Abstract

The objectives of this service is to increase the teachers’ knowledge and skills on learning orientation and mobility services for competence development of teachers in the inclusion kindergarten. The implementation methods of learning orientation and mobility for the competence development of teachers in this inclusion kindergarten is starting the initial condition of the kindergarten teachers’ knowledge and skill in learning orientation and mobility for blind children that are still low. Then, the process of learning orientation and mobility services are effective in the inclusive learning environment in the kindergarten. Embodiments for creating a learning environment that is attractive and fun for blind children who study with normal children in the implementation of inclusive education as follows: a) the teacher has the potential to prepare lesson plans based on the conditions and the ability of students, b) the utilization of resources and learning media provided is capable of reaching and stimulate all students without exception in learning, and c) the potential to manage learning groups that can accept one another and work together to learn, and d) the provision of direct assessment of the success blind children in the inclusive kindergarten. Tujuan kegiatan pelayanan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru tentang pelayanan pembelajaran orientasi dan mobilitas untuk pengembangan kompetensi guru di taman kanak-kanak inklusi. Metode pelaksanaan pembelajaran orientasi dan mobilitas untukpengembangan kompetensi guru di taman kanak-kanak inklusi ini yaitu dimulai kondisi awal guru TK dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pembelajaran orientasi dan mobilitas pada anak tunanetra masih rendah. Kemudian proses pelayanan pembelajaran orientasi dan mobilitas yang efektif pada lingkungan belajar pada TK inklusif..Perwujudan untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan bagi anak tunanetra yang belajar bersama anak normal pada penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif, yaitu a) guru berpotensi untukmempersiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran sesuai kondisi dan kemampuan anak didik, b) pemanfaatan sumber dan media belajar yang tersedia mampu menjangkau dan menstimulus semua anak didik tanpa perkecualian dalam belajar, dan c) berpotensi dalam mengelola pembelajaran kelompok yang dapat saling menerima dan bekerjasama untuk belajar, dan d) pemberian penilaian secara langsung terhadap keberhasilan anak tunanetra pada TK Inklusif.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model outdoor learning terhadap kemampuan sains anak kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita II Kahuripan Pacet Mojokerto. Populasi penelitian adalah anak kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita II Kahuripan Pacet Mojokerto yang berjumlah 20 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan tes. Data yang telah diperoleh dari penelitian dianalisis menggunakan tabel penolong wilcoxon match pairs test dan hasilnya Thitung= 0, sedangkan Ttabel=0.52, yang berarti Thitung < Ttabel (0 < 0.52). Berdasarkan uraian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model outdoor learning terhadap kemampuan sains anak kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita II Kahuripan Pacet Mojokerto. Kata kunci : Model Outdoor Learning, Kemampuan Sains   Abstract This quantitative research aims to study the existence of the effect  of the outdoor learning model on the science skill of students group B at TK Dharma Wanita II Kahuripan Pacet Mojokerto. Population of the research was students group B at TK Dharma Wanita II Kahuripan Pacet Mojokerto with the amount of 20 children. Data was collected by using observation and test techniques. Data obtained in this research then was analyzed using wilcoxon match pairs test and the result is Tcalculated=0 and Ttable=0.52. It means T calculated < T table  (0<0.52). Based on the result of the research it can be concluded that the effect  of the outdoor learning model on the science skill of students group B at TK Dharma Wanita II Kahuripan Pacet Mojokerto.  Keywords: Outdoor Learning model , science ability

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan kecerdasan spasial  pada gaya belajar visual dengan gaya belajar auditorial, gaya belajar auditorial dengan gaya belajar kinestetik, dan gaya belajar visual dengan gaya belajar kinestetik setelah diberikan kegiatan bermain media APE lego pada anak kelompok B1 (Arjuna) di TK Taman Ceria Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pre-experimental design dan desain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B1 (Arjuna) di TK Taman Ceria Surabaya yang berjumlah 18 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan unjuk kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus One-way Anova dengan Fhitung<Ftabel dan dengan taraf signifikan ? = 5% (0,05) menggunakan SPSS for windows version 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji One-way Anova, dapat diketahui bahwa Hasil Fhitung= 0,032, sedangkan Ftabel= 3,16, yang berarti Fhitung < Ftabel (0,032 < 3,16) dan nilai signifikan yang diperoleh yaitu nilai sig = 0,969 > taraf signifikan ?= 0,05 maka pengambilan keputusannya yaitu: Ho diterima sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan nilai rata-rata antara gaya belajar visual dengan gaya belajar auditorial, gaya belajar auditorial dengan gaya belajar kinestetik, dan gaya belajar visual dengan gaya belajar kinestetik. Akan tetapi terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar bermedia APE lego terhadap kecerdasan spasial anak kelompok B di TK Taman Ceria Surabaya. Kata kunci: Gaya belajar, Media APE lego, Kecerdasan spasial   Abstract Aim of this research is to know whether the differences of spacial intelligence exist on visual learning style and auditoria learning style, auditoria learning style and kinesthetic learning style, and visual learning style and kinesthetic learning style after giving activity of playing APE lego media on students of group B1(Arjuna) at TK Taman Ceria Surabaya. This research uses quantitative approach with pre experimental design type and one group pretest posttest design. Sample in this research is 18 students of group B1(Arjuna) at TK Taman Ceria Surabaya. Data collection technique is by using observation and work performance. Data analysis technique is by using one way anova test with Fcalculated<Ftable and with significance level ? = 5% (0.05) using SPSS for windows version 20.Based on result of the research with one way anova test, it can be known that the result is Fcalculate= 0,032, and Ftable= 3,16, it means Fcalculated < Ftable (0,032 < 3,16) and the obtained significance level  is ? = 0.969 > significance level ? = 0.05, so the decision is : Ho is accepted so it can be stated that there is no difference of score in average between visual learning style and auditoria learning style, auditoria learning style and kinesthetic learning style, and visual learning style and kinesthetic learning style. Abstract

Abstrak: Siswa tunagrahita mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami informasi abstrak tentang konsep pubertas dan langkah – langkah menggunakan pembalut wanita. Penggunaan metode pemodelan menyediakan model atau contoh konkret yang mudah diingat oleh siswa tunagrahita. Penerapan pembelajaran langsung dapat memandu siswa langkah demi langkah untuk memahami suatu konsep dan menguasai suatu ketrampilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman konsep pubertas dan ketrampilan menggunakan pembalut wanita dengan pembelajaran langsung menggunakan metode pemodelan pada siswa SMALB Tunagrahita. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dengan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan dalam satu siklus untuk pembelajaran konsep pubertas dan dua siklus untuk pembelajaran ketrampilan menggunakan pembalut wanita. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMALB tunagrahita yang berjumlah 6 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, observasi dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data meliputi instrumen pengamatan proses pembelajaran, soal tes pengetahuan dan format penilaian tes kinerja. Ketuntasan belajar klasikal tentang pemahaman konsep pubertas dapat dilihat dari hasil tes pengetahuan siklus I yang menunjukkan 83 % siswa telah mendapatkan nilai tes pengetahuan ≥ 70 %. Peningkatan ketrampilan menggunakan pembalut wanita dapat dilihat dari hasil tes pengetahuan dan tes kinerja. Hasil tes pengetahuan siswa siklus I menunjukkan 67 % siswa mendapatkan nilai tes pengetahuan ≥ 70 % dan meningkat 83 % pada siklus II. Hasil tes kinerja siswa siklus I menunjukkan 67 % siswa mendapatkan nilai tes kinerja ≥ 70 % dan meningkat 100 % pada siklus II. Ketuntasan belajar klasikal siklus II dibandingkan siklus I pada tes pengetahuan meningkat 16 % dan tes kinerja meningkat 33 %. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman konsep pubertas dan ketrampilan menggunakan pembalut wanita siswa SMALB tunagrahita meningkat dengan pembelajaran langsung menggunakan metode pemodelan.Kata Kunci: Konsep Pubertas, Pembelajaran Langsung, Metode Pemodelan.Abstract: Mentally disabled students have difficulty understanding abstract information about the concept of puberty and the steps to use sanitary napkins. The use of modeling methods provides a concrete model or example that is easily remembered by mentally retarded students. The application of direct learning can guide students step by step to understanding a concept and mastering a skill. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in understanding of the concept of puberty and the skills to use sanitary napkins with direct learning using modeling methods for students with mental retardation. This research is a classroom action research with the analysis of quantitative descriptive data conducted in one cycle for learning the concept of puberty and two cycles for learning skills using sanitary napkins. The subjects of the study were 6 students with mental retardation. Data collection methods in this study are documentation, observation and tests. The instruments used to collect data include instruments of learning process observation, knowledge test questions and performance test assessment formats. The completeness of classical learning about understanding the concept of puberty can be seen from the results of the cycle I knowledge test which shows 83% of students have obtained a knowledge test score of ≥ 70%. Improving skills in using sanitary napkins can be seen from the results of knowledge tests and performance tests. The students' first cycle knowledge test results show 67% of students get knowledge test scores ≥ 70% and increase 83% in cycle II. The results of the first cycle of student performance tests showed 67% of students got a performance test score of ≥ 70% and increased 100% in cycle II. Classical learning completeness cycle II compared to cycle I on knowledge tests increased 16% and performance tests increased 33%. The results of the study concluded that understanding the concept of puberty and the skills to use sanitary napkins for mentally retarded students increased with direct learning using modeling methods.Keywords: Concept of Puberty, Direct Learning, Modeling Methods.

Abstract

Learning the vocational skills of children with mild mental retardation today has encountered many difficulties which resulted in the limitations of children in mastering the vocational skills of making bags from batik cloth. This study aims to produce a product for developing vocational skills learning for mild mentally retarded children towards making bags from batik cloth at the SMALB level. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D) research to produce a certain product, and tests the effectiveness of the product to perfect a product that is in accordance with the references and criteria of the product made so as to produce a new product through various stages, validation, and testing that includes a learning video tutorial that makes it easier for mild mentally retarded children to understand and develop vocational skills in making bags from batik cloth. The conclusion of this study is that with the development of vocational skills learning for mild mentally retarded children, it is hoped that mild mentally retarded children at the SMALB level have vocational skills to make bags from batik cloth which can be used as life skills to prepare them for entering the workforce after graduation and these vocational skills need to be trained so that the vocational skills of mild mentally retarded children can develop optimally. The results of the expert validation test are in the form of learning video tutorials and bags from batik cloth which are categorized as valid and effective. The conclusion of this study is that with the development of vocational skills learning for mild mentally retarded children, it is hoped that mild mentally retarded children at the SMALB level have vocational skills to make bags from batik cloth which can be used as life skills to prepare them for entering the workforce after graduation and these vocational skills need to be trained so that the vocational skills of mild mentally retarded children can develop optimally.
