Abstract

The Curriculum Analysis of Islamic Education in Indonesia and Thailand (The Study of Curriculum 2013 and Curriculum 2008 in senior high school level). This study aims to determine the concept of PAI in Curriculum 2013 in Indonesia and Curriculum 2008 in Thailand at high school level (SMA).This research is a qualitative research by the use of literature study approach. The results of the study that: a) The policy of Curriculum 2013 in Indonesia and Curriculum 2008 in Thailand refers to the law of national education system in each country. b) Both curricula share the graduate competence standards (SKL) in common, being pious and skilful person in life, c) The content standard of both curricula refers to (SKL) in Indonesia, it is derived to be the core competence standard (KI) and basic competence (KD) while Curriculum 2008, it is derived to be learning standard (SP) and basic competence (KD), d) The Process Standard in Curriculum 2013 is implemented though a scientific approach which consists of observing, questioning, associating, experimenting, and networking. Meanwhile, Curriculum 2008 is implemented in a student centred approach with consists of an integrated approach, thinking, creating knowledge and social, problem solving, learning from experience, direct practice, research, independent learning, and moral action. e) Assessment standard In Curriculum 2013, used was an authentic assessment which consist of assessment test (paper and pencil test), performance, project, and portfolio for all grades in all educational system level. However, Curriculum 2008 assessed by using personal communication assessment, performance assessment, authentic assessment, and portfolio for all grades in every national education system level.

Abstract

Background of the study: The paradigm shift in the management of scientific journals from print to electronic also has an impact on accreditation policies that were initially oriented towards print scientific periodicals to the accreditation of electronic-based scientific journals.Purpose: This study aims to identify and explain the traditions and innovations in the management of accredited scientific education journals in PTKIN.Method: This research is a qualitative research with the type of field research with the orientation of empirical data collection in the field. The researcher directly reviews the documents related to management, and observes the physical / non-physical facilities used in the management of scientific journals.Findings: The results showed that of the 9 (Nine) accredited education journals of PTKIN before 2018, the most widely cited is Dinamika Ilmu Journal, amounting to 251 (two hundred fifty one) times. This has happened because Dinamika Ilmu Journal has entered the age of 18 (eighteen) years. While the Edukasia Journal is the least quoted, which is 5 (five) times. Even though the age of Edukasia Journal enters the 13th (thirteenth) year.Conclusion: From the 9 (nine) journals, only the Edukasia Journal still maintains to use the Indonesian full text even though it has been nationally accredited. While Edusains Journal, JPI Journal, Tarbiya Journal, and the Dinamika Ilmu Journal use English full text. This was done in order to support the vision of going international for his journals.

