Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return on Assets through Capital Adequacy Ratio in banking listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014- 2018. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The criteria for sampling in this study are banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which publish bank annual financial reports for 2014-2018 as many as 80. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square with the WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results showed that (1) Non Performing Loan has a negative and significant effect on the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (2) Loan to Deposit Ratio has a negative and significant effect on the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (3) Non Performing Loan has a negative and significant effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (4) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (5) Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (6) Non Performing Loan has no effect on Return on Assets through the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (7) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on the Return on Assets through the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio. Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of incentives, school culture and teacher performance at SDN 013 South Balikpapan and to know the incentives and school culture simultaneously and partially influence the performance of teachers in SDN 013 South Balikpapan and to know among the incentives and school culture that has a dominant effect on Performance of teachers at SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. This research uses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this research is all teachers of SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. The sample of this study amounted to 30 teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the incentive teachers SDN 013 South Balikpapan in good category, school culture SDN 013 Southern Balikpapan is also in good category. There is a simultaneous influence between school incentives and culture on teacher performance SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. There is partial influence between school incentive and culture on teacher performance SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. Keywords: incentives, school culture, teacher performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of market orientation, organizational learning and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs in Gresik Regency. The population in this study is MSMEs in Gresik Regency. Using proportional random sampling based on the business sector, after calculating the Slovin formula (sampling error 10%) obtained a sample of 100 SMEs. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results and conclusions in this study are market orientation, organizational learning, and entrepreneurial orientation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Gresik district, market orientation has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Gresik district, organizational learning has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Gresik district, orientation entrepreneurship has a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in Gresik district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Marketing and Marketing Experiences on consumer loyalty through Toyota customer satisfaction in West Surabaya. This research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The results of observations on 96 respondents were analyzed using path analys, and it can be concluded that Service Marketing and Experiential Marketing directly influence the Customer Loyalty of Toyota customers in West Surabaya. The other results show that Service Marketing and Experiential Marketing through Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on the customer loyalty of Toyota customers in West Surabaya.Keywords: service marketing, experiental marketing, customer loyality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to describe, knowing the simultaneous and partial effect of compensation, work motivation, work performance and teacher job satisfaction on SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City through work performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers of SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City. The sample of this study amounted to 55 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Data collection methods use questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study showed that compensation had a significant effect on the work performance of teachers at SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City. Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher work performance. Compensation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Work performance has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Compensation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SDN in Balikpapan City 3 through work performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City through work performance. Abstract

This study tried to analyze the quality of service and accessibility to patient loyalty at the Cempaka Room in Mitra Keluarga Hospital, Surabaya. This study used 50 patients who visited patients at the Cempaka Room in Mitra Keluarga Hospital Surabaya as the study sample. The research method uses quantitative methods. The results showed service quality and simultaneous accessibility to patient loyalty. Service quality and accessibility are significantly significant for patient loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to manifest empirically is there an effect of interest rates and exchange rates on stock returns with capital structure. This study employs mainly a quantitative approach to support in the data analysing. The research data is secondary data. The data collection is from documentation. The population of this study is food and beverage sub-sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014 - 2018 period with the sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, they are amount of 12 samples of the company. The data analysed is used analysis path. These results of this study were interest rates did not have effect on capital structure, the exchange rates did not have effect on capital structure. While, interest rates had a negative effect and significant on stock returns, the exchange rates had a negative effect and significant on stock returns, the capital structure had a positive effect and significant on stock returns. The results also got that interest rates did not have an indirect effect on stock returns with capital structure and exchange rates had a negative effect and significant on stock returns with capital structure.Keywords: interest rates, exchange rates, stock return, capital structure

Abstract

Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah UD Batik Tulis New berlokasi di Desa Jatipelem Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah pertama, menurunnya omzet penjualan. Kedua, loyalitas pelanggan mengalami penurunan, hal ini ditandai dengan beberapa pelanggan sudah tidak lagi melakukan transaksi pembelian batik ke mitra. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pertama meningkatkan omset mitra yang mengalami penurunan. Kedua mengembalikan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan yang sempat mengalami penurunan loyalitas dengan ditandainya beberapa wilayah pasar sudah tidak melakukan transaksi pembelian ke UD Batik Tulis New Colet. Metode pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendampingan customer relationship management (CRM), sumulasi, brainstorming dan diskusi, serta monitoring & evaluasi. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini adalah pertama meningkatnya omzet penjualan sebesar 52,57%. Kedua, adanya peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan ditandai dengan penambahan pasar yang aktif bertransaksi pembelian yaitu mengembalikan dua wilayah pasar lama menjadi pelanggan aktif bertransaksi pembelian Kembali dan penambahan satu wilayah pasar baru yang aktif bertransaksi pembelian. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki dampak terhadap keberdayaan mitra secara ekonomi berupa peningkatan kinerja pemasaran dan keunggulan bersaing UD Batik Tulis New Colet secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is to know the description of participative leadership style, communication, work discipline and teacher performance at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. In detail this research is to know the influence of participative leadership style and communication on teacher performance, influence of participative leadership style and communication to work discipline, influence of work discipline and participative leadership style on teacher performance at SMPN 7 Balikpapan through work discipline; as well as to know the communication on teacher performance at SMPN 7 Balikpapan through work discipline. This research uses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were all teachers at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. The sample of this study amounted to 47 teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The results of this study indicate the style of participative leadership and communication in persial significant effect on the discipline of teachers at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. Communication and work discipline have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. Participatory leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 7 Balikpapan through work discipline. Communication has a significant effect on teacher performance in SMPN 7 Balikpapan through work discipline. Abstract

This study aims to describe academic supervision, school culture and teacher achievement at SMPN 7Balikpapan, and to know and test the performance of teachers at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. This researchuses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this study were all teachersat SMPN 7 Balikpapan. The sample of this study held 47 teachers. The sampling technique uses asaturated sample. Method using data using questionnaire. Descriptive data analysis method andmultiple regression analysis, F test and t test. The result of the research shows that academic supervisionand school culture either partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on teacher achievementof SMPN 7 Balikpapan.
