Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah kinerja keuangan, struktur modal, dan tata kelola perusahaan benar-benar dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan tersebut. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan, struktur modal, dan tata kelola perusahaan sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah nilai perusahaan. Studi ini mengumpulkan data dari 21 perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode penelitian 5 tahun (2016-2020) dan menggunakan model regresi berganda untuk pengujiannya. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan pertumbuhan penjualan dan pertumbuhan pendapatan, tingkat pengembalian aset (ROA), struktur modal serta tata kelola perusahaan yang di ukur dengan struktur kepemilikan, kepemilikan manajerial, dan komisaris independen tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan tata kelola perusahaan yang di ukur dengan dewan direksi, kepemilikan institusional, komite audit, dan dewan komisaris berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan bagi manajer keuangan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang akan lebih meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan bagi investor untuk memperhatikan komponen apa saja yang harus diperhatikan saat menilai perusahaan mana yang akan dipilih untuk berinvestasi. Dalam kebaruan studi ini, dewan komisaris dan komisaris independen ditambah untuk mengukur variabel independen yaitu tata kelola perusahaan agar pengukuran bisa dibedakan dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT PT. Pos Indonesia is a state-owned company (BUMN) that operates in the service of sending letters, packages and money. The emergence of various courier service options in Indonesia has caused intense competition between PT. Pos Indonesia with private courier companies, such as JNE, J&T Express, and Tiki. The market which was originally a monopoly market with PT. Pos Indonesia, as a major player, is currently being eroded by the very rapid development of private courier companies. Tight competition also occurs in the financial services sector, with the emergence of various companies creating digital wallet applications that make it easier for users to make financial transactions wherever and whenever they want such as GoPay, DANA, OVO, and others. This study aims to analyze how much influence the service quality, trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty to use the services of PT. Pos Indonesian. The sample used in this study was the people of Semarang City who have used the courier service of PT. Pos Indonesia in the last one year. The sample was 167 respondents. The sample collection method used purposive sampling. The data collection method was distributing questionnaires online via google form. This research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS 24.0 analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of mastery of language style comparisonto the students' ability in writing poetry on the seventh grade students of SMP Dwi Tunggal Tanjung Morawa in the 2016/2017 academic year. The hypothesis of this study is the mastery of the comparison language style associated with poetry writing skills. The type of this research is quantitative descriptions using correlational approach. The sample of the research is 40 people and the sampling technique is random sampling because the population is 80 people consisting of two classes and the class is homogeneous. Data were collected with multiple choice tests, and performance tests. Data were analyzed by correlation technique. Based on data analysis, there is a relationship of mastery of comparative language style to students' ability to write poetry class VII Dwi Tunggal Junior High School Tanjung Morawa year of learning 2016/2017. The students' ability to master the comparative language style gets an average score of 73.88, then students write poetry get an average score of 72.88. And based on calculations using the formula Product Moment correlation r found that the ability to master the style of language is associated significantly with the ability to write a poem with correlation coefficient 0.678 (strong correlation) (0.678 0.312), so it is interpreted that the ability to master the style of language is significantly related to writing poetry .Keywords: relationship, mastery, comparative language style, writing poetry

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to make CO and PM10 prediction models in DKI Jakarta using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) with and without meteorological variables, consisting of wind speed, solar radiation, air humidity, and air temperature to see how far these variables affect the model.Methods: The method chosen in this study is LSTM recurrent neural network as one of the best algorithms that perform better in predicting time series. The LSTM models in this study were used to compare the performance between modeling using meteorological factors and without meteorological factors.Result: The results show that the use of meteorological predictors in the CO prediction model has no effect on the model used, but the use of meteorological predictors influences the PM10 prediction model. The prediction model with meteorological predictors produces a smaller RMSE and stronger correlation coefficient than modeling without using meteorological predictors.Novelty: In this paper, a comparison between the prediction model of CO and PM10 has been conducted with two scenarios, modeling with meteorological factors and modeling without meteorological factors. After the comparative analysis was done, it was found that the meteorological variables do not affect the CO index in 5 air quality monitoring stations in DKI Jakarta. It can be said that the level of CO pollutants tends to be influenced by factors other than meteorological factors.

Abstract

The quality of learning Islamic religious education will be better, if the learning does not focus on religious learning alone but is broad, both on science and technology. By combining this knowledge, it will further develop students' understanding of both the aspects of religion and science and technology. Based on this, this study aims to explain the Development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Teaching Materials Based on the Integration of Science and Technology for Class X Students of SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka ". The type of research used in this research is the type of research and development or in English language Research and Development. Researchers used a descriptive development model with the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model consists of five stages as the name implies which stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.Based on the research results, it is known that the validation of Islamic religious education teaching materials based on the integration of science and technology is declared valid based on the results of the assessment by 3 validators. student responses and test results of student learning in class X SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka
