Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of service quality, ticket price, and customer satisfaction to the customer loyalty. It is a quantitative research using the data analysis method of Path Analysis. The results indicate that both variables of Service Quality (X1) and Ticket Price (X2) have a significant direct influence to the variable of Customer Satisfaction (Y1), whereas the variable of customer satisfaction has a significant indirect influence to the variable of Customer Loyalty (Y2) [through intervening the variable of customer satisfaction]. It is found in a sequence that the variables most influential to the increase of Customer Loyalty are: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and the Ticket Price in the last rank. The results of path analysis indicate that service quality can directly influence the customer loyalty. It can be optimistically improved as maximal as possible through 5 factors having positive influences in enhancing customer loyalty. Meanwhile, Ticket Price still indirectly influences the customer loyalty and it can pesimistically still be enhanced through the policy on tariff and it is difficult to implement, only can be driven if the ticket price provided by the transport service provider is more competitive and more various as well as affordable for the consumer purchase power of that transport sevice. Abstract

Abstract The objective of this study is to find out and analyze empirically the effectsofcooperative script in enhancing the narrative writing of students The study used experimental method with a control and experimental group. The study of population was 80 students ‘electrical Engineering in the second semester at Muhammadiyah Lampung University 2016/2017. The subjects of the study were taken from the seven sections randomly elected by the fishbowl technique. The data collection method used pretest and posttest while data analysis used t-tests in SPSS 16.0 The study of results showed that the mean scores in the pre-test and post-test in both control and experimental groups significantly varied. First, the treatment or the cooperativescript significantly increased the performance of the second semester students in narrative text writing, from good to very good. Second, a significant difference existed in the post-test mean scores of the control and experimental groups. The treatment increased the performance of the second semester students in narrative writing. Third, the use of a cooperativescript significantly affected the performance, particularly of the experimental group. Keywords: Cooperative Script, Writing Skill, Narrative Text

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the direct and indirect effects between service quality and ticket fare through customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty of Perum DAMRI Land Transport service at central office /Prime Pull Perum Damri in Jakarta. The population is Perum DAMRI customers who have used the services of Perum DAMRI several times for several destinations. While the sample is Perum DAMRI customers in the Region of DKI Jakarta of 125 respondents, using purposive sampling. The analysis used in this research is Path Analysis Method. The calculations indicate that the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction is significant. Based on calculations, it is indicated that the ticket fare variable to consumer satisfaction is significant. Consumer satisfaction can be an intervening variable between service quality and loyalty of consumers. Consumer satisfaction can be an intervening variable between the ticket fare to the customers’ loyalty. Based on the test results, the variable of consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty is significant, Adjusted R Square (R2) of 0.981 shows that 98.1 % of the variance or consumer loyalty is determined by the independent variables and intervening variables in the regression equation

Abstract

This study was conducted by delivering 8-day action research workshop, followed up by mentoring into each group during teacher doing action research focusing on designing action research proposal, wrting their action research report, and wrting report into scientific article,,facilitating teacher to publish their article into journal at  LPM Unimed or journal with  ISSN.This study was conducted at two partner schools:  SD Negeri 101868 Desa Sena Kecamatan Batang Kuis and  SD Negeri 105323 Desa Bakaran Batu Kecamatan Batang Kuis Kabupaten Deli Serdang. The outcome of this  IbM is Primary teachers understand principle and procedure of action research, teachers are able to design and write action research proposal, conduct action research, from planning, action, observation, until  reflection, reporting result of action research and publish them into scientific journal. The output of this IbM is product of action research reports and scientific articles, hopefully they can be published. Key Word: Action Research Workshop, Teaching Learning Innovation

Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip di Politeknik Peretanian Negeri Payakumbuh belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sementara kebutuhan akan akses arsip yang ada semakin tinggi. Pengelolaan arsip yang sebagain masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum terstruktur tentulah menjadi salah satu kendala yang cukup mengganggu operasiaonal institusi. Solusi yang bisa di terapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahn tersebut adalah dengan membangun sistem arsip elektronik. Diantara keuntungan penerapan program aplikasi pengelolahan arsip elektronik adalah Meningkatkan bisnis proses menjadi lebih cepat dalam hal akses dan proses temu-kembali informasi arsip, Pemberian informasi yang lebih baik dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat terkait dengan akses arsip yang cepat dan tepat, Layanan arsip yang lebih baik karena lokasi arsip dapat lebih cepat diketahui, Mengurangi waktu yang dibutuhkan petugas arsip dalam mencari informasi.Memudahkan dalam pertukaran informasi antar unit atau organisasi, dan memudahkan dalam penggunaan kembali informasi arsip oleh unit atau organisasi lain, Menekan biaya dan memberikan kemampuan untuk menyediakan informasi secara akurat, cepat, dan transparan sesuai permintaan pemegang kewenangan maupun kebutuhan suatu regulasi. Abstract

