Abstract

This research is of interest the authors of the independent small business world, which aims tofind marketing communications strategy Freshoes done in improving the consumer. The author usesdescriptive qualitative research that describes the marketing communications strategy do freshoes.The data collected to determine the marketing communication strategy using in-depth interviews andobservations of the owner Freshoes, employees as key informants and consumers as well as to test theinformant keabsahaan data. Results of the study also proves that the marketing communicationsstrategy to increase the number of consumers who do freshoes there are two things: first, the theory ofmarketing communication explains that marketers inform you as clearly as he explained the productsthat will be on offer to the target is the customer, the marketing mix (Place, Price, Place, promotion)of these four factors of marketing communication strategies to improve consumers is a factor ofPersonal Selling and promotion (promotion). Abstract

Documents similarity measure is a time consuming problem. The large amount of documents and the large number of pages per document are causing the similarity measures to becomes a complicated and hard job to do manually. In this research, a system that can automatically measuring similarity between documents is built by implementing TF-IDF. Measurements are carried by first creating a vector representation of documents being compared. This vector representation containing the weight of each term in the documents. After that, the similarity value are calculated using cosine similarity. The finished system can carry out comparison of documents in pdf or word format. Document comparison can be done using all the chapters in the report, or just a few selected chapters that are considered significant. Based on experiment, it can be concluded that TF-IDF needs at least three documents to be available in the document collection  being processes. The test of correlation shows that for document in pdf format, there is a significant correlation between the amount of characters in the document with the processing time.

Abstract

Transaksi jual barang atau jasa dengan media jaringan computer yang terkoneksi dengan internet disebut dengan e-commerce. Perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia sangat tinggi dikarenakan jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang sangat besar. Tokopedia adalah salah satu e-commerce terpopuler di Indonesia saat ini dalam bentuk marketplace. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas website Tokopedia menggunakan model webqual 4.0 dan manfaat penelitian ini adalah memberikan masukan bagi pengelola Tokopedia dalam meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap konsumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kegunaan (usability quality) memiliki pengaruh negative, variabel kualitas informasi (information quality) dan variabel kualitas layanan (service quality) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan (user satisfaction).

Abstract

The research carried out tried to examine and analyze the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Work Involvement On   Organizational Commitment In Bangau Campus Employees at Unika Musi Charitas Palembang. Research   respondents were employees as educators, namely lecturers without additional assignments and lecturers with additional (structural)  assignments  and  employees  as  educational  support  staff  at  the  Faculty    of Science and Technology, Faculty of Business and Accounting at Catholic University Musi Charitas in Palembang. The results of the Discussion of Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Work Involvement Analysis Influence Against Organizational Commitment In Bangau Campus Employees At Catholic University Musi Charitas Palembang. Analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The Research Method is a case study. Sampling Technique is a convinience.. The results of the study are expected to be useful for improving job satisfaction, motivation, work involvement, which has an impact organizational commitment In Bangau Campus Employee. As input for various policies needed for the progress and continuity of organizational life. For further research, this research is used as information material for research to be carried out in the future by combining other variables outside the variables that have been studied.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know the profil protein and phagocyte activity of tiger grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus). The method used in this research was experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (RAL) consisting of 5 treatment levels ie. K=control group without giving alkaloids and feeding pellets mixed with Jellyfish alkaloid Bougainvillia sp., which were treatment A = 0.5 g, B = 0.75 g, C= 1 g and D = 1.25 g alkaloid/kg of feed conducted in 2 replications. It was challenge tested with Vibrio harveyi of 107 cfu/mL for 5 days. Blood plasma for protein profile and phagocyte activity was performed after giving immunostimulant on day 28 and after being infected on day 34. The results of the study were: (1) alkaloid characteristic was N-1 Benzylalcohol, 4-Octyl Piperidine) and (2) protein profile after immunostimulant addition resulted in 9  bands and sample after infection showed 7 protein bands. The phagocyte activity increases 11.4% to 80.6%. It is suggested to use 1 g of alkaloid/kg of feed as immunostimulant.

