Abstract

The objective of this research were to know Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at AMN employee. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an individual behavior that is discretionary, not directly or explicitly recognized by the formal reward system, and that in the aggregate promotes the effective functioning of the organizationThe excellent performance of demanding "behavior" of employee is expected by the organization. Behavior demanded by today's organizations is not only in-role behavior but also extra-role behavior. Extra-role behavior is also called the Organizational Citizenship Behavior.OCB is a term used to identify the employee behaviors that can be called a "good t employee ". If employee in the organization have OCB, efforts to control taruna declined, since employees can control their own behavior or being able to choose the best behavior for the benefit of the organization The keyword: employee, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Pemberdayaan UMKM sangat strategis, karena potensinya yang besar dalam menggerakkan kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat, dan sekaligus menjadi tumpuan sumber pendapatan sebagian besar masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Kompetensi UMKM meruapakan hal yang penting karena akan meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja UMKM. Peningkatan konpetensi UMKM salah satunya adalah dengan pembelajaran organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh pembelajaran oragnisasi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi UMKM. Hasil mennjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pengaruh pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi dalam meningkatkan komptensi UMKM. Hal mennjukan bahwa semakin baik pembelajaran oragnisasinya maka akan meningkatkan kompetensi UMKM.

Abstract

Abstract There are many models of leadership theory, one of which is the transformational leadership model. How the application of this leadership model is applied in the business world in general, especially in PT. Citra Karya Persada which is a labor provider service company, will be an interesting discussion because this service company involves a lot of human resources. This article wants to discuss the concept of transformational leadership, namely leadership that can change vision and mission into action, transforming people to want to change towards improving self-quality. Its application has several aspects that influence it, namely ideal influence, inspirational motivation, individual considerations, and intellectual stimulation. This method of preparing this article uses observation or direct observation methods and also library study methods. The purpose of the preparation of this article is to comprehensively describe the concept of leadership, transformational leadership model, and transformational leadership characteristics towards human resource empowerment in PT. Persada Cilacap.

Abstract

Oceans cover 71 percent of the earth’s surface. They constitute a natural solar energy collection and storage system, and the resulting thermal energy can be drown off 24 hours a day by OTEC Plant. OTEC (ocean thermal energy conversion) power plant is one candidate to produce electric energy. OTEC transforms the heat stored in surface water of tropical oceans into mechanical work to produce useful energy. The aim of this paper was to investigate the equation of boiler in OTEC technology. The surface temperature of the sea water which is located Kalianget donan and Cilacap region between 32 up to 35 with a depth of 30 to 100 meters produce the greatest efficiency is 0.19.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis dalam rangka menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan pendidikan tinggi yakni menyiapkan peserta didik menjadi anggota masyarakat yang memiliki kemampuan akademik dan/atau profesional yang dapat menerapkan, mengembangkan dan/atau memperkaya khasanah ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan/atau kesenian. Setiap perguruan tinggi diharapkan bersikap responsif terhadap kebutuhan stakeholders dan mampu membudayakan penjaminan mutu internal dan meningkatkan mutu secara berkelanjutan, sehingga stakeholders memperoleh kepuasan sebagaimana dicirikan oleh institusi perguruan tinggi yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penjaminan mutu internal yang dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan mutu berkelanjutan melalui model satu siklus SPM-PT yang meliputi (1) penetapan standar, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) monitoring, (4) evaluasi diri, (5) audit mutu internal, (6) rumusan koreksi, dan (7) peningkatan mutu.Kata kunci : Sistem, Mutu, Penjaminan Mutu Internal

