The relocation of Tlogosari street vendors to the street park Suryokusumo road shelter is still reaping polemics among traders. Process of land acquisition for market street vendor Suryokusumo Tlogosari relocation is carried out by the Semarag City government because the distance is not so far from the initial location. Granting of HPLÂ on HGB must be based on a written agreement. Granting of HGB is used by street vendors for only 3 years and can be guaranteed only 2 years for which 1 year is used for an extension application. The implication of relocation is that the location where the relocation to the Suyokusumo shelter is not strategic has resulted in many people not knowing the whereabouts of the relocation, having the status of a trading place and business certainty, a quiet relocation environment far from the reach of buyers.Â Keywords : Relocation, The land acquisition, Street VendorsÂ Â Â Â AbstrakÂ Relokasi pedagang kaki lima Tlogosari ke shelter jalan Taman Suryokusumo masih menuai polemik diantara para pedagang. Proses pengadan lahan untuk relokasi pedagang kaki lima pasar Suryokusumo Tlogosari dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kota Semarang karena jaraknya tidak begitu jauh dari lokasi awal. Pemberian Hak Guna Bangunan diatas tanah Hak Pengelolan harus dilakukan berdasarkan perjanjian tertulis. Pemberian Hak Guna Bangunan digunakan oleh pedagang kaki lima hanya 3 tahun dan bisa di jaminkan hanya 2 tahun yang 1 tahun digunakan permohonan perpanjangan. Adapun implikasinya terhadap relokasi adalah Lokasi tempat relokasi ke shelter Suyokusumo yang tidak strategis mengakibatkan banyak masyarakat tidak mengetahui keberadaan relokasi tersebut, lingkungan relokasi yang sepi jauh dari jangkauan pembeli. Konsumen harus mampu untuk mengangkat harkat dan martabat konsumennya serta meningkatkan pemberdayaan dirinya untuk memilih, menentukan, dan menuntut hak-haknya sebagai konsumen. Serta menciptakan sistem perlindungan konsumen yang mengandung unsur kepastian hukum dan keterbukaan, dan menumbuhkan kesadaran pelaku usaha mengenai pentingya perlindungan konsumen seperti yang tercantum dalam Undang â€“ undang no 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan hubungan hukum antara tertanggung asuransi dengan agen ,serta upaya hukum yang dilakukan oleh tertanggung dalam hal ketidakpuasan pelayanan sehingga mengalami kerugian.Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, yaitu suatu pendekatan yang meneliti data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan, serta analisa data secara kualitatif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap kasus dalam penulisan hukum ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pelaksanaan hubungan hukum antara tertanggung dengan agen asuransi atau perusahaan asuransi tidak berjalan dengan baik. Prinsip dasarnya, prinsipal bertanggung jawab terhadap kerugian yang diderita pihak ketiga atas perbuatan atau tindakan agen terhadap pihak ketiga dalam batas kewenangan yang diberikan padanya dan dalam hal kerugian yang diderita pihak ketiga tersebut terjadi pada saat pelaksanaan kontrak. Upaya hukum yang dapat ditempuh oleh konsumen atau tertanggung. Pertama melalui jalur pengadilan, jalur ini dapat dipakai dengan memasukkan gugatan kepada BPSK atau pengadilan di tempat kedudukan konsumen yang akan mengadili gugatan ini dan memutuskan sanksi administratif. Kedua, melalui jalur diluar pengadilan. Yaitu dengan menyelesaikan sengketa secara langsung dengan pelaku usaha melalui penyampaian keluhan dan permintaan kepada pelaku usaha agar memenuhi ketentuan peraturan yang ada. Jika hal tersebut dirasa konsumen masih belom puas dan tidak mendapatkan ganti kerugian dari pelaku usaha maka konsumen dapat melakukan pengaduan ke Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) hal ini didasari pasal 40 â€“ 46 Peraturan OJK nomor 1/POJK.07/2013

It has been done field lectures to determine Strike and dip in the village in the ELO district, Mallawa Maros South Sulawesi Regency. The purpose of this lecture is to know the value of Strike and dip in the lecture site field. The methods used are methods of discussion, sampling and measurement. The tools used are geological compass, GPS, geological Hammer, ATK and meter. From the results of measurements obtained Strike and DIP N353oE/64o value at the location of the lecture field.

Teaching material is a collection of learning information needed by teachers and students in carrying out teaching and learning activities in class. Teaching materials in the form of printed books by utilizing the local potential of Angiosperms plants in the environment around students are not yet available at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using Angiosperms materials based on ethnobotany in order to improve student learning outcomes and scientific attitudes. The teaching material development uses Hannafin and Peck's models. The study was conducted at Kurun High School 1. Sources of research data came from experts as validators, students as users of teaching materials and teachers as assessors of teaching materials. This research approach uses a mixed methods approach which is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. To see the effectiveness of teaching materials using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire assessed by validators, teachers and students. Then analyzed based on the percentage of ideals. Meanwhile, to find out the increase in student learning outcomes and scientific attitudes using N-gain. The results showed that Angiosperms material based on ethnobotany that were assessed by 2 expert validators and the students' responses showed that the teaching materials developed were of very good quality. Evaluation of biology teachers on teaching materials that have good categories and are suitable for use. The use of teaching materials developed has proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes with the acquisition of N-gain in small-scale trials of 0.62 and large-scale trials of 0.53 in the medium category. It also can improve students' scientific attitudes by obtaining N-gain in small scale trials that is 0.53 and large scale trials that is 0.58 in the medium category

This study aims to identify the party and the dominant aspects that influence millennial customers in using Islamic banking services and provide relevant recommendations. The research problem is because the role of Islamic banking has not been optimal in the national economy due to the low market share and small number of deposits. This is due to the low scale of the Islamic banking industry. Market share growth is also influenced by the growth in the number of Third Party Funds. To increase customer users, Islamic banks should innovate in knowing the needs, desires, tastes and behavior of customers so that they trust and be a loyal customers. One of the user segmentation is millennial society so this object research is millennial customer respondents. The research method is descriptive analysis, factor analysis and mean analysis. The results of study found that those who influence millennial customers in using Islamic banking services are majority on their own initiative. The dominant aspect that affects millennial customers in using Islamic banking services is the perception of reputation and the availability of networks and technology. The sub-aspect of the dominant perception of reputation is religious reputation or the principle of sharia conformity. The dominant aspect of network availability and technology is the availability of SMS/internet/online banking. Limitations of this study are related to the search for previous research literature that discusses respondents with millennial age segmentation is still few.
