Abstract

Krisis global melanda dunia, tidak kecuali dengan dunia pendidikan mengalami perubahan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan masyarakat global. Dunia pendidikan dituntut untuk mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang mampu bersaing dengan keadaan perubahan jaman mengikuti dinamika era globalisasi. Sungguh ironis dewasa ini, sekolah menjadi alat penjinakan memanipulasi perserta didik agar mereka dapat diperalat untuk melayani kepentingan kelompok berkuasa. Sekolah bukan menghasilkan peserta didik yang mencari kebenaran sejati. Sekolah hanya melahirkan para sarjana yang hanya mencari kekuasaan semata. Sekolah semata-mata dijadikan alat legitimasi sekelompok elite sosial yang mencari pembenaran kekuasaan belaka. Salah satu aspek penting dari sekolah adalah belajar, perubahan disposisi atau kemampuan seseorang yang dicapai melalui upaya orang lain, dan perubahan itu bukan diperoleh secara langsung dari proses pertumbuhan dirinya secara alami. Belajar merupakan upaya kontiyu yang disengaja (sadar) oleh seseorang dengan tujuan untuk mencapai tujuan belajar. Upaya untuk mencapai tujuan belajar tidak lain adanya perubahan tingkah lalu, memberikan petunjuk bahwa belajar itu sendiri merupakan dari tingkah laku manusia baik yang disadari atau tidak, yang mencerminkan adanya sikap dan perbuatan untuk belajar pada diri seseorang. Interaksi edukasi antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Strategi pembelajaran terlihat peranan dan penampilan yang berbeda antara kedua belah pihak. Pendidik melakukan upaya membelajarkan, sedangkan peserta didik melaksanakan kegiatan belajar. Belajar sebagai hasil menunjukkan perubahan tingkah laku yang dialami peserta didik setelah mengikuti suatu program pendidikan mencakup ranah kognisi, afeksi, dan psikomotorik. Kensy menyederhanakan belajar sebagai proses menjadi pengetahuan (knowledge), sikap (attitude), keterampilan (skills), dan harapan (aspiration).

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah salah satu bagian dari tridharma perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, menjadi suatu kewajiban bagi setiap dosen dan sivitas akademika lainnya untuk terlibat dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di kelurahan Cibeber Kecamatan Cimahi selatan kota Cimahi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mewujudkan kawasan Ciseupan yang berada di kelurahan Cibeber menjadi kawasan yang bersih, sehat, tertib, dan lestari melalui kegiatan reduce, reuse, dan recycle. Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dikelompokan menjadi empat tahap kegiatan yaitu tahap persiapan teridir dari kegiatan observasi, pelaksanaan terdiri dari kegiatan penyuluhan dan pendampingan, evaluasi terdiri dari kegiatan mengevaluasi kegiatan, dan penyelesaian terdiri dari kegiatan penyusunan laporan dan publikasi luaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu masyarakat memahami reduce, reuse, dan recycle, masyarakat memiliki keterampilan terkait dengan reduce, reuse, dan recycle, serta terwujudnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mewujudkan kawasan  bersih, sehat, tertib, dan lestari melalui kegiatan reduce, reuse, dan reccyle.

Abstract

Abstract The development of information and communication technology (ICT) at this time cannot be avoided by various parties. This development has positive and negative impacts on human life. However, these impacts can be managed by humans themselves such as by studying and utilizing these developments in daily life, there will be many positive impacts felt, one of which facilitates the search and dissemination of information, as well as accelerating and facilitating work. However, in reality, utilizing ICT in daily life in accordance with the work of each individual has not been fully implemented. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim to find out the profile of the use of ICT by Menelik in the Cimahi city education department. The instrument used was a questionnaire that was developed in accordance with ICT literacy level indicators. The results of his research show that the use of ICT by the Penilik in the Cimahi city education office is in the medium category or can be interpreted quite wellKeywords:  penilik, literacy, ICT  Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) pada saat ini tidak dapat dihindari oleh berbagai pihak. Perkembangan ini memberikan dampak yang positif dan negatif bagi kehidupan manusia. Akan tetapi dampak tersebut dapat di kelola oleh manusia itu sendiri seperti dengan mempelajari dan memanfaatkan perkembangan tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maka akan banyak dampak positif yang dirasakan salah satunya mempermudah pencarian dan penyebaran informasi, serta mempercepat dan mempermudah pekerjaan. Akan tetapi dalam kenyataannya memanfaatkan TIK dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sesaui dengan pekerjaan masing-masing individu belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Oleh karana itu, dilaksanakan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui profil pemanfaatan TIK oleh penilik di lingkungan dinas pendidikan kota Cimahi. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan indikator tingkat literasi TIK. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan TIK oleh penilik di lingkungan dinas pendidikan kota Cimahi berada pada kategori sedang atau dapat diartikan cukup baik.Kata Kunci: penilik, literasi, TIK

