Abstract

SMK Averus Jakarta yang terletak di Pondok Pinang, Jakarta Selatan merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan yang belum menggunakan teknologi informasi karena data administrasinya sebagian dicatat dan diolah secara manual, walaupun sudah ada yang dicatat dan diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti, banyak terjadi duplikasi data dan pembuatan laporan-laporan dari data-data administrasi cenderung lambat. Salah satu solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut yaitu pembuatan aplikasi administrasi sekolah menggunakan arsitektur Client Server dan Model View Controller (MVC). Arsitektur Client-Server membagi aplikasi dalam dua bagian yaitu server yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan basis data dan client yang berhubungan dengan antarmuka user. Sedangkan arsitektur MVC dapat mempermudah pengembangan aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan di masa depan dan dapat mengurangi jumlah source code. Setelah pembangunan aplikasi selesai, disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat mengurangi duplikasi data, memperbaiki organisasi data/dokumen, mempercepat pembuatan laporan yang diperlukan, dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas pengembangan aplikasi. Averus Jakarta Vocational Administration Application Using Client-Server Architecture and Model-View-Controller Abstract: Averus Jakarta Vocational School, located in Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta is one of the educational institutions that has not used information technology because its administrative data is partially recorded and processed manually, although some have been recorded and processed using Microsoft Excel. This causes several problems such as, a lot of data duplication and making reports from administrative data tend to be slow. One solution to solve this problem is the creation of a school administration application using Client Server architecture and Model View Controller (MVC). Client-Server Architecture divides the application into two parts, namely the server that is associated with database management and the client that is related to the user interface. While the MVC architecture can facilitate the development of applications according to future needs and can reduce the amount of source code. After the application development is completed, it is concluded that this application can reduce data duplication, improve data / document organization, speed up the reporting required, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of application development. Abstract

In a software test, validation is one of the processes of checking whether the software meets the expected specifications and objectives or not. The data validation process has not been maximized can result in a mismatch of data that will be stored in the database. For example the amount of stock turned negative, or the number of digits entered can exceed the defined limits. This can be detrimental to the owner and user in using this application. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of validation more accurately, so it can help the owner in terms of data accuracy. Applications are designed in such a way must go through a testing phase to ensure the quality of the software itself. Examples of tests can be said to be good if they have a chance of finding an error that cannot be revealed. Among the many ways of the Black Box testing methods, this study uses the Boundary Value Analysis testing method. The method tests the maximum number of limits and the minimum number of limits to produce a valid value, which is considered quite relevant for testing sales applications at PT Karunia Segar Kedua. The initial stage of the research needs to be done is to define the functionality to be tested, compile the test scheme, choose the material to be tested, determine the maximum and minimum number of limits in accordance with a predetermined database structure, conduct experiments, document research results, and draw conclusions. The conclusion is based on the testing has been done is software can be used properly, after an improvement is made on the errors found. However, this test has not been said to be perfect, because it is only done using a sample form. From the results of this test it is expected that the application can be used according to user requirements.

Abstract

The school library is one of supporting that could achieve the quality of education. It was because the library could be a source of learning in the school. Management of data processing, lending, and returning of library books could take a lot of fees and times. It was because using a ledger. Besides, the students having difficulties in order to get the books. It was because there is no technology information that provide the search engine toward a books. This research was focus on the library information system. The objective of this research were to facilitate officer in managing the library data and to make the students easy to find the books. This library application is website-based which is develop by using the PHP as programming language while MySQL as database management system. The method that used to conduct the data were structured interview, literature study, and observation which regard to the school library in making a library application. This study gives the result in the usability aspect the percentage is 79,5%, its mean that the library application could facilitate officer in processing data collection, borrowing and returning library books, moreover, the students could search the book easily.

Abstract

Banyaknya operator seluler mendorong persaingan usaha yang sangat ketat. Kemudahan pelanggan untuk berpindah ke pesaing merupakan perhatian utama bagi bagian CRM (Customer Relationship Management), karena untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru membutuhkan biaya yang jauh lebih mahal daripada mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada. Untuk mengambil tindakan yang tepat dalam mempertahankan pelanggan harus mengetahui kecenderungan pelanggan apakah akan mengalami churn atau tidak. Prediksi kecenderungan pelanggan dilakukan dengan menggunakan model data mining. Pada penelitian ini akan diterapkan teknik resampling dan teknik ensemble AdaBoost untuk memperbaiki kinerja pengklasifikasi sedangkan untuk mengukur kinerja model digunakan software RapidMiner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model integrasi random oversampling, AdaBoost, dan Naïve Bayes memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik karena memiliki nilai AUC (Area Under the ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) Curve) yang lebih baik.

