Abstract

The aim of the research are to describe the potential of ecotourism development in mangrove forest, to describe the benefits that can be gained by the community, to analyze the internal and external environment in the development of Mangrove Ecotourism Surabaya, and to formulate development strategiy of Mangrove Ecotourism Wonorejo Surabaya based on internal and external environment. The first and second objectives were answered using descrip­tive analysis, while the third objective was answered using IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Strategy) and EFAS (External Factors Analysis). The result showed that the Mangrove Ecotourism Wonorejo Surabaya has potential aspects to develop in referring to the ecology places/sutainability places, the natural resources including flora and fauna, the government support, the organizational, and the community of Wonorejo support for facilities and infrastructure. There are three aspects in terms of the benefit that owned by Mangrove Ecotourism Wonorejo Surabaya includ­ing social, economic and agribusiness aspects. Based on internal factors analysis (IFAS) and external factors analysis (EFAS), it was suggested that the aggressive strategy (growth), It can uses to get the opportunity strengthly, must be taken to develop mangrove ecotourism potential in Wonorejo, Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to know the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on processed fisheries' sellers' economic conditions in Bulak District, Surabaya City. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing, and documenting. This research was conducted from March until April 2021. The method of analysis in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank. This study indicates that the Covid-19 pandemic affects the economic conditions of processed fisheries' sellers in Bulak District, Surabaya City. A significant value can prove this effect in the test results < 0.05, which means a substantial difference in the outpouring of working time, capital, income, and household consumption of processed fisheries' sellers before and after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the coffee market segmentation in the coffee shop based on demographic characteristics, consumer behavior and psychography. This research was conducted in a coffee shop in Bojonegoro named Damai Cafe using primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used is by interviewing consumers and related parties. The number of samples used was 50 respondents. The data analysis used was cluster analysis and crosstab. The results showed that Segment 1 is a consumer who likes to drink coffee. Meanwhile, segment 2 is a consumer who is more consumptive, but does not like coffee drinks. DOi :  https://doi.org/10.33005/adv.v9i2.2530

Abstract

Forecasting is an attempt to see the situation and conditions in the future by estimating the influence of the situation and conditions in the future on developments in the future. Forecasting the supply of raw materials at Kupang Eucalyptus Oil Agroindustry is not maximal because there are still residual raw materials of Eucalyptus leaves that are not processed within 1x24 hours. Therefore, efforts are needed so that the planning of raw eucalyptus leaves is appropriate so that it can meet the management principles of effective, efficient and rational in decision making. This research  aims to predict the remaining amount of raw material in the following year. This research was carried out at Kupang Eucalyptus Oil Agroindustry in Mojokerto City using secondary data. Data collection methods used are interviews with relevant parties and retrieve historical data at the study site. The analysis used in this study is the Monte Carlo Simulation. The results showed that in 2020 the remaining raw material is predicted to increase by 3.18% from 2019. DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/adv.v9i1.2141

Abstract

Consumer has an important role in determining whether one product can attract him or notseen from several attributes available. This research aims at analyzing the main attributespossessed by processed product of people’s coffee ‘Robusta’ in several regencies of Jember,Lumajang and Malang. Meanwhile, the data required in this research were primary datawhich could be obtained by conducting a deep interview through questionnaire.Furthermore, this research was descriptive quantitative. The questionnaire was given to 180respondents of coffee’s consumers taken from the three regencies (Jember, Lumajang andMalang) employing accidental sampling method. The data obtained were then processed byemploying behavior’s method of consumer’s trust to multi attributes of Fishbein Model.Based on the data analysis, it showed that the highest score was aroma attribute (1,254), thentaste (1,106), obtaining easiness (0,804), price (0,739), packaging design (0,661), label(0,535), brand (0,527), storage length (0,452), packaging size (0,077), and the lowest wascolor’s sharpness (0,063). This result showed that the consumer of people’s coffee Robustawould prefer coffee’s aroma as their priority, taste, ease of obtaining, price, packaging designto the other attributes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menentukan wilayah yang termasuk basis padi dan non padi di Kabupaten Sumenep, 2) Menganalisis perbedaan pendapatan antara rumah tangga petani pada wilayah basis padi dan non padi, dan 3) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani di Kabupaten Sumenep. Dengan menggunakan analisis Location Quotient (LQ), uji beda nyata, dan regresi logistik diperoleh hasil bahwa wilayah basis padi di Kabupaten Sumenep adalah Kecamatan Kota Sumenep, Batuan, Guluk-guluk, Pasongsongan, Manding, Gapura, Batang-batang, Arjasa, dan Kangayan. Wilayah non-basis padi di Kabupaten Sumenep adalah Kecamatan Pragaan, Bluto, Saronggi, Giligenting, Talango, Kalianget, Lenteng, Ganding, Ambunten, Rubaru, Dasuk, Batuputih, Dungkek, Nonggunong, Gayam, Raas, Sapeken, dan Masalembu. Rata-rata pendapatan rumah tangga petani di wilayah basis padi (Kecamatan Kota Sumenep) berbeda dengan rata-rata pendapatan rumah tangga petani yang berada di wilayah non basis padi (Kecamatan Bluto). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani adalah pendapatan total, partisipasi dalam kelompok tani, tingkat produksi padi, lokasi usaha, usia kepala keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, dan jumlah anggota keluarga.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi agrowisata kopi di Jawa Timur (personal, budaya, lingkungan sosial, psikologi). Penelitian dilakukan di 19 kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 285, setiap kecamatan diambil sebanyak 15 responden. Analisis menggunakan software (Soft Ware) WarpPLS 6.0 (Partial Least Squares). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel personal, budaya, lingkungan sosial, psikologi memberikan pengaruh positif nyata terhadap permintaan wisatawan agrowisata kopi di Jawa Timur.

Abstract

PT ABA adalah produsen makanan sehat yang menggunakan singkong sebagai bahan baku utamanya. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan di bidang pemasaran adalah menumbuhkan kesadaran merek di benak konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas komunikasi pemasaran yang telah dilakukan oleh PT ABA melalui media sosial untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran merek Ladang Lima. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan Customer Response Index (CRI). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan perusahaan melalui media sosial Instagram telah efektif untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran merek, dengan nilai CRI sebesar 43,25%, hal ini juga didukung melalui analisis kesadaran merek pada tingkat top of mind, makanan sehat yang pertama kali disebut oleh responden dengan jawaban terbanyak adalah merek Ladang Lima. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Komunikasi Pemasaran, Kesadaran Merek.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research objective was to analyze the influence of a startup innovation strategy in the form of a futuristic concept of digital services, environmental friendliness, and the quality advantages offered on customer satisfaction. In this study there are 4 variables and 15 indicators (3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable), then the minimum sample size is 15 x 6 = 90 samples. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and component-based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the Futuristic Concept plays a significant role in influencing consumer satisfaction of Fore coffee. Quality excellence has the most significant effect on consumer satisfaction Fore coffee. Environmentally friendly factors do not significantly influence customer satisfaction Fore coffee. Keywords: Fore Coffee, futuristic, quality excellence, environmentally friendly.
