Abstract

Abstrak Setiap perusahaan perlu memahami perilaku konsumen karena kelangsungan hidup perusahaan sebagai organisasi yang berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen tergantung pada perilaku konsumennya. Dalam usaha ritel, pengetahuan tentang pola perilaku konsumen dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyusun tata letak rak toko sehingga memberikan kenyamanan dan kemudahan bagi konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Hal inilah yang nantinya akan memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan menaikkan profit. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan usaha perbaikan tata letak toko ritel berdasarkan perilaku belanja konsumen dengan menggunakan metode Market Basket Analysis (MBA) dan tools Activity Relationship Chart (ARC). MBA bertujuan untuk menentukan produk apa saja yang paling sering dibeli sekaligus oleh konsumen dengan menemukan asosiasi antar produk yang diletakkan dalam keranjang belanja. MBA adalah salah satu penerapan Association Rule  dengan tiga macam ukuran, yaitu support (tingkat dominansi faktor), confidence (tingkat kedekatan faktor) dan improvement ratio (validasi kedekatan faktor). Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode ARC untuk mengetahui kedekatan produk secara kualitatif. Dari hasil pengolahan data MBA dan ARC didapat tiga alternatif layout baru yang kemudian dipilih salah satu yang terbaik oleh pihak manajemen. Pada layout terpilih, beberapa produk harus diubah dari posisi sebelumnya. Produk-produk yag harus dipindah diantaranya produk sabun cuci, snack, dan produk lainnya. Abstract

Currently there are a lot of junior SBI / RSBI in East Java province and to increase the quantity in each year. Changes and additions to the curriculum a better curriculum is the governments efforts in developing the educational level in particular junior level in In-donesia. Curriculum SBI is known for referring to international standards commonly used by developing countries. Completeness of infrastructure and professional competencies possessed by the teacher / lecturer can be measured by the success of SBI curriculum developed by the government. So far, research on school SBI / RSBI have been carried out. The study was made to determine the relevance (effectiveness and suitability) SBI curriculum with the national curriculum, which will be able to know the relationship between them. On the other hand, the professional competence of the teacher / lecturer also test them to determine whether there is a relationship with SBI curriculum currently implemented.
