was 96.15%; (3) Effectiveness, indicated by good student activity with a percentage of 82% in both limited trial classes and extended trial classes, as well as student learning outcomes that are in very good criteria. Based on this, the digital comics magnet that has been developed is stated to be valid, practical and effective, so that it can be used in the science learning process in class V of elementary school

Abstract

Electrical systems use high-voltage insulation as a cooling agent. A breakdown voltage will show up to indicate insulation failure if the applied voltage is greater than the liquid insulation's dielectric strength. According to SPLN '50-1982 and IEC No. 56 of 1991, the typical breakdown voltage of PERTAMINA MESRAN transformer oil insulation at 30°C temperature before cleaning or treatment is 14.59 kV / 2.5 mm. Insulation of transformer oil is categorized as a sub-interest. (in a 30 Kv/2.5 mm manner). According to SPLN '50- 1982 and IEC No. 56 of 1991, the average breakdown voltage of PERTAMINA MESRAN transformer oil insulation at 300C temperature after cleaning/remediation process is 15.18kV / 2.5mm. Insulation of transformer oil is designated as standard ((standard). usually 2.5 mm/30 Kv). According to SPLN '50- 1982 and IEC No. 56 of 1991, the average breakdown voltage of SHE LL increase the oil-insulated transformer at 30°C temperature before cleaning / treatment Process is 16.52kV / 2.5mm. Transformer oil insulation (30Kv/2.5mm nominal) is viewed as being insufficient. According to SPLN'50-1982 and IEC No. 56 of 1991, the average breakdown voltage of SHELL formed transformer oil insulation at 30°C temperature after cleaning and treatment is 22.83 kV / 2.5 mm. A division below the standard (30 Kv / 2.5 mm is common) is transformer oil insulation.

Abstract

Student learning independence is currently low, this is indicated by the lack of a variety of learning media used by teachers. The problem to be raised is that students are not independent in exploring their knowledge, including in science subjects (results from interviews with teachers at SDN 80 Kota Tengah). To overcome these problems, the purpose of this study is to develop an android-based gravity e-comic to increase student learning independence. The method used in this research is the R D (research development) method, the development model used to produce android-based gravity e-comics is four d, with steps namely define, design, development, disseminate. The data collection procedure is to describe the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the e-comics that are made. Data analysis uses analysis of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results showed that the gravity e-comic developed was valid, received positive responses from students and was very good for training the learning independence of elementary school students, so it was feasible to use in the science learning process in elementary school. The conclusion of this study is that android-based gravity e-comics are valid, practical to use in the learning process, and effective in increasing student learning independence at the elementary school level

Abstract

Minyak kedelai adalah minyak yang diperoleh dari pengolahan biji kedelai setelah melewati beberapa tahap. Kandungan minyak dan komposisi asam lemak dalam kedelai dipengaruhi oleh varietas dan keadaan iklim tempat tumbuh. Lemak kasar terdiri dari trigliserida sebesar 90-95 persen, sedangkan sisanya adalah fosfatida, asam lemak bebas, sterol dan tokoferol. Minyak kedelai mempunyai kadar asam lemak jenuh sekitar 15% sehingga sangat baik sebagai pengganti lemak dan minyak yang memiliki kadar asam lemak jenuh yang tinggi seperti mentega dan lemak babi. Dewasa ini, kebanyakan transformator menggunakan minyak bumi seperti seperti Shell Diala, Gulf, Nynas dan lain-lain. Penggunaan minyak bumi secara terus menerus menimbulkan masalah utama yaitu minyak bumi memiliki persediaan yang terbatas dalam perut bumi. Menurut BPS, produksi minyak bumi (crude oil) di Indonesia mengalami penurunan sebanyak 287.902 juta barel pada tahun 2014 menjadi 273.494 juta barel pada tahun 2019. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, peneliti mempertimbangkan untuk melakukan pengujian tegangan tembus pada minyak kedelai Mazola. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah suhu memiliki pengaruh terhadap tegangan tembus pada minyak kedelai sebagai alternatif isolasi cair. Pengujian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari minyak kedelai sebagai alternatif isolasi cair sesuai dengan SPLN 49-1:1982

Skripsi, Program Studi S1 Teknik Elektro Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I: Dr. Lanto Mohamad Kamil Amali, ST., MT dan Pembimbing II: Dr. Ir. Sardi Salim, M.Pd. Penelitian ini didasari oleh kinerja dari lightning arrester Tipe Lap 24 berbahan polimer dimana peneliti akan melihat karakteristik besarnya kapasitas pemotongan tegangan lebih dari lightning arrester tersebut dimana semakin besar kapasitas pemotongan lightning arrester, semakin baik pula fungsi proteksi yang dilakukannnya. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini menggunakan metode Generator Marx. Tujuan penelitian ini menggunakan tegangan lebih akibat sambaran petir dimulai dari tegangan tertinggi 50 kV dengan step penurunan 5 kV sampai pada tegangan minimum 20 kV, sehingga lightning arrester yang di uji sudah memberikan pelindungan yang baik dalam bekerja memotong tegangan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Karakteristik berdasarkan analisi yang dilihat secara umum lightning arrester dapat memotong tegangan. Adapun besarnya pemotongan tegangan berada pada range 6,627% – 18,255%. Untuk besarnya pemotongan tegangan terjadi pada simulasi induksi sambaran petir 40 kV yakni 18,255 % sedangkan pemotongan tegangan yang terkecil tejadi pada simulasi induksi sambaran petir 45 kV sebesar 2,267%.

Abstract

school teachers on the implementation of ICT-based learning models. In accordance with the Ministerial Regulation number 37 of 2018. The target of this activity is for primary school teachers to create TIK-based learning tools that are easy and simple to use to improve the knowledge and skills of the training participants, which will have a positive impact on improving student skills and learning outcomes. In addition, through this activity, the creation of TIK-based learning tools by participating teachers is targeted by applying TIK-based learning models in learning for each subject in primary school. The method is by conducting training on the implementation of ICT-based learning models for primary school teachers in the coastal areas of Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province, such as the use of learning videos using Canva, and also related to gamification for learning. This activity begins with the provision of basic material related to learning media, followed by practice in creating Canva-based learning videos, and ends with practice in creating gamification-based learning media using the Wordwall application. This community service activity ends with the signing of an Implementation Agreement between the Electrical Engineering study program and SDN 3 Kabila Bone, Bone Bolango Regency
