Abstract

Abstract:Memorandum newspaper headquartered in Kembang Jepun No.167-169 Street, Surabaya. Memorandum is a weekly newspaper company that stands on 10 November 1969 and has many years become a popular newspaper in the field of media information. Human resources is a source of competitive advantage and the key elements that are essential for success in achieving competing objectives. An individual employee increased position employee promotion will encourage human resources as a whole in increased productivity. Based on observations and interviews, the company experienced problems in the process of position employee promotion as well as items that are still considered in general and not detailed, although the company has the competency standards are structured, and the frequent occurrence of errors in perekapan as well as the calculation of assessment data as it is still done manually and the length of time required to run multiple processes in position employee promotion. For overcome these problems, then made an application solution Promotion of Employee Competence Based on PT. Memorandum Sejahtera. This application can shorten the process and the time taken is 25 days become 9 days at the stage of promotion of employees by way of doing automation such as data recording competence and perekapan results of promotion of employees (1 day), the performance assessment (7 days), analyzing assessment and reporting of assessment results promotion of employees (1 day). Keywords: Application, Position Employee Promotions, Competency Standards

Abstract

Quality Assurance and Supervision Center (Pusat Pengawasan dan Penjaminan Mutu-P3M) is a work unit which preparing, controlling, evaluating, and developing Internal Quality Assurance System (Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal-SPMI). At the moment P3M experiencing some problems regarding documents management. That is because in managing document such as organizing, numbering, ratification, publishing, revisioning, and extermination are still done manually. It wasted time, documents building up, and document distribution process is delayed because there is a different schedule to coordinating with related workers.Based on that problem, therfore the solution that can be offered is designing and building an application which can help to manage SPMI documents.  With this application, eventhough the interested party with particular document are absent, the interested party still can access the document online because this application is web based.The results of the trial showed that this application can provide convenience in the management process that is at the stage of drafting, document search, validation, publishing, revision and evaluation, as well as the distribution of documents to every unit.Quality Assurance and Supervision Center (Pusat Pengawasan dan Penjaminan Mutu-P3M) is a work unit which preparing, controlling, evaluating, and developing Internal Quality Assurance System (Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal-SPMI). Abstract

Primary health care provided by the Geo Medical Clinic is an outpatient practice General Practitioners and Physician Specialist. With outpatient practice as primary health care, the administration of outpatient become an important function in the process. The existing problems in the system of outpatient administration is currently in the registration process still found the quest difficulty to lose the medical records of patients who have an impact on delays in the registration process, the data redundancy, and fault diagnosis of the doctor. The doctor activity that brings patient records to the cashier to make the process of further examination of patients can not be directly performed. It certainly could have an impact on the loss of medical records and patient does not perform the payment process. Of the problem analysis found that the use of the card in the manufacture of patient data and medical records, and not integrated administrative system there is a major problem in the practice of outpatient clinic services Medika Geo. Those problems can be overcome with the integrated applications ranging from registration until the payment. This application can assist in the registration process until the payment process, as it can help in recording patient data and medical records and can reduce registration queues and help doctors to consider the track record of the patient at the outpatient medical record so as to produce an accurate and easy. To process payments become computerized and integrated in order to prevent loss of data and medical records of patients and assist in making clinical report

Abstract

Pengembangan dan Penerapan Teknologi Informasi (PPTI) is one part in theInstitute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya (Surabaya Stikom). PPTI main objective isto develop and apply information technology as an integral part in the learning process and serviceboth in academic and non-academic civitas all, and in the process of achieving the vision andmission of PPTI must have good planning includes financial planning where financial planning willbe used by PPTI in the process of fulfilling the needs of the technology services needed by societymembers Stikom Surabaya. To clarify the direction and financial objectives of PPTI, we conductedresearch with reference to the standard Service Strategy in the framework of the InformationTechnology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3).This research resulted in financial documents thatcontain document management cost models, business case, budget planning, as well as the cost ofeach service policy that eventually all the documents will be useful for PPTI.

Abstract

One type of business that a lot of work at the Indonesian population is in the form of retail (Soliha, 2008). Retail in Indonesia is divided into two, namely traditional retail and modern retail. Traditional retail itself in the category of Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Retail Indonesian population spread in the community thrives. However, intense competition, especially in the face of large modern retailers, traditional retailers are making in a less favorable position. The problem faced by traditional retailers are; (1) the owner can not determine sales trends; (2) purchase a product that is not sold in large quantities; (3) the difficulty of knowing the available stock; (4) does not have the data history of sales transactions; (5) often experience problems in the procurement costs of information technology devices; The solution to the above problems is an information system retail sales web-based that can produce information as up to date as sales turnover, the products most frequently purchased by customers, products sold less that needs to be promoted, benefits and can promote products sold in the form of a web product catalog. All the information can be used as a basis for business owners in making decisions for managing merchandise products as quickly as it can be accessed anytime, anywhere through the Internet.