Abstract

Bencana Alam merupakan fenomena alam yang telah banyak mengambil korban jiwa dan kerugian materi yang tidak sedikit. Seperti halnya erosi, banjir, tanah longsor, wabah penyakit, baik kota maupun desa telah terjadi dimana – mana, hal ini semata – mata disebabkan kurang tanggapnya manusia didalam mengenali tanda – tanda yang akan terjadi sebelum terjadinya bencana alam tersebut. Berdasarkan dari buku Banjir yang diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penanggulangan Krisis Departemen Kesehatan RI Banjir adalah peristiwa terjadinya genangan (limpahan) air di areal tertentu sebagai akibat meluapnya air sungai/danau/laut yang menimbulkan kerugian baik materi maupun non-materi terhadap manusia dan lingkungan. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini penulis mendapat ide untuk mencoba membuat model dan simulasi mengenai peringatan dini dari bencana banjir menggunakan metode rasional. Dengan menggunakan metode rasional kita bisa memperkirakan debit air sungai berdasarkan curah hujan, lamanya terjadi hujan dan luas dari sungai itu sendiri. Hanya saja metode ini dapat menghitung perkiraan debit sungai dalam luas tertentu saja, misal luas sungai suatu DAS (Daerah Aliran Sungai). Aplikasi yang akan dibuat adalah “Model Dan Simulasi Peringatan Dini Bencana Banjir Menggunakan Metode Rasional”. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggnakan gabungan dari bahasa pemrograman web dan juga aplikasi untuk membuat animasi sebagai antar muka untuk memperlihatkan simulasi yang dilakukan.Kata Kunci: Sistem Peringatan Dini, bencana banjir, metode rasional.

Abstract

Creativity is an important part of human life, and everyone is not freed from it. Creativity is one of supporting the existence of one's life. Everyone has creativity, and the difference is the level of creativity between people with each other. Research aims to prove the influence of the dimension of creativity to the development of SMEs. The population of research is MSMEs in Kamulyan Village, Bantarsari District, Cilacap Regency, amounting to 30 MSMEs, the sample uses saturated sample that is using whole population to be sample. (P = 0.01), there is no effect Dimension of process creativity to the development of MSMEs (P = 0.068), there is influence Dimension of product creativity to the development of MSMEs (P = 0,00) there is influence Dimension of press creativity to MSMEs development (P = 0,00).

Abstract

The main threat to modern organizations today is work stress, which has the potential to have a negative impact on employees and the organization. The impact of work stress, among others: work stress tends to make employee performance will decrease. Second, employee performance will not be optimal if experiencing heavy pressure at work. Third, work stress tends to make employees lazy to work so often absent. Fourth, employees often leave work without permission due to uncomfortable working conditions. Fifth, employees have a desire to leave the job because the workload is quite heavy. The purpose of this study is to prove that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affects work stress. The role of Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in reducing work stress in PT MK employees is significant, this is indicated by the influence of OCB on work stress, with a regression test with y = -0,756x + 60,038 with y = job stress and x = OCB, P value = 0.00 also means that the correlation between OCB and work stress is very significant. Contribution of OCB's influence on work stress by 77.9%. OCB's dominant behavior on employees will reduce work stress so that organizational goals will be achieved, namely optimal performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the following study is to describe the Problem Solving ability in the Application of Maritime Applied Physics Sub-Vector Material to Students at SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo, this is studied because the description obtained can later be relevant to the use of learning methods and media used as steps to improve student learning outcomes. . The method used is observation and literature review . In this study the authors took the location in SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo. Sampling used a random sampling technique in the Mathematics and Natural Sciences class which received vector material. Learning outcomes in the cognitive domain are obtained by using an instrument in the form of a Student Worksheet. It was obtained that the overall average ability of students to use problem solving steps was 99.12, meaning that it was more than 70% and this could be categorized as very capable or having very good abilities. The conclusion in this study is the analysis of Problem Solving Ability in the Application of Maritime Applied Physics, Sub Vector Material for Students at SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo. Overall, the average ability of students to use problem solving steps is 99.12, which means more than 70% and this is can be categorized as very capable or have very good abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of capital and the use of fishing technology in its effect on increasing the income of fishermen in Cilacap Regency by taking research samples in South Cilacap District with the largest population of fishing communities among 24 sub-districts in Cilacap Regency. The data used are primary data through direct interviews with respondents and secondary data obtained from the BPS office and the Fisheries and Marine Service Office of Cilacap Regency, using Multiple Linear Regression, with a sample of 100 respondents from the membership of HNSI Cilacap Branch. The results obtained from this study are that the capital factor and the use of technology in fishing significantly affect the income of fishing communities in Cilacap Regency. Among capital and technology, the technological factor that has the most influence on increasing the income of fishermen in Cilacap Regency.
