Abstract

Abstrak: Mengintegrasikan Kewirausahaan dan Akuntansi Melalui Toko Online. Keterpisahan dari proses pendidikan kewirausahaan bagi siswa dapat menjadi masalah di bidang akuntansi. Makalah ini bermaksud untuk membangun model konseptual terpadu kewirausahaan dan kurikulum akuntansi untuk membekali siswa menjadi pengusaha innovator, untuk menyelidiki tingkat niat kewirausahaan di kalangan siswa, dan untuk menganalisis proyek toko online siswa dalam mengeksplorasi bisnis online terutama dibidang akuntansi. Sebagai peneliti eksploratif, penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tinjauan literature dan/ atau data yang tersedia, kuesioner antara 50 siswa, wawancara mendalam, dan proyek siswa terpadu. Sebagai hasil, berbagai ide model kreatif dan inovatif dalam kewirausahaan dan proses akuntansi pembelajaran dapat dibentuk untuk pengembangan kurikuler silang. Abstract: Intregrating Entrepreneurship and Accounting Through Online Store. The separateness of the educational process for entrepreneurship students can be problematic in the area of accounting. The paper intends to build integrated conceptual model of entepreneurship and accounting curriculum to equip students to be innovator entrepreneurs, to investigate the level of entrepreneurial intentions among students, and to analize students’ online store project in exploring online business especially in accounting area. As an explorative research, this study was conducted through reviewing available literature and/ or data, questionaires among 50 students, in-depth interviews, and integrated students’ project. As results, various ideas of creative and innovative model in entrepreneurship and accounting learning process can be formed for cross-cullicular development.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are: (1) to determine the factors that affecting interest students in decision-making choose of accounting class X in SMK N 1 Demak, (2) to determine which factor that has the greatest or most dominant to interest students in decision-making choose of accounting class X in SMK N 1 Demak. To be able to determine the factors that affect interest decision-making choose of accounting, then a research was conducted  using factor analysis and descriptive analysis methods.The population of this study were all students class X of accounting amounting to 114 students. The samples were 53 members chosen using proportional random sampling technique. The variables of this study were the talent, potential self, intelegent, family, school, peers group, employments opportunities, lack of participation, lack of representation, treatment not fair, dimensions access, dimensions of learning process, dimensions mastery, dimensions control, and dimensions of benefits. The data collection method used was questionnaires, then analyzed by factor analysis with SPSS 16.0 for windows.Based on the results of the factor analysis, from the 15 items there is 1 variables that should be dropped, while the remaining 14 variables formed 3 new factor, namely the internal factor students, the external factor students, and gender difference. Third new factors have a totl value of the coefficients variant 58,19%. The dominant factor influential namely gender difference which embeds in it values the coefficients variant 27,157%.  Dimensions control with load factor of 0.674, lack of partisipation with load factor 0.671, dimensions of benefits with load factor of 0.740, dimensions of learning process with load factor of 0.612, dimensions mastery with a load factor of 0.610, with a load factor of lack of representation 0,823, and the unjust treatment with a charge with load factor of 0.597.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki perbedaan antara kelebihan beban kerja, konflik antar peran dan perilaku penyelesaian yang bersifat mengatasi masalah sebagai konsekuensi dari kelebihan beban kerja berdasarkan isu-isu gender, dan untuk memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh perspektif gender dalam membangun peran dari akuntan pendidik di lingkungan kerja. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 53 akuntan pendidikan di Universitas Negeri Semarang. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji anova, menunjukkan bahwa kelebihan beban kerja, konflik antar peran dan perilaku penyelesaian untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah antara perempuan dan laki-laki sebagai akuntan pendidik tidak terbukti secara ilmiah. Abstract The purposes of research are to investigate the differences between working over time, role conflict and behavior for overcoming the problems emerge as the consequences of working overtime based on the gender issues, and to provide the empirical evidence about the influence of gender perspective in building the role of educational accountant in the working environment. The respondents of the research were 53 accountants educators in Semarang State university. The finding, based on anova test states that working overtime, role conflict and behavior for overcoming the problems between women and men as accountant educators are not scientifically proven.Keywords: gender; role theory; role overload

