Abstract

This research can be classified as field research because primary data is obtained from questionnaires and interviews while secondary data is obtained in the form of documentation. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at BKKBN Riau Province. This research is considered necessary because work motivation is one of the indicators of employee performance and based on recapitulation data on the performance appraisal of Riau Province BKKBN employees in 2015 – 2019 is considered to be experiencing instability. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that uses a sample of 26 respondents, obtained by all employees at the Riau Province BKKBN. This study was analyzed by simple linear, T test, and coefficient of determination (R2) with variable X namely Motivation and Variable Y namely Employee Performance. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, where the Head of Service as a leader has a role to motivate. This is evidenced by the results of simple regression calculations showing that the level of tcount on the motivation variable is equal to indicates that tcount (3,553)>(2.842). so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted with the meaning that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. And the coefficient of determination is 0.345, which means that the influence of motivation on employee performance is 34.5% while the remaining 65.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research was conducted in the dark moon in Mei 2017 In Penaah Village District Senayang Lingga Regency Province Kepulauan Riau. Most of lift net fishermen in Penaah vilageconduted fishing byusing petromax lamp fishing gear. The objective of the research is to understand the effect of light colors distinchen  towards fish catch and its fish species.The method in this researchby using Experimental. The treatment of light color are transparent color, blue color and yellow colorfor three Lift Net’s. The species caught are anchovies (Stolephorus commersoni) (137,9 kg), Yellowstripe Scad(Selaroides leptolepis)(47,1 kg) squid (Loligo sp) (38 kg), FringescaleSardinella(Sardinella fimbriata) (33,4 kg), cuttlefish(Sepia.sp) (18,9 kg), Great Barracuda(Sphyraena sp) (10,3 kg), Orangefin Ponyfish(Leiognathus sp) (1,6 kg) and Tropical Silverside(Atherinomorus sp) (1 kg). The results showed that of analisis of variance have significant effect on the color of the light weight of the total catch. In the operation of the fishing gear underwaterlamp blue light is more effective than a transparent color underwaterlamp  and yellow colorunderwaterlamp.Keywords: Lift net, penaahvillage, light color

Abstract

The dimension of religion can not be separated from the events of natural disasters.Placing the approach of religious mysticism as one of the most important approaches indisaster recovery process. Research focusing on the actions of religious groups ondisasters or disaster victims is minimal. Religious groups are an important part inassisting the recovery of victims of natural disasters, especially in Padang. One moderateIslamic group like Muhammadiyah has provided significant relief assistance in Padang.Religion provides and teaches messages that can make people or disaster victims feelstrong and accept disaster as part of their life processes in the world. Informants in thisstudy are Muhammadiyah residents spread across several districts. Abstract

Permasalahan utama penelitian ini ialah bahwa pemahaman guru al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan tentang integrasi pendidikan karakter dengan pembelajaran AIK belum merata, sehingga keberadaan pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum AIK yang sebenarnya sudah ada sejak lama belum terimplementasikan secara merata oleh guru. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan di SMA Muhammadiyah Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah deskriptif dengan teknik pencermatan keabsahan data triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwap elaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan di SMA Muhammadiyah Kota Padang ialah dalam pembelajaran al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan guru menggunakan strategi, metode, serta media yang turut mendukung pembinaan karakter, selain itu setiap awal pelajaran guru memulai dengan menyanyikan Indonesia Raya serta membaca al-Quran. Abstract

Concrete is a mixture of portland cement or hydraulic cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and water with or without additives, may contain other cementitious materials and other chemical additives, forming a solid, strong, and stable mass. The purpose of the study was to determine the compressive strength of concrete with a quality of fc' 21.7 MPa with a quality mixing method based on SNI 7656:2012 and with a mixing method based on the 2022 Unit Price Analysis (AHSP). The analytical method used in this study is an experimental method conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering, Batanghari University. The results obtained several conclusions, namely (1) Based on the results of the compressive strength test of concrete, the compressive strength value at the age of 7,14,28 days using the SNI 7656:2012 method has increased. At the age of 28 days, the obtained characteristics meet the quality requirements (design compressive strength). The average compressive strength of concrete at the age of 7.14.28 days was obtained as follows: 18.16 MPa (SNI 7 Days), 20.62 MPa (SNI 14 Days), 22.14 MPa (SNI 28 Days). (2) Based on the results of the compressive strength test of concrete, the value of the compressive strength at the age of 7,14,28 days using the 2022 AHSP method has increased. At 28 days the nuts obtained meet the characteristics quality requirements (design compressive strength). The average compressive strength of concrete at the age of 7.14.28 days was obtained as follows: 24.83 MPa (AHSP 7 Days), 30.34 MPa (AHSP 14 Days), 25.09 MPa (AHSP 28 Days). (3) The mix design uses the reference standard of SNI 7656:2012 and AHSP 2022. Planning is carried out using research results that have been obtained from testing concrete stacking materials and the provisions stipulated by SNI 7656:2012 and AHSP 2022.

