Abstract

Secara meyakinkan dengan metode CTL menunjukkan efektifitas siswa dapat diandalkan sebagai metode yang baik untuk belajar Al-Qur'an hadits. Metode CTL dalam belajar Al-Qur'an hadits sangat efektif karena dapat membuat siswa lebih antusias selama proses pembelajran berlagsung dan membuat para siswa lebih mudah memahami Al-Qur'an Hadits sehingga dapat memberikan tauladan dalam bersikap dan bertingkah laku. Metode CTL sangat penting untuk membangun, mendidik dan menciptakan siswa memiliki pola belajar yang baik. Guru sebagai penentu arah pendidikan yang harus pandai dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran melalui metode yang menyenangkan sehingga siswa dengan mudah mencerna dan memahami pembelajaran. Hasil belajar Al-Qur?an Hadits yang di ajarkan dengan metode CTL menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam strategi CTL terbukti siswa efektif dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Al-Qur?an Hadits siswa. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara metode CTL dan motivasi belajar siswa. Upaya menerapkan metode Contextual Teaching and Learning akan berdampak terhadap peran guru, khususnya cara pandang dan perlakuan terhadap siswa serta orientasi pembelajaran. Pembelajaran akan mengharuskan guru memiliki cara pandang bahwa siswa sebagai individu yang memiliki kemampuan untuk berkembang. Metode belajar Contextual Teaching and Learning tidak menuntut untuk aktifitas atau cara mana yang akan dilakukan siswa untuk menyelesaikan tugas. Siswa cenderung memiliki kebebasan untuk melakukan aktifitas belajar dalam rangka menyelesaikan tugas atau karya yang dituntut dalam pembelajaran sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Islamic education multicultural brings an insightful approach to instill awareness dialogis living together in diversity and differences, education is built on the spirit of equality and partnership kesederajatan, mutual trust, mutual understanding and appreciate the similarities, differences and uniqueness, as well as interdepedensi. This is an innovation and an integral and comprehensive reforms in the educational payload of religions that are free of prejudice, racism, bias and stereotypes. Islamic education multicultural gave insightful recognition of plurality, a learning tool for cross-border encounters, and transforms indoctrination toward dialogue. This will be determined by the quality and the role of the teacher in the learning process of Islamic education in schools. However, the burden is not only on the shoulders of workers education but is also the responsibility of the family, society and the State, autonomous and independent.

Abstract

The utilization of e-commerce media in the trading world brings impact to the international community in general and the people of Indonesia in particular. For Indonesian people, This is related to a very important legal problem. The importance of law in the field of e-commerce is mainly in protecting the parties who transact through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to know the legal review of the buying and selling agreements through electronic media as well as to know the legal protections for sellers and buyers if one of the parties commits a default. The research uses a normative juridical method of approach and the discussion is done in a descriptive analysis. The source and type of data used are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques using literature studies, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The agreement to buy and sell through electronic media is a new phenomenon that has been implemented in various countries and regulated in the Civil state nor law ITE. Legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreements through electronic media is governed by the consumer protection ACT. Any breach must respond to any loss arising from his or her actions.

Abstract

This study ains to determine the of self- efficacy on public speaking anxiety. The design of this study is quantitative correlational.Tthe population in this study students majoring in psychology. Univeristas Negeri Padang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the number of samples in this study were Psychologi student in the first academic year UNP as many as 83 people. Data collection was performed using data using self-efficacy scales and public speaking anxiety scales. The analysis technique used is a sample linear regression analysis test. The results showed a significant negative effect of self-efficacy on public speaking anxiety on students. Self-efficacy affects public speaking anxiety by 60,7% and 39,3% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The values of multicultural education, in general, are four core values, among others: first, appreciation of the plurality of cultural reality in society. Second, recognition of human dignity and human rights. Third, the development of world community responsibilities. Fourth, the development of human responsibility and the strengthening of character in implementing universally, that is through the process of 5 phases of formation, namely: first, moral acting (good action) using habituation and culture. Second, to teach the knowledge of good values (moral knowing). Third, moral feeling and loving; Feel and love the good. Fourth, moral modeling of the surrounding environment. Fifth, repentance of all sins and things that are not beneficial can be (innocent) by carrying out the throne, Tahalli, and Tajalli. The 4.0 Industrial Revolution is a comprehensive transformation through the incorporation of digital technology and the Internet and the benefits that will be gained are enormous but at the same time, the impact it generates is also no less big. Therefore, the family plays an important role in the formation of personal and child development to achieve independence and optimal development in his life. So that the educative function in the family, socialization function of the community, protective function in the family, and the religious function of the family must introduce and instill religious values to the child.