Abstract

This research is motivated by a problem found in Shafira Corporation namely a lack of employee discipline. While the lack of employee discipline, resulting in diminishing performance. This study aims to describe: (1) To find out management strategies in improving employee performance; (2) To find out the management process in managing employee performance; (3) To find out employee responses to management. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research is a management and all employees at PT Shafira Corporation. Data collection is done using survey methods. The techniques used in data analysis are data display, reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) The results of the implementation of employee performance improvement programs were employees having the motivation to work harder and be more disciplined; (2) Efforts made by the implementation of programs to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Capacity-building is a series of efforts undertaken to provide maximum capacity or output improvement. In this research, the economic capacity of rural communities is enhanced through the ecological potential in the cultural context. Therefore, this research has much to do with various forms of community life to develop all the potential environmental, potential and cultural potential of human beings there. The method used in this research is qualitative method and using triangulation approach, where the existence of research process involving three parties as source of validation of information obtained. The subjects of this research are PKBM Geger Sunten, PKBM Kinanti, and PKBM Bina Terampil Mandiri which are all located in West Bandung Regency. The results of this study after the counseling through PKBM related to the utilization of ecological potential in cultural context, the surrounding community increasingly aware of the importance of ecological potential. It is seen that the community understanding around PKBM area has increased, ie PKBM Geger sunten from 33% to 75%, PKBM Kinanti from 37% to 72%, PKBM Bina skilled self-reliant from 25% to 70% and creativity began to emerge in the community in developing the potential to serve improve the economic capacity of the community

Abstract

Considering the low level of public knowledge about the importance of Early Childhood Education and the low quality of management and the lack of infrastructure (in the form of APE) as well as the many assumptions from the public that Early Childhood Education can only be reached by economically capable people causing lack of motivation to involving their children in the Early Childhood Education program, it is deemed necessary to carry out a study on the optimization of the management of non-formal Early Childhood Education programs held in the community, such as the SPS Early Childhood Education Cempaka which operates in RW 09 Ciwaruga Village, Bandung Regency West. Through the application of qualitative methods with a case study approach, the results of this study reveal that the management process still does not meet the standards required by the government as the organizing program for the Similar Early Childhood Education Unit (SPS) program. Therefore, the manager must be able to define and find ways to achieve all the objectives set through the effective implementation of management functions of Early Childhood Education management.

Abstract

Problems in the implementation of women empowerment activities organized by government or community institutions indicate that the number of women is large enough, yet can not be utilized all the potential for development purposes because women can not enjoy life better because of the shackles of cultural sanctions. the theoretical studies developed related to building women through entrepreneurship program is one of the reasons to empower women to be able to create entrepreneurship opportunities. This study was conducted using research and development methods with data collection techniques; literature study, observation, interview, documentation, questionnaire and test. The data are analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. Implementation of activities in Neglasari Village Tasikmalaya. The findings show that the implementation of entrepreneurial activities as an effort to empower women can improve the level of better family economy. The results of this activity can be concluded that the model of empowerment of entrepreneurship women is very effective to improve self-reliance.

Abstract

Tanaman palawija adalah salah satu sumber utama komoditas pertanian yang dihasilkan di Kabupaten Ciamis, Jawa Barat.Pemanfaatan budaya agribisnis dalam membangun sikap kewirausahaan menjadi bagian yang penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing masyarakat secara umum.Santri menjadi salah satu agen pembaharu dalam mengembangkan kemampuan masyarakat untuk dapat menghasilkan produk pertanian yang kompetitif di pasar. Hal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi daya dukung bagi perekonomian nasional di masa yang akan datang, terutama dalam menghadapi era pasar bebas. Keterlibatan santri tidak hanya dalam rangka menguatkan karakter kehidupan beragama masyarakat, namun juga menjadi bagian penting dalam mengembangkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an Electronic Hypertension Booklet as an educational medium at the Rahayu Public Health Center, Bandung Regency and to test the feasibility of the electronic booklet that was developed, so that it could be used in the community effectively. The research method used in this study used research and development that adopting the Borg and Gall research model. The instrument used in this data collection is using a validation sheet in the form of a questionnaire and data analysis to calculate the answer score, it takes respondents, namely Hypertension Patients as the target of this research trial, as many as 40 users. And 4 people as experts. The total subjects in this study were 44 people. Digital booklet validation from the assessment questionnaire and expert validation which consists of 3 aspects, namely material, language, and design (media) aspects and all of them are very supportive The results from the assessment of experts, namely material experts, media experts and linguists are in the very category good with a percentage of 94.6%. Thus, the feasibility test of this module was carried out in two stages as follows: The first stage was the validation test of the material for the design of the booklet media, the results were very good (92.5%) stating that the electronic booklet media as an educational medium for patients was suitable for use as a learning medium. Then proceed with the second stage of testing with . With the results of expert validation and people with hypertension, the results of the development of this electronic booklet with the criteria of "very feasible".

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the development of parenting modules "Play Menu with Parent" for the purpose of fostering early childhood prosocial behavior skills and the efficacy of the parenting module The purpose of this research is to develop a parenting module titled "Playing Menu with Parent" and to determine its efficacy in developing prosocial behavior in young children. The process of development entails planning, design, and implementation. Product validation is carried out by material and media experts who provide feedback and assessments on the products developed. Following that, small-scale trials using a revised product design were conducted. Prior to use in large-scale trials, product revisions are performed. Additionally, researchers elicit parental feedback and suggestions for improvement to serve as a guide for revising the product before it becomes the final product. The findings indicated that the developed products are deserving of being used by parents as a self-learning medium. This is based on expert validation of the material, which achieved an 86 percent level of validity. A validity rate of 62% was achieved by media experts. Peers estimate a valid rate of 90 percent. Educators demonstrated a 91 percent validity rate. This demonstrates the utility of the parental module. Observations of parental parenting activities revealed that an astounding 88 percent of them fell into the extremely high category. Additionally, parents receive an average score of 51.9 on the pretest and a score of 86.4 on the posttest. The t-test resulted in a t-count of 15.43 and a table length of 1.725, indicating that t-count>ttabel. These findings indicated that there were significant differences between the pre- and post-usage of the parenting module "Playing Menu with Parent." As a result, it can be concluded that the modules developed are effective at fostering prosocial behavior in young children.
