Abstract

This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Baraka which employed two kinds of group experiment, namely experiment group I was taught by using cooperative learning GI model and experiment group II was taught by using PBI model. Research instruments were in the form of questionnaire to measure students’ learning motivation, test of biology learning outcomes to measure students’ ability before of after the learning process. The result shows that: (1) there is significant difference of motivation and biology learning outcomes between students who are taught using cooperative learning of group investigation (GI) model and problem based instruction (PBI) model at X grade students of SMA Negeri Baraka, where students who were taught by using GI model are highly motivated and have higher learning outcomes than students who were taught by using PBI model. (2) there is correlation between motivation and biology learning outcomes of students who are taught using cooperative learning of GI model by significant of correlation 0,786 classified on fair interpretation and PBI model by significant of correlation 0,838 classified on hight interpretation. Therefore, it is indicating that correlation between motivation and biology learning outcomes of students who are taught using cooperative learning of PBI model is higher than GI model.

Abstract

The aim of this qualitative research was to describe the role of principal in motivating the administration officers, and to understand the problems related to the policy of principal MTs Negeri Koto Baru Solok. The interview and documentation were used as instruments on collecting data. The results showed that the role of principal in motivating administration officers by upgrading personal relationship and understanding personal character. Abstract

Asesmen (penilaian) proyek merupakan kegiatan penilaian terhadap suatu tugas yang harus diselesaikan dalam periode/waktu tertentu. Tugas tersebut berupa suatu investigasi sejak dari perencanaan, pengumpulan data, pengorganisasian, pengolahan, dan penyajian data. Penilaian proyek lebih komprehensif mencakup kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui karakteristik (validitas, reliabilitas/keandalan dan kepraktisan) pengembangan perangkat asesmen pembelajaran proyek pada materi pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development) yang menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate), sehingga mendapatkan karakteristik produk asesmen proyek yang valid, reliabel dan bersifat praktis dengan memenuhi dua kriteria, yaitu kelayakan dan keterlaksanaan. Subjek ujicoba dalam penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII8SMP Negeri 1 Parepare sebanyak 32 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perangkat asesmen pembelajaran proyek memiliki karakteristik yang valid, reliabel dan praktis. Seluruh perangkat asesmen pembelajaran proyek dinyatakan valid dengan nilai validitas yaitu V = 1 (V = 100%). Rubrik asesmen pembelajaran proyek (tugas kelompok) dinyatakan reliabel sebesar 0,85. Perangkat asesmen pembelajaran proyek (berupa buku pedoman) yang dikembangkan bersifat praktis karena telah memenuhi dua kriteria kepraktisan, yaitu kelayakan (3,76 oleh validator dan 3,84 guru (praktisi di sekolah), sangat layak) dan keterlaksanaan (respon guru: sangat positif).Project assessment is an assessment of a task that must be completed within a certain period of time. The task is in the form of an investigation from planning, data collection, organization, processing, and presentation of data. Project assessment is more comprehensive that includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor. This study aimed to determine the characteristics (validity, reliability and practicality) of the development of project learning assessment tools in material of pollution and environmental degredation. This research was a research and development that used 4-D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate), so that obtaining the characteristics of project assessment products: valid, reliable and practical (with two criteria, namely feasibility and implementation). The subjects of the trial in the study were 32 students of class VII8 of SMP Negeri 1 Parepare. The study result showed that the project learning assessment tools had valid, reliable and practical characteristics. All project learning assessment tools were valid with validity values, namely V = 1 (V = 100%). The project learning assessment rubric (group assignment) was stated to be reliable at 0.85. The developed project learning assessment tool (in the form of a guidebook) was practical because it fulfilled two criteria of practicality, namely feasibility (3.76 by validator and 3.84 teacher (practitioner in school), very feasible) and implementation (teacher response: very positive).