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the use of e-learning, peer group and learning motivation towards learning outcomes of Accounting in class X Accounting of SMK Hidayah Semarang. The sample of this study was students of class X Accounting SMK Hidayah Semarang with total of 41 students. A self-administered questionnaires and multiple regression analysis were used to test the research question. In addition, the results showed that there is a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially from the use of e-learning, peer group and learning motivation towards learning outcomes in class X Accounting at SMK Hidayah Semarang. The improvement and intensity in using e-learning strategies, teacher's attention to the students’ peer environment specifically on cooperation and competition among students, and students' intelligence in interacting and establishing fair cooperation in the academic context with their peers are very important factors towards learning outcomes Keywords: learning outcomes; e-learning; peer group; motivation

Abstract

This study aims to examine students’ perception of PPG-SM3T on motivation to participate the teacher professional education program. PPG-SM3T is a professional development program for pre-service teacher in Indonesia. Data for this study were collected from 186 students of economics education using a survey questionnaire. The findings showed that students’ perception of PPG-SM3T positively associated with motivation to participate the program. In addition, the study found that a majority of participants realized that teacher professional development program is significantly important to prepare them to be professional teachers. They also raised concerns, challenges, and the need to participate PPG-SM3T. Findings also suggested that providing information and active socialization on PPG-SM3T may motivate them to participate in the program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi belajar ekonomi, gender dan lingkungan pondok pesantren (Sunan Pandanaran) terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPS Putra dan siswi kelas XII IPS Putri. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini yaitu perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas. Variabel independennya yaitu motivasi belajar ekonomi, gender dan lingkungan pondok pesantren (Sunan Pandanaran). Hasil uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi belajar ekonomi, gender dan lingkungan pondok pesantren (Sunan Pandanaran) terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi belajar ekonomi terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas, ada pengaruh gender terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas dan ada pengaurh lingkungan pondok pesantren (Sunan Pandanaran) terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu motivasi belajar ekonomi, gender dan lingkungan pondok pesantren (Sunan Pandanaran) berpengaruh terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini seperti minat terhadap mata pelajaran ekonomi dan dukungan orang tua yang secara parsial maupun simultan dapat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas.This study aimed to examine the effect of learning motivation economic, gender and environmental Boarding Sunan Pandanaran the behavior of students in the classroom studying economics either simultaneously or partially. For further research is expected to use other variables that are not used in this study as subjects of interest in the economy and support parents who are partially or simultaneously may affect the economic behavior of student learning in the classroom

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir kesiapan kerja siswa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Akuntansi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini yaitu kesiapan kerja. Variabel independennya yaitu efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir. Hasil uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja, ada pengaruh minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja dan ada pengaruh bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa hendaknya meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mereka, peningkatan terhadap efikasi diri siswa; peningkatan terhadap pemahaman mengenai minat siswa; dan guru hendaknya meningkatkan pelayanan bimbingan karir.This study aimed to examine the influence of self efficacy, work interest, and career guidance toward work readiness  either simultaneously or partially. population and sample in this research were students of class XI Accounting. Data collection method in this research using questionnaires / questionnaire, documentation and interviews. The dependent variable in this research is work readiness. Independent variables namely self efficacy, work interest, and career guidance. Conclusions from this research that the self efficacy, work interest, and career guidance affect the work readiness either simultaneously or partially The suggestions are, based this research, students should improve their work readiness; improve students’s self efficacy, improve students to understand about work interest: and teachers should improve career guidance.