Abstract

Padangdangan Village is one of the villages that lacks irrigation water when the dry season arrives. This is caused by the soil structure is included in dry land which can only be planted with corn, once a year. Padangdangan villagers rarely have their own toilets, so for the need to defecate, most villagers do it in open fields. This causes an outbreak of unwanted diseases. With this problem, the PKM program was offered entitled "PKM utilization of Submersible Pumps in Padangdangan Village, Pasongsongan, Sumenep ". The installation of the Submersible pump is expected to solve the problem of the Kelompok Tani Adi and the Kelompok Tani Adi Rasa in Padangdangan Village for the difficulty of procuring irrigation water. So that the two farmer groups can have other options in farming which will have an impact on quality and a better standard of living. This pump is suitable because the pump is free of noise, has a natural cooling system, and is safe from thieves.

Abstract

Dusun Brige’en Desa Paras Kecamatan Tegal Siwalan Kabupaten Probolinggo is a settlement located in a hilly area. The soil structure that is rocky causes the people difficult to dig the groundwater to fulfil their clean water needs. The flow of PDAM service cannot be used by the people because the location is far from the center of water flow. Daily, the people use the water from the water springs of Paras River that is located under Dusun Brige’en directly or binging it with water container. To solve the problem, it is offered the IbM program entitled ‘IbM Dongki: the Solution of Clean Water Supplying for the Hilly Area. The installation of the hydram pump is hoped to be able to solve the people problem for their difficulty to supply clean water. The machine is suitable to apply because it can flow the water from the springs into the people settlement located about 1 km above it. Besides, it is so economic, it does not need fuel or electricity. It uses only water falls power from the water flow of the springs. The maintenance of the machine is simple also.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how teenagers perceive dilan film romanticism that premieredthroughout Indonesia since January 25, 2018. The method is descriptive method that aims toprovide a picture of a group of people or symptoms. The ongoing research is carried out bythe method of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation as a technique inobtaining data. The perception results shown by adolescents on Sidokapasan X Kec.Simokerto, Surabaya for the Dilan 1990 films are various, and are measured from differentperspectives. This research based on tourism which has become an important asset for Kabupaten Bangkalanand needed to be informed to the people. The ministry of Youth, Sport, Culture and TourismKabupaten Bangkalan is a government institution which work on tourism and the job is to promote theexisting tourism. This research is aiming to describe Marketing Communication which has been doneby The ministry of Youth, Sport, Culture and Tourism Kabupaten Bangkalan on increasing the touristvisit. The focuses in this research are Siring Kemuning Beach, Guweh Pote Jaddih Hills andSwimming pool, And Pesarean Syaikhona Kholil. The result from the research found that Marketing Communication activity byThe ministry of Youth, Sport, Culture and Tourism Kabupaten Bangkalan on increasing the touristvisit used Integrated Marketing Communication such as Advertising, Direct Marketing, InteractiveMarketing, Sales Promotion, Publicity or Public Relations, Personal sales, Events and Experiences,Person to Person, but in reality The ministry of Youth, Sport, Culture and Tourism KabupatenBangkalan has not been maximizing the elements of Integrated Marketing Communication that canincrease the numbers of tourists visit. Abstract

The development of technology comes as a solution to facilitate activities, everything and everyone can connect quickly. This is what causes online business more and more in demand. Danvistore is a business that sells apple products and markets its products through an online shop. In the midst of a very tight online business, Danvistore delivered several effective messages to attract consumer buying interest so as to increase sales. The purpose of this study was to determine the delivery of digital marketing messages by the online store Danvistore.This research uses descriptive qualitative method, by collecting data through interviews and documentation. The theory used by researchers is the theory of effective message delivery and the benefits of digital marketing. The speakers of this research are Danvistore shop owner and two consumers from Danvistore. The results of this study indicate that Danvistore applies three elements of the six elements of digital marketing namely target marketing, information access and also sales potential. And applying the nine elements of the eleven elements of effective message delivery, among others, messages attract attention, messages create interest, messages create trust, messages remember, messages provide information, messages teach, persuading messages, messages that create brand associations, and messages that trigger action.