Abstract

The research method used is quasi-experimental with one group pretest-posttest research design. The withdrawal of the sample size in this study consisted of 29 experimental class students and 28 control class students. Indicators of problem-solving abilities were understanding the problem, planning the problem solving, solving the problem, and interpreting the solution obtained by concluding the outcome of the problem-solving. Based on the results of the posttest, the mathematical problem-solving ability of students taught with the AIR Model is higher than those not taught using the AIR model. This can be seen from the average posttest score of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities taught by the AIR model is 80.62 and the average value of the posttest's mathematical problem-solving abilities of students who are not taught with the AIR model is 73.00. From the t-test results, 0.005 was obtained at a significance level of 0.05 (0.005 ≤ 0.05). It can be concluded that the use of the Auidotory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) model influences the mathematical problem-solving ability of elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Pembangunan Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dan desain penelitiannya adalah Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Sampel dipilih secara teknik cluster random sampling dimana sampel dipilih secara acak sehingga diperoleh kelas II E sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas II F sebagai kelas kontrol. Pemahaman konsep mengacu kepada indikator pemahaman oleh Russefendi yaitu: translasi, interpretasi, dan ekstrapolasi. Instrumen tes berupa uraian berjumlah 6 soal dan instrumen nontes berupa lembar wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh nilai 0,003 yang bernilai 0,05 dan hasil perhitungan besaran pengaruh dengan nilai 0,42 kategori rendah. Jadi disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran TGT terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Abstract This study is aimed to analyze students’ conceptual understanding and their self-regulated learning in mathematics between students who are treated using the e-learning model web enhanced course and those who are taught with the power point and to find out the appropriate e-learning design in learning math for elementary school. This study was conducted through quasi-experiment with a pre test-post test control group design. The population of this study is all of the 5thgrade students of private Islamic Elementary School (MI) in Jakarta, while the sample is taken from two classes of the population. The instruments used in this study are the essay, questionnaire, and observation sheet. The results showed that 1) students’ conceptual understanding of mathematics using e-learning model web enhanced course is better than students who get the learning using power point, 2) students’ self-regulated learning treated using e-learning model web enhanced course is better than students’ who get the learning using power point, 3) e-learning design that fits in the learning of mathematics in primary schools is e-learning design, incorporating text, images, and animations as well as providing convenience for group discussion. Based on these results it can be concluded that the e-learning web-enhanced model affects the conceptual understanding of mathematics and self-regulated learning of elementary school students.   Abstrak Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pemahaman konseptual siswa dan pembelajaran mandiri dalam matematika antara siswa yang diperlakukan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis internet dan siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan power point dan untuk menemukan bentuk pembelajaran berbasis internet yang tepat dalam pembelajaran matematika untuk sekolah dasar. Studi ini diadakan melalui quasi-experiment dengan bentuk pre test dan post test. Populasi studi ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 5 MI di Jakarta, sedangkan sampel diambil dari dua kelas dari keseluruhan populasi. Instrument yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah essay, questionnaire, dan lembar observasi. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) pemahaman konseptual siswa dalam matematika dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis internet lebih baik dari pada siswa yang belajar menggunakan power point, 2) pembelajaran mandiri siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis internet lebih baik dari pada siswa yang belajar menggunakan power point, 3) bentuk pembelajaran berbasis internet yang cocok dalam belajar matematika untuk sekolah dasar adalah bentuk pembelajaran berbasis internet, memasukan teks, gambar, dan animasi senyaman mungkin untuk diskusi kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis internet mempengaruhi pemahaman konseptual pelajaran matematika dan pembelajaran mandiri siswa sekolah dasar.   How to Cite : Arifin, F. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika dan kemandirian belajar matematika siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran e-learning model web centric course dengan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran menggunakan media power point dan untuk mengetahui desain e-learning yang cocok dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V MI swasta yang ada di Jakarta, sedangkan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dua kelas dari keseluruhan populasi yang dipilih. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa soal uraian, kuesioner, dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran e-learning model web centric course lebih baik dari pada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media power point, 2) kemandirian belajar siswa yang memperoleh e-learning model web centric course lebih baik dari pada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media power point, 3) desain e-learning yang cocok dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar adalah suatu desain e-learning yang dilengkapi teks, gambar dan animasi serta menyediakan kemudahan untuk diskusi kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran e-learning model web centric course berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep dan kemandirian belajar matematika siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of google classroom media on students’ learning outcomes at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Department of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The research adopts qualitative method, which examines students’ learning outcomes using google classroom media, where researchers apply the media during learning instruction. Data collection techniques used were students’ learning outcomes, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using interactive models and testing the validity of data using tests of credibility (internal validity), transferability (external validity), dependability (reliability), and cconformability (objectivity). The results showed that the use of google classroom media was effective in improving the students’ learning outcomes of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Department of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Therefore, the use of google classroom media can be used as an alternative media in the learning process.Keywords: google classroom media, e-learning, learning outcomes.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efektivitas penggunaan media google clasroom terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kaulitatif, yakni menelaah hasil belajar mahasiswa yang menggunakan media google classroom, di mana peneliti menerapkan media tersebut pada saat pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah hasil belajar mahasiswa, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dan pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan uji credibility (validitas internal), transferability (validitas eksternal), dependability (reliabilitas), dan Confirmability (objektivitas). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media google classroom efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan media google classroom dapat dijadikan sebagai media alternative dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci: media google classroom, e-learning, hasil belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi pengurangan dengan menggunakan alat peraga Pohon Pengurangan (POHRANG). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada kelas I SDN Sudimara 7 Ciledug. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus. Dimana setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 kali tahapan, yakni: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi (evaluasi). Pengumpulan data pemahaman konsep pengurangan atau instrumen yang dipakai pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan non tes. Tes berupa pengerjaan soal pada setiap siklus, sedangkan non tes berupa observasi dan pengamatan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman konsep pengurangan siswa dengan alat peraga Pohon Pengurangan (POHRANG). Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan hasil nilai rata-rata kelas 81,4 pada siklus I dan 89,7 pada siklus II atau ada peningkatan 8,3 dari rata-rata nilai awal. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bawa pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan alat peraga Pohon Pengurangan (POHRANG) dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pengurangan siswa. Kata Kunci:  media pembelajaran; pohon pengurangan (pohrang); pemahaman konsep.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the overall mathematics learning in several scientific journals at the basic education level "at the basic education level. The method used is meta-analysis, namely a descriptive narrative review or systematic review by analyzing the results. The results of research that have been published nationally relating to the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on elementary school students' mathematics learning The sample in this study is a random sampling technique with a total of thirteen journal articles that have been published nationally in Indonesia with a span of years. 2014-2020 at the basic education level which discusses the writing of experiments on the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in elementary school students' Mathematics learning. The instrument used is a coding data sheet that summarizes the data. and journal information. Based on the analysis of the overall effect value, the average value of the influence is 0.416, which means that it is in the large effect category. The findings of the analysis also show that the problem-based learning model has an influence on Mathematics learning in basic education. This shows the conclusion that the-pl problem based learning model is more effective in learning mathematics compared to the conventional learning model in this study
