Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in the District Sijunjung regarding training & development , motivation on employee performance at PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district . The purpose of this study was to obtain evidence of the effect of training & development , motivation on employee performance in PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district .The method used in this research is descriptive and associative . This research is a field , where the use of secondary data . Training & development ( X1 ) , motivation ( X2 ) and job performance ( Y ) is obtained from documentation PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district . Analysis of the data used in this study is a descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which consists of classical assumption test , multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing .Based on multiple linear regression equation it can be seen that the regression coefficient of training & development ( X1 ) obtained a value of 0.366 with a positive coefficient sign ( + ) , motivation ( X2 ) obtained a value of 0.156 . This means that the training & development , motivation can increase job performance in PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung . Significance value of the variable value of the training and development of 0.000 < 0.05 , and the value of the variable motivational significance of 0.043 < 0.05 It can be concluded that the training & development , motivation jointly affect performance in PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district .Based on these results , it is suggested that employees of PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district to be more active in running training & development , and motivation of employees so that performance can be increased .Keywords : Training & Development and Motivation , Job Performance

Abstract

The development of quality education in the teaching and learning process must be able to choose and apply various approaches and methods to improve student learning achievement. The quality of learning achievement of students in Islamic Education (PAI) subjects with scores below the KKM (Not Complete) reaches 70%. Even though the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of PAI subjects in class VIII 2 of Kuantan Hilir 1 Junior High School are 77. Therefore, this study was tried to deal with the problem of low student learning outcomes. One method that can be applied is the Peer Group Teaching method. The Peer Group Teaching method provides an opportunity for students who have completed learning to provide assistance to their peers, so they will not be awkward to ask if something is unclear. The purpose of this study were: (1) to determine the application of the Peer Group Teaching method in PAI Subjects in Class VIII 2 of Kuantan Hilir 1 Junior High School, (2) to find out the application of the Peer Group Teaching method to improve results student learning in PAI learning in class VIII 2 of Kuantan Hilir 1 Junior High School. This study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design of 3 cycles, namely pre-cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II. Each cycle consists of one meeting and four stages, namely: (1) action planning stage; (2) the stage of implementation of the action; (3) observation stage; (4) Analysis and reflection stages. The target of this study was class VIII 2 of Kuantan Hilir 1 Junior High School. Meanwhile, the data obtained in the form of the results of competency test and observation of group learning activities. From the results of research data analysis, PAI learning with the use of the Peer Group Teaching method (peer tutoring) can improve student learning outcomes. This is evident from 30 students, 26 students (87%) have reached the specified KKM, 77, although there are 4 (13%) students who have not achieved individual completeness. But this has exceeded the set of success indicators as many as 80% of students reach KKM (Completed). However, it seems that further efforts are still needed in empowering student learning outcomes in the school. The teacher is expected to deliver material not only with oral and monotonous information but also by using various learning methods. In addition, it is expected that this learning model can be used as one of the PAI learning alternatives because with this method students become more active in thinking and doing during teaching and learning activities.Keywords: Peer Group Teaching Method; Learning Outcomes; Islamic Education

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the ability of Islamic religious education teachers in the preparation of the plan of implementation of the learning (RPP) Curriculum 2013 in SD Negeri 016 Source Flat Singingi Subdistrict. This research includes research with qualitative, descriptive approach to research that is used to describe and analyze the phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, and people individually and the group, with the techniques of data collection through the techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Results of the study showed that the ability of guru PAI in the preparation of RPP 2013 in elementary curriculum Land Resource 016 Flat Sub Singingi categorized "very good" with four stages of the observation by the author with the average scores 86.25% ketercapaian the ability of teachers, it is visible from the completeness of the RPP made by the teacher concerned.Keywords: Ability of PAI Teachers; RPP; Curriculum 2013.

Abstract

The subject of Islamic Education is a subject that focuses on the affective domain or attitude which consists of a vehicle for planting values, morals, and standard norms such as social sense, nationalism, and even a belief system. From the results of interviewing researchers with one of the PAI teachers, it was found that there were several problems in learning Islamic Religious Education including: Students had difficulty understanding Islamic Education subject matter, especially on material, imitating the attitude of Prophet As, Prophet Musa and Prophet Isa. Students also feel bored and bored in learning so that students do not interpret the learning process. The data in this study were obtained from observation, interviews, tests and documentation, with 8 students consisting of 3 men and 5 women. The results of the research on the implementation of the value clarification technique were proven to be able to improve the learning comprehension of fifth grade students in PAI subjects at SD N 003 Lubuk Kebun Logas Tanah Darat District. This can be seen from the results of the Pre-Cycle test of only 25%, Cycle I rose to 41.7%, Cycle II rose to 75% and Cycle III had reached 87.5% in PAI subjects at SD N 003 Lubuk Kebun Logas Tanah District Land.Keywords: Value Clarification Techniques; Learning Understanding.

Abstract

Solar selective absorber (SSA) is a thin film at the surface of the collector that absorbs solar radiation selectively and convert it into maximum heat energy. Solar selective absorber can be synthesized using sol-gel dip-coating method. The purpose of this research is to know the effect variation number of dipping-drying cycles to absorptance copper oxyde coating. Piecesof aluminum with size 2cm x 4cm were cleaned using a solution of phosphoric acid 10% at temperature 50oC for 10 minutes. Sol precursor prepared by disolved copper nitrate trihidrate and propionic acid in ethanol. The sol prekursor was stirred for 2 hours at room temperature. The coating was synthesized with 0.3M and the number of dipping-drying cycles 4x, 6x and 8x, then annealed at temperature 550 oC for 1 hour. The results showed that thehighest absorptance value found in coatings which was synthesized using copper oxyde 0.3M at 8x cycles with absorptance (α) = 71.99%, emitance (ε) = 6.63%, XRD test showed of cupric oxide (CuO).Keywords : coating, solar selective absorber, sol-gel dip-coating.

Abstract

Penyajian materi perkuliahan pada Elearning UNP selama ini masih terkesan bersifat verbalitas, sehingga perkuliahan melalui Elearning menjadi kurang menarik bagi mahasiswa. Untuk itu desain penyampaian materi pembelajaran melalui Elearning perlu diubah dan dikemas dalam bentuk media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, sehingga Elearning dapat menjadi pusat belajar bagi mahasiswa di luar kegiatan perkuliahan tatap muka. Berdasarkan kondisi di atas peneliti mencoba melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran sebagai media mandiri pada mata kuliah Listrik dan Elektronika Otomotif di Jurusan Teknik Otomotif FT UNP dengan mengikuti model ADDIE. Pengembangan media mencakup materi kelistrikan mesin dengan menggunakan software power point yang dilengkapi dengan menu interaktif berupa animasi, film, dan umpan balik hasil pembelajaran. Media diimplementasi melalui Elearning UNP semester Juli-Desember 2016 pada 5 seksi mata kuliah Listrik dan Elektronika Otomotif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat kepraktisan media diperoleh nilai Pratikalitas Media (ρ) adalah 88,57 % dengan tingkat kepraktisan “sangat praktis”; dan tingkat efektifitas penggunaan media oleh mahasiswa diperoleh selisih rata-rata nilai = 19, gain = 0,64, dengan tingkat efektifitas “sedang”.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh motivasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Rendahnya hasil belajar dapat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri siswa (faktor internal) dan faktor yang berasal dari luar diri siswa (faktor eksternal).Penelitian berfokus pada faktor internal yaitu motivasi belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian bertujuan melihat besarnya tingkat hubungan antara dua variabel yaitu motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data penelitian didapat dari penyebaran angket yang diberikan kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi penelitian sebesar 0,860 dengan α = 0,05 dan koofisien korelasi pada tabel (r tabel = 0,349) sehingga t hitung > t tabel dengan α = 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan motivasi belajar mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Proses pengisian galon di minum depot air menggunakan pompa air yang dilakukan oleh operator secara manual dengan menekan tombol on atau off. Ketika proses pengisian galon sedang berlangsung, operator selalu memperhatikan kondisi air di dalam galon apakah air sudah terisi penuh atau belum. Operator akan menghabiskan lebih banyak waktu mengamati galon sampai terisi penuh atau hampir penuh, kemudian sakelar di OFF kan. Ketika tombol OFF diaktifkan, maka sangat mungkin air akan tumpah karena motor pompa belum sepenuhnya berhenti karena masih ada air yang dipompakan oleh motor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengontrol putaran motor pompa air ketika mengisi galon. Motor pompa bekerja secara otomatis dengan metoda PID, mengisi galon sesuai dengan set point yang diinginkan. Pengujian telah dilakukan pada galon volume 5 liter, 10 liter dan 19 liter. Hasil uji ketelitian sistem mengisi galon galon kapasitas 5 liter 99,40%, galon 10 liter 99,779% dan 99,865% untuk galon 19 liter.

