Abstract

In the perspctive of Intemational trade, tuna· is a commodity group consisting of different kinds of export Item and specificity. Fresh ye//Owfin is the most Important Item of tuna group in term of export's value. This research specified model and estimated demand parameters of Japanese Impbrt market on Indonesia's fresh Ye//owfin. The estimation Is made In order to have valid Information especially for policy formulation. The estimation is done by using an econometric approach. In the approach three ad hoc models (linear, semi logarithmic and double logarithmic) were applied to a time series export data of Indonesian yellow fin to Japanese mar1tet by using ordinary least square (OLS) methods. These three models were then evaluated using three criteria of fitness: economic, statislical and econometric criteria. The model evaluation Indicated that semi-logarithmic model has the best fitness to the three criteria. COnsequently, the estimation of demand parameters is then made by using semi-logarithmic model. Using the semi-logarithmic demand model, the econometric analysis has indicated that Import of Indonesian Yellow fin by Japanese mar1tet is dependent on five factors: the domestic price of fresh yellow fin In Japan, Japanese GOP, Yen to dollar exchange rate, Intemational fresh shrimp price, and previous demand of fresh yellow fin by Japanese mar1tet. It is concluded that. of these five factors, two factors (own price and Income) revealed a Significant Interest. It Is found out that own price demand elasticity of fresh yellow fin Is elastic (-1,283) and demand elasticity of Income is inelastic (0,002) . The research recommended that Indonesian need to apply quality based strategy instead of price, by applying prudent production technology to anticipate the increasing Japanese GOP

Abstract

Turgo Hill is one of the areas of Mount Merapi National Park included in the Nature Tourism Zone which is intended for recreational purposes, tourist visits, and other activities. This research activity was carried out based on a case study conducted by Generasi Biologi Indonesia (Genbinesia) in the activities of Botany Adventure in Turgo Hill. This study objectives to determine the diversity of edible flora, analyze the potential of botany adventure bio tourism and plan strategies for special interest in botanical bio tourism in Turgo Hill. The research method used for the inventory of edible flora is carried out by exploring methods in 2 locations based on the elevation of 500 meters respectively. Analysis of potential bio tourism used descriptive methods through field observation, asked the questionnaires, and interviewed participants. The bio tourism strategy plan is compiled with the SWOT technique. The results of the study show that the diversity of edible flora along the tracking routes as many as 60 species. Based on the analysis of potential, Botany Adventure Biotourism activities are feasible in Bukit Turgo with a feasibility index of 92.15%. The highest potential is supported by the attractiveness of natural resources, accessibility, and the availability of clean water. SWOT search recommends strengthening and developing external factors to improve botanical special interest bio tourism activities in Bukit Turgo by providing special vehicles that mobilize participants, complementing facilities, especially souvenir kiosks, religious facilities, other tourism facilities, and promoting the promotion of activities.

Abstract

Perkembangan era informasi saat ini telah berkembang dengan sangat cepat, dan informasi dapat diakses dimana saja. Pemeritahan juga saat ini memberikan wadah atau tempat untuk mencari informasi. Namun masyarakat masih mengalami kesulitan di dalam menemukan informasi pernikahan tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan informasi pernikahan yang diterima oleh masyarakat tidak merata. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan yang tejadi dengan menawarkan aplikasi berbasis web yang menjadi sarana yang dapat menampung informasi pernikahan yang diberikan pada Kantor Urusan Agama di Kecamatan Sungai Gelam. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan program PHP dan database MySQL dimana penulis melakukan pengembangan dengan metode waterfall dan menggunakan pendekatan sistem unified model language menggunakan use case diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi web yang dapat menampilkan informasi pernikahan, pendaftaran pernikahan dan mencari data pernikahan.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknik penginderaan jauh sudah banyak dimanfaatkan untuk kajian penyakit busuk pangkal batang (BPB) di perkebunan kelapa sawit. Performa klasifikasi dapat ditingkatkan dengan memanfaatkan machine learning algorithms. Identifikasi sejak awal serangan penyakit BPB merupakan kunci dalam penanganan secara kultur teknis yang ditujukan untuk memperpanjang umur produksi tanaman. Pemilihan model klasifikasi yang memanfaatkan machine learning algorithms akan mempengaruhi akurasi dan waktu proses klasifikasi. Random forest (RF) dari hasil beberapa penelitian menunjukkan model klasifikasi dengan performa akurasi yang tinggi dalam klasifikasi penyakit BPB ini. Model klasifikasi RF saat ini memiliki 15 varian yang dikembangkan oleh para peneliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan akurasi dan kecepatan fitting model dari 15 metode klasifikasi random forest group dalam mengidentifikasi penyakit BPB di perkebunan kelapa sawit. penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif berdasarkan hasil akurasi dan kecepatan fitting model dari 15 metode klasifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan model klasifikasi oblique random forest (ORF) dengan metode partial least squares (PLS) mempunyai akurasi dan nilai Kappa terbaik (0,914 dan 0,815) dan model random ferns (Rferns) sebagai model klasifikasi dengan akurasi dan nilai Kappa yang terendah (0,657 dan 0,334). Model RF rule-based model (rlb) memerlukan waktu terlama dalam fitting model yaitu 12.993,23 detik dan model parallel random forest (PRF) memerlukan waktu tersingkat yaitu 13,54 detik. Pencapaian akurasi dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk fitting model menjadi pertimbangan dalam pemilihan model klasifikasi untuk tanaman sehat dan tanaman terinfeksi penyakit BPB karena jamur Ganoderma.