Abstract

SMK merupakan bentuk pendidikan formal jenjang menengah yang pelaksanaannya untuk menyiapkan tenaga kerja profesional sesusai dengan bidangnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal menunjukkan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengalaman On the Job Training (OJT) dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan jumlah 70 siswa, semuanya menjadi responden penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data dengan menggunakan angket. Data variabel dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman OJT dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 61,8%, pengalaman OJT berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 59,91%, dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 6,92%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengalaman OJT dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Vocational High School is form of formal education at secondary level which the implementation is to prepare professional employees appropriate their field. Based on the results of preliminary observations indicate that the level of job readiness of students in class XII Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 still low. This study aimed to determine whether job training experience and motivation to enter the workforce effect towards job readiness of students in class XII Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 on simultaneously or partially. The population was all students of class XII Accounting in SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 which amounts to 70 students, all serve as research respondent. This study uses questionnaire to collect the data. The data of variables is analyzed with multiple regression analysis. The results show that job training experience and motivation to enter the workforce simultaneous positively and significantly effect towards job readiness (61,8%), job training experience partial positively and significantly effect towards job readiness (59,91%), and motivation to enter the workforce partial positively and significantly effect towards job readiness (6,92%). Based on the result of this study, we can conclude that job training experience and motivation to enter the workforce positively and significantly effect towards job readiness students in class XII Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 on simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data observasi awal di SMK Ma’arif 9 Kebumen menunjukkan bahwa belum semua lulusan Akuntansi terserap secara optimal, hanya 5% yang bekerja di bidang akuntansi pada tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Praktik Kerja Industri, Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi, dan Motivasi Memasuki Kerja Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Ma’arif 9 Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan Akuntansi Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 sebesar 120 siswa. Anggota sampel adalah 92 siswa dengan menggunakan Slovin . Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel acak sederhana. Penelitian menggunakan metode Dokumentasi dan Kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analiss regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa dalam kategori tinggi, praktik kerja industri dalam kategori sangat baik, hasil belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi dalam kategori cukup, dan motivasi memasuki kerja dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara Praktik Kerja Industri, Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi, dan Motivasi Memasuki Kerja Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja (27,5%). Sedangkan secara parsial Praktik Kerja Industri berpengaruh (9,18%), Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi tidak berpengaruh, dan Motivasi Memasuki Kerja berpengaruh (12,89%) Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja. Based on prelimanary observation data in Vocational High School Ma’arif 9 Kebumen shows that not all accounting graduates are absorbed optimally yet, it just 5% who work in Accounting area in 2015. This study aimed, to determine The effects of Job Training, Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson, and Job Motivation to Work Readiness of Accounting Students XIth Grade at Vocational High School of Ma’arif 9 Kebumen in Academic Year 2015/2016. The population in this research are all Accounting Students XIth Grade in Academic Year 2015/2016, 120 students. The samples are 92 students by using Slovin. Technical sampling is simple random sampling. This research use questionaire and documentation methods. Data analysis methods are descriptive statistic and multiple regression linear analysis. The result of descriptive analysis shows that Students’s Work Readiness in high category, Job Training in very good category, Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson in enough category, and Job Motivation in very high category. The results based on multiple regression linear analysis shows simultaneously that there are some effects of Job Training, Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson, and Job Motivation to Work Readiness (27,5%). As partially, Job Training has effect (9,18%), Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson hasn’t effect, Job motivation has effect (12,89%) to work readiness.

Abstract

Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X program keahlian Akuntansi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini yaitu hasil belajar mata pelajaran Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa. Variabel independennya yaitu media pembelajaran Prezi, teman sebaya, dan kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua. Hasil uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh media pembelajaran Prezi, teman sebaya, dan kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh media pembelajaran Prezi terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa, ada pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa, dan ada pengaruh kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu media pembelajaran Prezi, teman sebaya, dan kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah sekolah hendaknya membantu meningkatkan intensitas penggunaan media pembelajaran Prezi dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas dengan memberikan komputer kepada setiap kelas, guru mata pelajaran Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa hendaknya meningkatkan intensitas penggunaan media pembelajaran Prezi dalam proses belajar mengajar, diharapkan siswa dapat memilih teman sebaya yang sekiranya dapat membantu memotivasi siswa untuk lebih giat dalam belajar, dan pihak sekolah diharapkan memperhatikan kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua siswa yang tidak mampu dengan memberikan beasiswa agar menunjang siswa dalam belajar. Population and sample in this research were all of students tenth grade Accounting. Data collection method in this research using questionnaires / questionnaire, and documentation. The dependent variable in this research is learning outcomes of the Accounting Services Company. Independent variables namely Prezi media learning, peers, and parental socio-economic conditions. The results of the hypothesis partially shows that there are influence Prezi media learning toward learning outcomes of the Accounting Services Company, there are influence peers toward learning outcomes of the Accounting Services Company, and there are influence parental socio-economic conditions toward learning outcomes of the Accounting Services Company. Conclusions from this research that Prezi media learning, peers, and parental socio-economic affect the learning outcomes of the Accounting Services Company either simultaneously or partially. The suggestions are, based this research, school should help to raise the intensity of Prezi media learning in the learning process in the classroom with gave a computer to any of class, the teacher of accounting service companies should increase the intensity of Prezi media learning in the learning process, the students are expected to can choose their peers who had can help motivate students for more aggressive in in learning, and school management expected consider the condition of social the economy of the old poor students who cannot programs by providing scholarships to support students in learning.
