Abstract

The purpose of the study is to see the effectiveness of the concept of gamification that is applied in the learning process of the subject of Renewal of Economic Education Learning. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study are students of class 06PIEE001 FKIP Pamulang University. In this study adopted Marczewski's Gamification Framework concept which consists of 8 questions: 1) what is being gamified; 2) why is it being gamified; 3) who are the users; 4) how is it being gamified; 5) analytics are set up; 6) tested with users; 7) acted on feedback; and 8) released the solution. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that 1) the learning process in the course of Renewal of Economic Education Learning can be done with the concept of gamification by combining face-to-face learning in the classroom with online learning learning; 2) student response in learning process with gamification concept mostly interested because it is new for them; 3) there is a nurturant effect for as long as the concept of gamification is applied in the class

Abstract

Land registration ordered by Government through Law Number 41 Year 2004 about waqf aims to make society to be discipline in implementing of waqf practices. Beside the public order, the registration of waqf land has a positive urgency for waqf land. Either the urgency of waqf land registration normatively, sociologically, or juridically. However, the fact shows that the enforcement indications are still minimal. This fact is due to the lack of Nadzir and wakif (who donates property) understanding about the urgency of waqf land registration. They assume that waqf land that has already recorded administratively by government institution has already registered. While the provisions of agrarian law (lands) are not the case. The interpretation of new land registration is listed in Article Paragraph 1 of Government Regulation Number 24 Year 1997 which requires legal force through the ratification of authority official registration, because it will be used as evidence data. The implementation of land registration will produce evidance sign of land called certificate.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in learning one emphasizes the importance of literacy skills with the existence of the school literacy movement. The literacy movement at SMPN 2 Banyubiru has been running but has not been implemented optimally, especially at the learning stage and is still at the development stage. The research method used is a qualitative method, because it is to find out the activities and implementation of literacy in learning Social Sciences. The results showed: 1) Social literacy-based learning model used is a problem-based learning model and its implementation in the classroom requires the role of teachers and students, 2) There are obstacles faced by teachers in the planning, implementation and evaluation stages, 3) Learning outcomes students have differences after attending literacy-based social studies learning, whether those grades have increased or still remain the same.

Abstract

The value is the aftereffect of the organization's monetary exhibition in one period. The rationale for this review is to examine the impact of benefits, benefit development, and capital construction on firm value and to examine the capacity of corporate social obligations to direct the impact of productivity, benefit development, and capital design on firm value in the buyer cycle. regional organizations listed on the Trade Exchange. Indonesia 2015-2019.The sampling technique used a purposive testing strategy using specific steps to obtain 24 organizations with 120 annual reports. The investigative strategy used is Partial Least Square using WarpPLS 7.0 software.The results of this study indicate that benefits affect firm value, while benefit development and capital design have no impact on firm value. Furthermore, the existence of corporate social obligations as a driving variable weakens the impact of benefit development on firm value, but cannot direct the impact of productivity and capital construction on firm value.