Abstract

The method for observing urine color to diagnose a disease of patient has done so far. The visual observation with human eyes has done to study and analyze human urine color and detect the connected disease. Human vision lately can be replaced with computer visual system or other sensor or camera to detect that color. The color of object is composed by two color components, they are frequency and spatial domain. Therefore, each color has wavelength and form in number of frequency. Color censor TCS 3200 produces output signals with different frequency based on scanned color through photodiode of the censor. Recognizing of the object in the form of shape, color and other variables of the object. Feature extraction is obtain from the data pattern as well as histogram. This research aims generate histogram and urine color pattern according to patient situation indication. The use of color reference is main color urinalysis, the result of method at Cleveland in Ohio in 2013. Based on the research, the pattern and color histogram were obtained in different style found in detected different urine color. This research would contribute to help identification process of diseases based on urine color thorough online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penambangan batubara terhadap kualitas air Sungai Batang Manggilang di Jorong Sebrang Kenagarian Manggilang Kabupaten 50 Kota. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen di lapangan yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis di laboratorium. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah air Sungai Batang Manggilang yang diambil dengan cara sampling acak sederhana. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Sampel Komposit, Uji Coba Instrumen, Pengolahan Hasil Test. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Kondisi Fisika (Warna, rasa, bau, kekeruhan, suhu) didaerah kenagarian manggilang yang berada dekat sungai batang manggilang sesuai dengan uji laboratorium bahwa air sungai ini tidak memenuhi syarat untuk dipergunakan oleh masyarakat yang berada di sekitar hulu sungai batang manggilang. Karena sudah tercemari oleh dengan keberadaan tambang batu bara. (2) Kondisi Kimia ( pH, Zat tersuspensi, Besi (Fe) di daerah kenagarian manggilang sebrang pasar manggilang kabupaten 50 kota tidak memenuhi syarat sesuai yang ditetapkan mentri kesehatan no 492/PER/IV/tahun 2010. Sehingga hal ini sangat membahayakan bagi masyarakat yang menggunakan langsung air Sungai Batang Manggilang untuk keperluan sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: Dampak, Pertambangan Batubara, Kualitas AirThe research aims to determine the impact of coal mining on the water quality of Batang Manggilang River in Jorong Sebrang Kenagarian Manggilang Kabupaten 50 Kota. This type of research is an experimental research in the field followed by laboratory analysis. The population and sample used are simple random sampling. Sampling technique is Composite Samples, Test Instruments, Processing Test Results. The results of the research are (1) Physical Condition (Color, taste, odor, turbidity, temperature) in manggilang kenagarian area near manggilang rod river in accordance with laboratory test that the river water is not eligible for use by people around the river upstream manggilang. Because it is contaminated by the presence of coal mines. (2) Chemical condition (pH, suspended substance, iron (Fe) in kenagarian area manggilang sebrang manggilang market 50 municipal districts do not meet the requirements stipulated health minister no 492 / menkes / Physical Condition (Color, taste, odor, turbidity, temperature) in the kenagarian manggilang area near the river manggilang rod in accordance with laboratory tests that the river water is not eligible for use by people who are in the upper river rod manggilang.Key word: Impacts, Coal Mining, Water Quality