Abstract

In construction work, whether it's building a building, road, bridge or other construction work, you really need tools that can support the work. The tools used in construction work are not only light tools that can already be used in building simple constructions but for construction that is not designed to be simple, heavy equipment is needed. Tools can be a reliable solution to assist the process of building facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to determine the productivity and the amount of heavy equipment needed as well as to determine the productivity of costs and time and human resources used. The research was conducted on the palm oil rejuvenation project for the people of Sumber Agung village, Sungai Gelam sub-district, Jambi province. The data used consists of primary data, namely interview data and secondary data, which consists of contract documents, and heavy equipment unit price reports. The data obtained were analyzed or compared with direct observations. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the number of heavy equipment needed in the palm oil rejuvenation work of the people of Sumber Agung village was 12 excavators and 10 chainsaw tools. With a work duration of 85 days or 598 working hours, the costs required for excavation and felling of oil palm trees for oil palm rejuvenation of the people of Sumber Agung village are Rp. 2,776,267,420. While in planning the amount of costs required for the work is Rp. 3,911,374,900.

Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas dimana terjadi kecelakaan di jalan raya yang mengakibatkan kecacatan dan kematian. Pasalnya, masih banyak tindakanpertolongan pertama yang tidak tepat pada korban kecelakaan lalu lintas. Upaya pencegahan dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan self-efficacy anggota komunitas sepeda motor dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan melalui video pembelajaran tentang pertolongan pertama. Media video merupakan salah satu bentuk media pembelajaran audio visual untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang ditonton. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui video pembelajaran tentang pertolongan pertama terhadap pengetahuan dan efikasi diri anggota komunitas motorik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest dan posttest without control. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan melalui video pembelajaran pertolongan pertama terhadap pengetahuan dan efikasi diri anggota komunitas sepeda motor dengan p:0,000. Kesimpulan penelitian video pembelajaran tentang pertolongan pertama dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan efikasi diri anggota komunitas sepeda motor dalam melakukan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Pontianak. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya, melakukan penelitian pada responden dengan pasangan jenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan pada saat penelitian.

Abstract

Abstrak – Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini untuk menjelaskan bentuk penyelesaian wanprestasi dalam perjanjian pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor dengan jaminan Fidusia di perusahaan OTO Multiartha Medan, hambatan yang terjadi dalam penyelesaian wanprestasi perjanjian pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor dengan jaminan Fidusia di perusahaan OTO Multiartha dan proses pelaksanaan penarikan objek fidusia setelah adanya putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa bentuk penyelesaian wanprestasi dalam perjanjian pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor dengan jaminan Fidusia di PT OTO Multiartha Kota Medan adalah dengan menghubungi debitur dan/atau mengunjungi lokasi domisili debitur dengan tujuan untuk mencari penyelesaian secara negosiasi, jika negosiasi yang dilakukan tidak berhasil dan debitur tetap tidak ingin melakukan pembayaran atau tidak memiliki itikad baik, maka kreditur akan melakukan penarikan objek fidusia tersebut. Hambatan yang dialami oleh pihak OTO Multiartha Medan dalam melakukan penyelesaian wanprestasi perjanjian pembiayaan adalah objek Jaminan tidak berada dalam penguasaan debitur. Berdasarkan keterangan dari pihak PT. OTO Multiartha, salah satu debitur bernama Livia Yofanny melakukan wanprestasi dengan alasan bahwa objek tersebut tidak bisa digunakan karena sedang dalam pemeriksaan barang bukti. Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tidak menggugurkan kekuatan eksekutorial perusahaan, jika debitur tidak menyerahkan objek jaminan fidusia, maka dapat dilakukan eksekusi secara paksa melalui pengadilan namun pihak OTO Multiartha belum melakukan penyelesaian melaluipengadilan. Disarankan kepada PT OTO Multiartha Kota Medan untuk melakukan survei dari pihak atau kerabat debitur guna menghindari terjadinya kehilangan jejak saat debitur melakukan wanprestasi dan saran kepada debitur untuk tidak menghindari penagihan walaupun telah melakukan wanprestasi.Kata Kunci: Wanprestasi, Perjanjian, Pembiayaan, Jaminan Fidusia