Abstract

As the present era progresses, information technology (IT) is expanding enormously. In the world of education, mainly primary and secondary school, some jobs carried out manually. SMK Avicena Rajeg is a place where the writer carried out practical work, still inputting data using Microsoft excel — analyzing the SPP payment information system in SMK Avicena Rajeg which is means for supporting TU staff performance. The method used by the writer includes interview method, observation method, literature method and Unified Modelling Language (UML) to describe a running model system and proposed system. With the production of an SPP payment information system analysis in the discussion that the writer described could be used as consideration in the process of developing student payment information systems. The writer suggested that the student tuition payment process should be computerized, as of the data that managed can be well-integrated, for example, by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database server.

Abstract

Pembelajaran adalah proses interaksi peserta didik dengan pendidik dan sumber belajar pada suatu lingkungan belajar yang meliputi guru dan siswa yang saling bertukar informasi. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran harus berjalan dengan baik agar informasi dapat tersampainkan. Pendidik yang berhalangan hadir, akan mengganggu penyampaian materi pembelajaran. Begitu juga bagi peserta didik yang berhalangan hadir tentu akan ketinggalan materi pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh pendidik. Dengan adanya E-Learning memberikan kemudahan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah, guru dapat memberikan materi dan tugas dimanapun, siswa mudah untuk mendapatkan materi pembelajaran, dan memudahkan siswa untuk mengerjakan tugas yang telah diberikan oleh guru, tanpa terhalang oleh dimensi ruang dan waktu. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah metode Prototype. Metode Prototype adalah perangkat lunak prototyping atau siklus hidup menggunakan prototyping. Salah satu metode siklus hidup sistem yang didasarkan pada konsep model bekerja. Dimana pengembang sistem dan klien dapat melihat dan melakukan eksperimen sejak awal proses pengembangan. Dalam metode Prototype terdapat tiga tahap (3) siklus pengembangan, yakni: Fase Pengumpulan Kebutuhan, Fase Membangun Prototype, dan Fase Uji Coba.

Abstract

Testing on an application aims to check whether a program has run properly or there are still errors that must be corrected so that the program created will be a program that has good quality. In this study the software that will be reviewed using Black Box Testing is a PlayStation Loan Information Application System where this application aims to facilitate the admin (PlayStation rental) in data collection on the number of borrowers, as well as the return date of PlayStation borrowed by members, where there are 2 forms to be filled in. Member added data form, game added form during the loan. lending data information applications will be tested using Black Box Testing where this test only aims to see the program whether in accordance with the expected function or not without knowing the program code used. Black Box Testing Method consists of several techniques, including Equivalence Partitions, Boundary Value Analysis, Sample Testing, and so on. Among the many testing techniques, in this study the testing technique was chosen using Boundary Value Analysis. Boundary Value Analysis Techniques, are software testing techniques in which tests are designed to include representatives of boundary values in a range.

Abstract

Sistem informasi akademik penting untuk membantu MTS Al-Hidayah dalam pengelolaan akademik sekolah yang difokuskan kepada info sekolah, jadwal pelajaran, kegiatan sekolah, memudahkan pencarian data, dan menghasilkan laporan yang akurat. Pada sistem informasi akademik di sekolah tersebut masih memiliki  kekurangan pada proses validasi data, yang nantinya menyebabkan data akan disimpan ke dalam database tidak cocok atau tidak sesuai dengan data yang diinginkan. Sehingga diusulkan pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box dengan teknik Equivalence Partitioning secara menyeluruh berkenaan dengan penggunaan, manfaat, dan hasil yang didapati dari pemanfaatan perangkat lunak tersebut. Teknik Equivalence Partitioning yang membahas tentang pengujian dalam aspek validasi masukkan dilihat dari valid class. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian tingkat akurasi perangkat lunak sistem informasi sekolah pada MTS Al-Hidayah akan memberikan solusi paling tepat untuk sekolah tersebut pada masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

With this student assessment application, if there is an error in the program, there will be losses for students and universities. The loss that is in the natural student, if this application has an error (trouble) then the student assessment process will be delayed and difficult in the calculation of the value of students and students will be late in obtaining the value. The losses are in the natural universities where students want a quick assessment process but the university cannot calculate quickly and precisely. Method used in this application use black box method with boundary value analysis technique. The boundary value analysis technique measures application's assessment if there is an error when entering data that will be tested in the field to determine the value has been valid or no more errors will be stored in the database. The test is done on the Student assessment form by measuring the upper limit value and lower limit value through several predefined stages for each of the columns in the form. Test results can be input to improve the application. The results of this test can provide reference to the quality testing of the student assessment application by analyzing the functionality of the programs that have been made in accordance with the results expected

Abstract

To ensure that the application (software) Calculation of parking is no error then in need of testing to test the quality of the application. This application has problems with the calculation of the parking in the application, then the application will be tested by the Black Box method based on Equivalence where the application in the overall test is related to the use, benefit, and result of the utilization of such software. The parking application must be error-free, because if there is an error then it will be very detrimental to the self-service that use the parking application, specifically in terms of financial income. The Black Box-based method of Equivalence Partition tests the quality of the application by documenting the software testing which will look at the error in each form, and the errors will be divided into three models, errors, functions, data structures and interfaces. The results of this test, to ensure the quality of the free parking calculation application error by finding an accidental error in the parking calculation application.