Abstract

Abstract: State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) Bandung is a vertical institution of the Directorate General of State Assets Management (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance. The existing problems in KPKNL Bandung is uncontrolled mail management, such as errors in recording, archiving and distribution. It is occured due to the abbundant number of incoming and outgoing mail, as well as to support the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on archival regulated by the Director General of State Assets Management No. 145 / KN / 2013.The solution offered is in the form of computerized application for incoming and outgoing mail administrative management that can produce a computerized data and facilitate the execution of the groove mail administration in accordance with the stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that includes the step of system planning, system analysis, system design, and implementation of the system.The results showed that the application has been made to help the recording, archiving, and monitoring the distribution of mails, layout archiving and sorting of mailings in accordance with the SOP. In addition, this application can also generate archiving reports that can be used as the basis for decision making by the officers of KPKNL Bandung.Keywords: Application, Mailing Administration, Standard Operating Procedur

Abstract

CV. Dwi Star is a company engaged in the field of importers of stationery, such as a stapler, perforator, cash box, stick note, display book, tape dispenser, glue, binders swing clip, calculator, and others. Stationery has various brands, such as Eagle, Phoenix, Pronto, Retype, Fastener, Bofa, Nashua, Pentel, and others. The goods were shipped from abroad, with prices following the dollar exchange rate, so that the sales price is uncertain (unstable). Is currently marketing the product on the company's CV. Dwi Star conducted by a salesman. Salesman has a dual role in his work, that salesman not only did the ordering of products but also offer the products, finding new customers, and collect debts.Salesman will going around in various area in Indonesia (except Papua). The process of roving salesman in one area takes one week to three weeks. In the process, salesmen will offer their products by bringing a catalog that contains information on products. The goods list (catalogs) are placed in a folder with the current total of about 49 sheets containing dozens of products types and kinds of this product does not include the same number but different product types, sizes, and colors. Salesman also perform the billing process to customers who still had debt. List of the bill will be created manually by the enterprise admin. Salesman collect the debt from the customer and the customer can pay off the debt in three ways, namely transfer, demand deposits, and cash. Confirmation of payment is only be completed by a salesman and a customer, and then salesmen will confirm it to the current company admin after the salesman back to the company. It creates opportunities to  cheat by the salesman.In connection with these problems, it is proposed Operational Information System Design Based Salesman Android that can be taken anywhere. Android-based operational applications salesman is devoted to help the salesman operational performance. The salesman operational applications provide useful product information to assist in the search speed of goods and prices thats up to date, can order the products, the addition of new customers, and displays a list of customer billing sent by e-mail to admin.

PT. Indochito International Sidoarjo built in 1999, located in Jalan Raya Wed-Betro Gedangan, Sidoarjo. PT. Indochito International is a company that specializes in import-export and general trading business. The sales process is a process that always takes place within the company. Based on observations and interview, the company experienced problems in the sales process and perekapan report is still considered in general and not detailed, and the frequent occurrence of errors in recording and perekapan report because it is still done manually and the length of time required to run multiple processes in sales. To overcome the problem, it needs to be made Application Raw Material Sales at PT. Indochito International. Stages of making this application begins with orders, sales, payment and reporting. Abstract

Paris (Parking Information System) is a information system to deal with parking security and performance. Paris can handle parking transaction with one area one Paris online and offline. It is not efficient anymore if have more than one parking area in far location that cannot connected properly. It must doing update or making report in all parking area. All parking area must be connected and can be communicated. Paris Management Client is a application for connecting all Paris. Offline Paris and online Paris can synchronize data. Member data can distributed in all area with one insert. Not only that, parking member can get parking availability information from Paris Management Client because offline Paris always communicated with online Paris in some interval of time. Paris Management Client developed with waterfall SDLC method. Starts with analysing system’s need, then making a system design, coding application, and then testing application. The result is Paris Management Client can help SSI as developer to control all Paris, help client to update data or make report, and help member to get parking’s slot easily. recommendation for Paris is develop mobile application for member that can be give information visually, not only text.

Abstract

H2LC clinic is a clinic Aesthetic & Anti Aging berkonsisten apply the concept of healthy living by combining elements of beauty and health of the skin and body. Clinic H2LC presenting beauty products from the best herbal ingredients and are safe to use in the long term. H2LC clinic is located at Jl Raya Ngagel Jaya Utara No. 71, Surabaya. Business processes H2LC include Care Clinic, Consultation, and Beauty Products. At this time the business process at Beauty Clinic H2LC not computerized, so that the customer data collection process, data collection product, supplier data collection, sales transactions, purchases and sales summary along with any purchase requires a long time. Because the sales department must seek customer data one by one on the shelves available, sales should check the remaining products are available manually and record sales transactions manually memorandum cause difficulties in clinical H2LC merekap sales reports. Section pharmacist experienced difficulties in checking the stock of products available or empty and had trouble buying a recapitulation report. H2LC clinics often mangalami emptiness products that cause customer clinics H2LC not satisfied due to existing products are often empty and requires a long time to order these products. Therefore, in this final project made an inventory control application using methods Ecomomic Order .Quantity (EOQ) in Surabaya H2LC Clinic. Applications Inventory Control Method Using EOQ can set the number of product inventory, in order to produce the amount of products supplied is not too much or not too little (empty)