Open Journal System atau OJS adalah sebuah Content Management System berbasis web yang khusus dibuat untuk menangani keseluruhan prosesmanajemen publikasi ilmiah dari proses call for paper, peer review, hingga penerbitan dalam bentuk online. Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Payakumbuh memiliki satu jurnal yaitu LUMBUNG yang dikelola oleh  Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P3M). Jurnal Lumbung diterbitkan dalam edisi cetak karena belum memiliki system untuk publikasi secara online. Kelemahan dari sistem penerbitan yang masih manual ini bisa diatasi dengan mengimplemtasikan sistem penerbitan secara elektronik menggunakan Open Jurnal System (OJS) yang bisa dikelola dan diakses secara online. Penerbitan jurnal menggunakan OJS mesti mengacu kepada standar operasional prosedur (SOP) pada OJS yang sudah ditetapakan dimana beberapa aktor yang terlibat didalam penernbnitan jurnal pada system OJS diaantaranya adalah Manager Jurnal, Editor, Author dan Reviewer.

Abstract

The purposes of the study were to describe application of PPP method in teaching vocabulary at University of Muhammadiyah Lampung, especially General lesson in Islamic Education and to know the result of students’ vocabularies achievement after teaching by using PPP method. The population of study was University of Muhammadiyah Lampung, especially General lesson in Islamic Education. And there were thirty students as sample. The data of collecting method used documentation and test. The analysis data used mean of average. The students’ mastery of vocabularies has improved after PPP method was given. It was supported by the significant different result of the standard score that has been taken from the English teacher, mean was lower 59.5 than the last score in action research, mean was 72.5. The following suggestions are offered. First, the use of a PPP Method should be maintained frequently and recommended to the English teacher, especially to teach children around 7-10 in order to attract their motivation in learning English to be more interested. Second, a teacher should be clever in creating a contusive situation; try to apply other teaching strategies so that the class becomes alive. Hopefully, there would be further studies on teaching English using PPP Method.

Abstract

Sumber air saat ini mengalami banyak penurunan, baik kuantitas maupun kualitas, karena ada banyak fungsi konversi lahan dari hutan ke pertanian, terutama di perbukitan dan daerah tangkapan. Agar pemanfaatan air dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sambil tetap memperhatikan kemungkinan ketersediaan dan perubahan yang terjadi sebagai akibat dari pemanfaatannya, maka perlu perencanaan dasar untuk pengembangannya. Oleh karena itu, sebagai alat pendukung, panduan teknis diperlukan untuk mengevaluasi potensi air. Studi potensi mata air dilakukan oleh beberapa pendekatan, yaitu dengan lokasi geohidrology, debit musim semi, analisis tritium, analisis 18o, dan deuterium dan analisis kimia air yang menyediakan data dan informasi pelengkap (Purwitasari, 2006). Dalam penelitian ini kami melakukan lokasi geohidrologi dan pegas debit. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan adalah: Contour maps, GPS, Pharsall Flume. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian, deskripsi dari diskusi dan tujuan dari sumber penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai berikut: 1. Di bidang pengambilan data diperoleh + 145 titik koordinat, dimana titik ini akan digunakan dalam penentuan dari batas-batas dan konstruksi garis kontur yang dipetakan, 2. Sumber air potensial dalam format Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) X 0696719, Y 9969672. Dalam bentuk data Geografis (00 16 '27, 32'' dan 1000 46 '3.36' ') 3. Aliran perangkat flume pembuangan air adalah 0,36 cm3 / detik.

Abstract

Astronomy is counted as a natural science that always gets the most attention of humans all the time. Lately, in Indonesia began to appear astronomical observatories that examine various things. The Falak Observatory of the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra (OIF UMSU) is one that has played an important role in the development of astronomy in Indonesia, especially in North Sumatra. In this observatory there are classical and modern astronomical tools. Among the role and contribution of this observatory is to provide information for students about the phenomenon and importance of astronomy, then training for students, astronomy studies, and others. The existence of this observatory is basically an appreciation of science and technology that are part of civilization.
