Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari faktor-faktor yang dapat menjelaskan motivasi memimpin pada tingkat bintara Polres Lebak. Analisis dilakukan dengan menguji pengaruh romantika kepemimpinan, efikasi diri dan inisiatif diri terhadap motivasi memimpin. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif survey dari total populasi 100 orang digunakan 80 sampel berasal dari anggota tingkat Bintara Polres Lebak. Temuan yang menarik dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari variabel dependen dan variabel indefenden. Pengujian secara simultan dengan memperhatikan nilai R Square sebesar 0,569 hal ini berarti secara simultan pengaruh romantika kepemimpinan, efikasi diri dan inisiatif diri terhadap motivasi memimpin adalah sebesar 56,9 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,1 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini. Hasil ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial, romantika kepemimpinan, efikasi diri dan inisiatif diri dapat dijadikan variabel prediktor bagi motivasi memimpin. Temuan menunjukan bahwa pimpinan harus menyadari pentingnya memberikan dukungan dan menghargai romantika kepemimpinan, efikasi diri dan inisiatif diri yang tinggi pada anggota agar melahirkan rasa nyaman dan keyakinan terhadap kemampuan individu dalam menjalankan tugasnya yang dapat memperkuat pemahaman dan solidaritas diantara para anggota untuk menciptakan keunggulan bagi organisasi dengan cara memberikan motivasi, memberikan kesempatan yang sama, pelatihan kepemimpinan berbasis kompetensi, mempererat rasa kekeluargaan sesama anggota, mempertemukan anggota dengan pekerjaan dan jabatan yang sesuai.

Abstract

Low employee work behavior makes the Village Government in Lebak Regency to determine appropriate and strategic steps, the research objective is to find factors that influence organizational membership behavior or organizational citizenship behavior through testing the direct influence of ethical leaders and trust in leaders, Research approach using quantitative surveys of the total population of 1,700, 319 samples were used from the Village Apparatus in Lebak Regency. Found a direct influence of ethical leaders and trust in leaders on organizational citizenship behavior. The results show that leaders in the Village Government must improve ethics and trust in leader-members so that it has implications for the behavior of organizational membership to make their best achievements that can contribute well to the organization.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai menurun membuat LPMP Banten harus menentukan langkah-langkah tepat dan mencari akar permasalahan, penelitian ini bertujuan mencari faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai melalui pengujian pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung faktor pelatihan, kepribadian dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebagai pengembangan konsep kinerja pegawai pada perilaku dan praktik manajemen sumberdaya manusia, pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif kausal, metode survei dan teknik analisis model persamaan struktur, dari total populasi 122 digunakan 94 sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan, dimulai tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan penyusunan laporan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen, LPMP Banten dapat menggunakan konsep kinerja pegawai untuk memperbaiki kinerja melalui pelatihan, kepribadian dan motivasi kerja.

Abstract

The stock price is a description of the performance of a company. Basically, investors measure the performance of a company in managing its resources to generate profits. This study aims to determine the effect of book value per share and earnings per share on share prices, either partially or simultaneously, in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The population is 30 companies and after selecting the sample using purposive sampling technique, 16 companies are obtained as samples. The type of research data is secondary data. The data analysis model of this research uses the prerequisite test of data analysis including: normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used includes: multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. Based on the results of the correlation test, the BVPS value to the stock price is significant and EPS to the stock price is significant. The results of the determination test obtained a significant R Square value. The results of the t-test that have been carried out, the Book Value Per Share variable has no significant effect on stock prices. While the Earning Per Share variable has an effect on stock prices. In this study, together, Book Value Per Share and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang sistem penghargaan dari praktik manajemen sumberdaya manusia jarang dianalisis. Beberapa studi ekstensif tentang MSDM masih terbatas dalam membahas hubungan penerapan sistem penghargaan total (SPT) terhadap karyawan. Studi ini menganalisis isu penting untuk memberikan masukan bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi kompensasi yang tepat agar berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan dengan produktivitas karyawan dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi untuk generasi Z pada kondisi epidemi covid 19. Survei dilakukan terhadap 40 industri sektor jasa di Indonesia. Model persamaan struktural diterapkan untuk memverifikasi pengolahan data dengan rata – rata enam perwakilan diambil sebagai sampel berasal dari 40 perusahaan jasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SPT memberikan pengaruh positif pada hasil. Namun, fakta menarik dari temuan ini adalah, Generasi Z tidak mudah dipuaskan oleh insentif moneter, preferensi mereka telah bergeser dari masalah moneter ke kemampuan diri. Hasil empiris mengungkapkan bahwa SPT berfungsi sebagai alat untuk mendorong karyawan dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja mereka. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus menggabungkan praktik SPT untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas serta mempertahankan hubungan dengan pemangku kepentingan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and organizational citizenship behavior on organizational commitment and can make a theoretical and practical contribution to understanding the concept of organizational commitment.  This research was conducted in five sub-districts in the Southern Region, Lebak Regency, and Banten Province. Meanwhile, the research period was from February to May 2020. The random sampling technique was used in this study, and the total number of respondents was 66.  This study uses a quantitative survey research method using regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 20 software. Employee organizational commitment will increase as a result of organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to confirm effective leadership during the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) epidemic, effective leadership is leadership that all organizations need. Maintaining and providing job satisfaction for employees during epidemic conditions. This study investigates three objectives; first, examine the direct effect of effective leadership on job satisfaction and OCB, second, examine the relationship between job satisfaction and OCB; and, third, investigate the mediation of the relationship between job satisfaction and OCB through effective leadership among employees and managers in private manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The research applies a quantitative approach using a questionnaire technique, data management applies structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques. Sampling using a simple random technique of employees who occupy managerial positions of 400 people to be analyzed. The results explain a significant relationship between effective leadership on job satisfaction and OCB, then, job satisfaction explains a positive correlation relationship with OCB. The moderating and mediating effect of effective leadership has a positive and significant association with job satisfaction and OCB. Private manufacturing companies in Indonesia are economically disadvantaged by non-natural disaster conditions which make it difficult to control conditions. This encourages companies to reduce spending by reducing the number of workers, production, and operations. Employees who feel aggrieved by management's decisions need solutions to remain in their jobs. This research shows that effective leadership can link employees to stay in position and improve overall organizational performance.