Abstract

Expansive clay is a soil that has a low carrying capacity and high shrinkage growth. Tthe soil has certain limited physical and mechanical properties. Therefore a stabilization is needed so that the parametric soils values ​​become better so that they can be used as subgrade in a construction. Tests carried out include, specific gravity testing, liquid limits, plastic limits, and compaction testing with proctor test and CBR test. The soil was used in this study was taken from the area Bujur Timur, Pamekasan. The soil included the CH group with a plasticity index of 43.5%. The percentage of addition of rice straw is 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% of the dry weight of the soil. The most optimum of proctor test results are the addition of rice straw ash by 5.8% with 0MC (Optimum Moisture Content) value of 15,20 % and dry content weight 1.72 gr/cm3. The optimum test results with 7.8% rice straw ash with a CBR value of 5.4% so that can be used for alternative soil improvement. Abstract

AbstractThe Economics philosophy of Pancasila was born as criticism of crisis occurred in neoclassical economics in Indonesia. Mubyarto identify the neoclassical economics crisis of historical, sociological, metaphysics, epistemological, and axiologicaldimension. Mubyarto offers the Economics philosophy of Pancasila as a solution by offering approach which more considering the sociological and historical dimension of Indonesian plurality. The economics philosophical assumptions must be relied on the philosophy and ideology of Pancasila, not based on liberal ideology.Although there are still any pro and contra opinion about the Economics philosophy of Pancasila, we can say that Mubyartohas succeeded to show the data and fact, identify causes of theIndonesian economics crisis, offer a solution for social sciencecrisis in Indonesia by the Economics philosophy of Pancasila. Abstract

Antropologi Pancasila adalah salah satu upaya penulis untuk melakukan pengembangan pemikiran dan produksi pegetahuan terhadap Antropologi dan Pancasila khususnya. Salah satu alasan dilakukannya upaya ini adalah mengingat kajian pengembangan keilmuan ranah filosofis , khususnya ilmu sosial humaniora, dewasa ini stagnan. Hasil akhir dari kajian ini adalah sebuah konsep ilmu yang mengkaji manusia dari sudut pandang orang Indonesia. Hal ini sekaligus untuk mengimbangi antropologi yang berkembang saat ini yang mengkaji manusia dari sudut pandang orang asing. Secara singkat, ilmu antropologi yang bercorak ke Indonesiaan. Berdasarkan hasil kajian maka diperoleh hasil bahwa Antropologi Pancasila adalah bahwa kajian manusia yang menekankan pada upaya bersama menuju pengabdian pada Tuhan. Sehingga hasil kajian dari Antropologi Pancasila adalah bagaimana manusia di dunia ini melakukan berbagai upaya secara bersama-sama menemukan Tuhannya. Tentunya masing masing manusia maupun memiliki caranya masing-masing dalam “mencapai” Allahnya. Hal ini sesuai dengan hakekat manusia yang homo socius dan religius.

Abstract

WAV file is a standard format that is widely used in multimedia and games on various platforms. Ease of access and development of technology with various media making it easier to exchange information to various places. Both important and confidential data need to be kept confidential because of various security threats so that data can be tapped and known by third parties during the submission process. One method of data security is cryptography using a public key algorithm that is poluler is RSA (Rivest Shamir Adleman). From these problems raised the idea to create a data security application whose function can perform data security using RSA algorithm. The programming language used is C # with Visual Studio software, the data being processed is a sample of each byte in a WAV file, the header will be the same as the beginning so that the WAV file can be played even if the information is disguised. RSA algorithms can be implemented into programming languages so that WAV files can be processed and secured data. Although the results of WAV file size after encryption becomes larger depending on the key used by existing information can be disguised properly.

Abstract

Drop-out is a form of failure to follow the students in the educational process at university. The number of students drop out in addition detrimental to the personal / individual, it is also detrimental to higher education institutions themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to study to find the causes or factors that affect student drop-out so it can be useful information for success in higher education. Methods backpropagation artificial neural network is a mathematical model that is used for the identification and classification based training and learning is done. In this study, backpropagation artificial neural network method used in identifying factors - factors causing the drop-out experienced by the students by making learning of the data - the data attributes of students drop out. Backpropagation artificial neural network implementation is done in this study produces good results where backpropagation artificial neural network can produce factors that cause dropouts appropriate to attribute a given student. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Artificial Neural Network, Backpropagation

Abstract

Keamanan suatu data rahasia sangat penting untuk dijaga. Apalagi dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi. Kriptografi merupakan cabang ilmu yang berperan dalam keamanan dan kerahasiaan suatu data. Untuk mengamankan data tersebut dalam dilakukan penerapan ilmu kriptografi yang bertujuan untuk mengubah data asli (plaintext) menjadi data terenkripsi (ciphertext), Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan referensi tentang bagaimana cara kerja algoritma One Time Pad dalam mengamankan data untuk ekstensi file. Dan juga bagaimana cara kerja algoritma Elliptic Curve Cryptography dalam mengamankan data menggunakan kunci publik. Pembahasan ini akan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengenkripsi ekstensi file.