Abstract

UD. Bungong Rauza merupakan salah satu industri souvenir bordiran tas Aceh yang berlokasi di Desa Ule Madon, Kec. Muara Batu, Kab. Aceh Utara. Jumlah tenaga kerja 25 orang dengan permintaan atas produk 700 perbulan. Penelitan bertujuan untuk menetukan jumlah tenaga yang optimal menggunakan metode Work Load Analysis dan Work Force Analysis. Work Load Analysis digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah tenaga kerja berdasarkan jumlah jam kerja yang dibutuhkan pekerja untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Metode Work Force Analysis digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah tenaga kerja dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat absensi dan perputaran kerja karyawan. Hasil WLA menunjukkan tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan adalah 24 orang dengan jumlah karyawan sekarang 25 orang. Hasil metode WFA menunjukkan perlu adanya penambahan tenaga kerja sebanak 3 orang. Berdasarkan perhitungan WLA dan WFA perlu adanya perubahan tenaga kerja di setiap stasiun kerja, di bagian pembuatan pola perlu penambahan 5 orang tenaga kerja, di bagian membordir diatas pola perlu penambahan 3 orang tenaga kerja, bagian melapisi hasil bordiran penambahan tenaga kerja 1 orang, bagian merangkai menjadi bentuk tas perlu pengurangan jumlah tenaga kerja sebanyak 6 orang.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the desire to find the main character in the novel Kubah Karya Ahmad Tohari. A common problem in this research is "What is the character of the main character in the novel Kubah Karya Ahmad Tohari ?. This study uses descriptive methods, qualitative research forms, and uses behavioristic psychological approaches. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that: 1) through the thoughts of the main characters in the novel Kubah Karya Ahmad Tohari can be found humble characters, steadfast, confused, friendly, gentle/compassionate, feeling, loving and jealous 2) through the behavior of characters in the novel Kubah Karya Ahmad Tohari can be found good-hearted, diligent, clever, and helper 3) through the reaction of the main character in the novel Kubah Karya Ahmad Tohari can be found in awe, patience, regret, doubt, rebellion, respect and fear. The results of this study can be implemented in learning Indonesian in high school, especially for students of class XII semester II. Keywords: Character, Main Figures, Novel

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bandung Trade Centre (BTC) adalah bangunan komersil yang memiliki dua fungsi bangunan berupa Mall dan Hotel. Bangunan tersebut berdiri pada satu kawasan yang sama tanpa ada pembatas untuk bisa mencapai kedua fungsi bangunan tersebut, sehingga kedua fungsi bangunan ini sangat menarik untuk dikaji mengenai kesinambungan efisiensi desain sirkulasinya. Kajian dari kedua fungsi bangunan komersil ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami bentuk ruang sirkulasi, zona fungsi ruang, pola desain sirkulasi ruang dan beberapa aspek kenyamanan sirkulasi seperti jarak dan waktu  pencapaian serta penerapan elemen sirkulasi (signage) yang efisien pada bangunan Mall dan Hotel BTC. Studi dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif, sehingga dengan adanya dua fungsi bangunan dalam satu kawasan, efektif dan efisien pada jarak dan waktu tempuh dapat diwujudkan dengan meminimalkan penerapan desain sirkulasi berupa jembatan penghubung serta penggunaan elemen sirkulasi (signage) untuk kenyamanan dan kemudahan dalam bersirkulasi. Kata kunci : Kesinambungan, efisiensi, sirkulasi, jarak, waktu, mall dan hotel Abstract Bandung Trade Center ( BTC ) is a commercial building that has two functions of building a Mall and Hotel . The building stands on the same region without any barrier to reach the second function of the building , so that the second function of this building is very interesting to study the sustainability of the design efficiency of circulation . Studies of both commercial buildings function is to know and understand the form of circulation space , zone function space , circulation space design patterns and some aspects of the circulation of such convenience of distance and time as well as the achievement of the application of circulation elements ( signage ) are efficient at building Mall and Hotel BTC . The study was conducted through descriptive analysis , so that the two functions in one area of the building , effectively and efficiently in the distance and travel time can be realized by minimizing the application of a circulating bridge design and the use of circulation elements ( signage ) for comfort and ease of circulation . Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik adalah bagian dari berbagai aspek yang harus memerlukan perhatian lebih dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil observasi di kelas XI MIPA UPT SMAN 4 Parepare menunjukkan permasalahan keterampilan berpikir kritis (daya interprestasi, analisis, dan evaluasi) peserta didik rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh penggunaan strategi pembelajaran Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas XI UPT SMAN 4 Parepare. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 orang peserta didik kelas XI MIPA.5. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes uraian jenis esai dengan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis, yaitu interprestasi, analisis, evaluasi, inferensi, eksplanasi dan regulasi diri. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi pembelajaran GQGA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas XI MIPA UPT SMAN 4 Parepare (sig. 0,000 ? ? 0,05). Tingkat keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik Kelas XI MIPA UPT SMAN 4 Parepare sebelum dan setelah diterapkan strategi pembelajaran GQGA mengalami peningkatan dari kategori rendah (100%) menjadi kategori tinggi (50%), kategori sedang (37,5%) dan kategori rendah (12,5%). Students' critical thinking skills are part of various aspects that must require more attention in the learning process. The results of observations in class XI MIPA UPT SMAN 4 Parepare showed problems of critical thinking skills (power of interpretation, analysis, and evaluation) of low students. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of the use of the Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) learning strategy on the critical thinking skills of students in class XI UPT SMAN 4 Parepare. The study design uses a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest. The research sample consisted of 32 students of class XI MIPA.5. The research instrument used essay type description tests with indicators of critical thinking skills, namely interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference, explanation and self regulation. Data analysis uses paired t-test. The results showed that the use of the GQGA learning strategy had a significant effect on the critical thinking skills of students of class XI MIPA UPT SMAN 4 Parepare (sig. 0,000 ? ? 0.05). The level of critical thinking skills of students in Class XI MIPA UPT SMAN 4 Parepare before and after the GQGA learning strategy was implemented increased from the low category (100%) to the high category (50%), the medium category (37.5%) and the low category (12,5%).

