Abstract

Banyaknya operator seluler mendorong persaingan usaha yang sangat ketat. Kemudahan pelanggan untuk berpindah ke pesaing merupakan perhatian utama bagi bagian CRM (Customer Relationship Management), karena untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru membutuhkan biaya yang jauh lebih mahal daripada mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada. Untuk mengambil tindakan yang tepat dalam mempertahankan pelanggan harus mengetahui kecenderungan pelanggan apakah akan mengalami churn atau tidak. Prediksi kecenderungan pelanggan dilakukan dengan menggunakan model data mining. Pada penelitian ini akan diterapkan teknik resampling dan teknik ensemble AdaBoost untuk memperbaiki kinerja pengklasifikasi sedangkan untuk mengukur kinerja model digunakan software RapidMiner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model integrasi random oversampling, AdaBoost, dan Naïve Bayes memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik karena memiliki nilai AUC (Area Under the ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) Curve) yang lebih baik.

Abstract

In a software test, validation is one of the processes of checking whether the software meets the expected specifications and objectives or not. The data validation process has not been maximized can result in a mismatch of data that will be stored in the database. For example the amount of stock turned negative, or the number of digits entered can exceed the defined limits. This can be detrimental to the owner and user in using this application. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of validation more accurately, so it can help the owner in terms of data accuracy. Applications are designed in such a way must go through a testing phase to ensure the quality of the software itself. Examples of tests can be said to be good if they have a chance of finding an error that cannot be revealed. Among the many ways of the Black Box testing methods, this study uses the Boundary Value Analysis testing method. The method tests the maximum number of limits and the minimum number of limits to produce a valid value, which is considered quite relevant for testing sales applications at PT Karunia Segar Kedua. The initial stage of the research needs to be done is to define the functionality to be tested, compile the test scheme, choose the material to be tested, determine the maximum and minimum number of limits in accordance with a predetermined database structure, conduct experiments, document research results, and draw conclusions. The conclusion is based on the testing has been done is software can be used properly, after an improvement is made on the errors found. However, this test has not been said to be perfect, because it is only done using a sample form. From the results of this test it is expected that the application can be used according to user requirements.

Abstract

With this student assessment application, if there is an error in the program, there will be losses for students and universities. The loss that is in the natural student, if this application has an error (trouble) then the student assessment process will be delayed and difficult in the calculation of the value of students and students will be late in obtaining the value. The losses are in the natural universities where students want a quick assessment process but the university cannot calculate quickly and precisely. Method used in this application use black box method with boundary value analysis technique. The boundary value analysis technique measures application's assessment if there is an error when entering data that will be tested in the field to determine the value has been valid or no more errors will be stored in the database. The test is done on the Student assessment form by measuring the upper limit value and lower limit value through several predefined stages for each of the columns in the form. Test results can be input to improve the application. The results of this test can provide reference to the quality testing of the student assessment application by analyzing the functionality of the programs that have been made in accordance with the results expected

Abstract

To ensure that the application (software) Calculation of parking is no error then in need of testing to test the quality of the application. This application has problems with the calculation of the parking in the application, then the application will be tested by the Black Box method based on Equivalence where the application in the overall test is related to the use, benefit, and result of the utilization of such software. The parking application must be error-free, because if there is an error then it will be very detrimental to the self-service that use the parking application, specifically in terms of financial income. The Black Box-based method of Equivalence Partition tests the quality of the application by documenting the software testing which will look at the error in each form, and the errors will be divided into three models, errors, functions, data structures and interfaces. The results of this test, to ensure the quality of the free parking calculation application error by finding an accidental error in the parking calculation application.

Abstract

The decision support system (DSS) for employee performance appraisal is a decision support system used in the employee performance appraisal process at PT. Surya Toto Tbk. Currently, the employee performance appraisal process still done manually (paper-based) so that the reports produced were not real-time. From the existing problems, this research aimed to analyze and design a decision support system according to the existing criteria using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to be able to develop into a Web-based DSS. The method used began with communication with management, especially the perpetrators of employee performance appraisals. Furthermore, planning, the process of data collection, analysis, design, and finally making reports carried out. The conclusion of this study provided a suggestion to use the criteria that had given two more criteria. By giving weights and calculations carried out for three employees, the value obtained for employee C got the highest score (0.98) followed by employee B, and the lowest score (0.85) was employee A.