Abstract

The stone that many people today know is Agate, agate has its own uniqueness and privileges, so many agates that many people want to have. Agate which is now commonly found by the wider community, it affects the desire of agate traders to increase their sales turnover. The main problem faced by sellers is that the system used is still manual, such as making reports, there are often errors in the sum of prices and stones sold, so the number of stones sold at the total price often does not match the actual results. With these main problems, a web-based sales application will be built using the waterfall model software development method with stages of analysis, design, coding and testing and data collection methods that include observation and study of literature. The application that will be built consists of a flow system that includes managing goods orders, stock items, payments, delivery of goods and sales reports. It is expected that with this system the operational activities of agate sales can be more effective and efficient so that it is expected to provide more financial benefits for business owners and facilitate customers in making purchases online without coming directly to the store.

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan membahas tentang kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an  pada mahasiswa program Studi Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir Fakultas Ushuluddin, Adab dan Dakwah IAIN Kendari khususnya mahasiswa angkatan III. Penulis akan memaparkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengetaui makhraj huruf hijāiyyah (tempat keluar huruf hijāiyyah), sehingga tidak salah dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Selain makhraj huruf hijāiyyah yang harus diketahui oleh setiap muslim, maka madd, nūn mati atau tanwīn ( ـً , ـٍ , ـٌ ), mīm mati, qalqalah, lafẓuljalālah, rā’dan sebagainya yang berkaitan dengan bacaan Al-Qur’an. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut ditemukan bahwa Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir Fakultas Ushuluddin, Adab dan Dakwah IAIN Kendari yang memiliki kemampuan mengucapkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an secara benar berdasarkan dengan kaedah ilmu tajwid, seperti: kaedah makhraj huruf hijāiyyah, madd, nūn mati dan tanwīn, mīm mati, qalqalah, lafẓuljalālah dan rā’. Responden merupakan penghafal Al-Qur’an Akan tetapi, walaupun mereka dapat mengucapkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an secara benar sesuai dengan kaedah ilmu tajwid yang disebutkan di atas, namun mereka  tidak dapat menjelaskan tentang makhraj masing-masing huruf hijāiyyah baik yang ada padanannya dengan huruf bahasa Indonesia maupun yang tidak ada padanannya dengan huruf bahasa Indonesia.   Kata Kunci: Al-Quran, Program tudi ilmu al-qur’an dan tafsir