Abstract

The decision support system (DSS) for employee performance appraisal is a decision support system used in the employee performance appraisal process at PT. Surya Toto Tbk. Currently, the employee performance appraisal process is still done manually (paper based) so that the reports produced are not real time. From the existing problems, this research aims to analyze and design a decision support system according to the existing criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the aim of being able to be developed into a Web-based DSS. The method used begins with communication with management, especially the perpetrators of employee performance appraisals. Furthermore, planning, data collection process, analysis, design and finally making reports are carried out. The conclusion of this study provides a suggestion for the addition of subcriteria from the existing criteria. After calculating with AHP, the value that appears for the work outcome criteria (A) on the quantitative subcriteria A11 with a score of 0.123, qualitative A12 with a score of 0.033, delivery A13 with a score of 0.024 and Implementation of SOP A14 with a score of 0.018. The score is for a very good value (BS).

Abstract

The odd-even rule is a rule for categorizing odd and even vehicle number plates based on date. This rule is useful for reducing congestion on the highway. However, in applying this rule, human error still often occurs, namely the lack of accuracy of officers in supervising the number plates of passing vehicles. The more technology develops, the more applications of artificial intelligence on a device. One of them is the technology of detecting vehicle number plates automatically using the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) method. Optical character recognition is a technology that is able to convert text in an image into text that can be read by a computer. The results of the study show that this artificial intelligence system can help officers improve the accuracy of monitoring vehicle number plates.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, car or motorcycle rental service providers are now widely found in various parts of the city and the role of the internet is very important to convey accurate and efficient information, CV Endang Jaya is a car rental service provider located in Tangerang Regency. In delivering information, CV Endang Jaya has used a web-based information system that provides information about car rental prices and types of cars for rent, of course the system requires the development of a computerized system, for example in the transaction process, the availability of cars because customers are often disappointed with the unavailability of the car to be purchased. for rent because there is no available information system, the Software Development Method used is Agile. With the development of this web-based car rental application, it is hoped that the company owner can solve the problems that are currently happening. So that it can make it easier to find out the availability of the car.

Abstract

The nation's culture can be said to be a very meaningful thing because with the existence of culture, a nation has its own specialties and characteristics which can differenciate itself from others, therefore, traditions can be identified as a nation's identity from a particular nation. The awareness of indonesian people towards indonesian culture, in this generation especially the younger ones is decreasing because of the fast growing globalisation era, a lot of young Indonesians are more intrigued in foreign countries culture in comparison  to their own nation's culture, this causes might involved in multiple factors such as limited facilities to educate students about the uniqueness of indonesian culture. Based on these factors, the application of Artificial Intelligence technology in a chatbot application which is intended as a learning infrastructure about national culture is felt to increase the enthusiasm of the young generation and make it easier for them to get information and learn various things about Indonesian culture. Learning about national culture through chatbot applications with AI technology will certainly be more attractive than the application of conventional learning methods, the aspect of flexibility in terms of learning activities will of course also increase along with the use of chatbot applications, because a chatbot can be used anytime and anywhere without requiring any special skills or requirements in its use.

Abstract

In today's all-digital era, science, technology and science have brought a lot of progress in various aspects of people's lives, one of which is in the electronic field, namely electronic voice commands. The electronic voice command system can be made as a smart home control system. This system allows a person to control sound wave devices, many electronics today use only sound to use them without anyone moving, turning on or off devices, such as lights. When the user will turn on the light using sound waves, the audio sensor sends an input signal to the microcontroller and processes the microcontroller output as a voltage to turn on the load and turn on the system. When the FC0 sound sensor receives an audio input (beep code) as a clap, a value of 1 is accumulated on the Arduino and a value greater than 00mm is used as a 5V output to be turned on according to the program loaded down. When the light is on or off, the FC0 sound sensor can only provide 1s and 0s digital output signals. Adjust the sensitivity of the acoustic sensor or the noise level of the room to light a specific set of lights.
