Abstract

Narsisme merupakan perilaku yang sering didengar pada kehidupan terkini. Mayoritas orang mengartikan narsisme sebagai perilaku yang berdampak negatif. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh narsisme terhadap outcome dan peranan religiusitas sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Hasil yang didapat bahwa narsisme justru memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap outcome serta religiusitas memberikan efek moderasi terhadap kedua variabel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product quality and price have a significant impact on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. This research was conducted by observing and surveying consumers of cosmetic products in the Natar District. The population and samples were taken from cosmetic product consumers in the Natar District. Instrument of data collection using a questionnaire with a sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analysis technique, namely path analysis using SMART PLS, is carried out to show whether product quality and price have an impact on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. The results showed that product quality had a significant impact on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products.Keywords: Quality, Price, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, promotion, and brand trust on purchasing decisions on Scarlett Whitening products. This study used 50 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significant level (?) of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that product brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, with a positive value of 0.228 and a significant value of 0.030 less than 0.05. Promotion variable has a negative and insignificant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, with a negative value of -0.148 and an insignificant 0.276 more than 0.05. And the variable brand trust has a positive effect of 0.797 and a significant 0.000 affects purchasing decisions.Keywords : Brand Image, Promotin, Brand Trust, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh dan nilai hubungan kualitas pelayanan, cita rasa dan varian menu terhadap minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian menggunakan 50 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Ayam geprek Abu Ahda. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan metode Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayananan,cita rasa dan varian menu ketiganya berpangaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanngan sendiri berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap minat beli ulang. Dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh tidak langsung yang terbentuk bersipat memperlemah.teknik pengambilan data yaitu data primer atau data yang diambil langsung dari responden melalui kuesioner, dalam penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas pelayanan,cita rasa dan varian menu perpengaruh positif dan signifian terhadap minat beli konsumen.Kata Kunci : Kualitas pelayanan, cita rasa, varian menu, minat beli konsumen

Abstract

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh discount terhadap minat beli di toko Aldilla. Sempel dari penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang sudah pernah membeli di toko Aldilla dengan jumlah 60 responden. Uji validitas menggunakan nilai Outer Loading dan uji reabilitas menggunakan nilai Composite Reability dan Average Variance Extraced (AVE) lalu ada uji hipotesis berbasis aplikasi PLS. Dari ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan semuanya terdukung. Kelemahan dari penilitian ini adalah kurangnya jumlah responden yang masih terbilang sedikit.

Abstract

Sambel Alu kini telah menjadi bisnis yang diminati oleh masyarakat Bandar lampung. Rumah Makan Sambel Alu menghadapi persaingan yang ketat dari pesaing kuliner lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal Rumah Makan Sambel Alu dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Strategi yang didapatkan yaitu mempertahankan citra rumah makan, menjaga kualitas pelayanan konsumen, melakukan inovasi produk, menambah kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, memperluas pengetahuan masyarakat, menggunakan teknologi terkini untuk pemasaran, meningkatkan keefektifan promosi, dan melakukan inovasi pemasaran pada rumah makan. Kata kunci : Analisis SWOT, Pemasaran Sambel Alu has now become a business that is in demand by the Bandar Lampung community. This business grows rapidly. Sambel Alu Restaurant faces tight competition from competitors and other culinary. This research aims to analyze the internal and external environment of Sambal Alu Restaurant by using SWOT analysis. The strategies obtained are maintaining the image of the restaurant, maintaining the quality of consumer services, innovating products, increasing cooperation with various parties, expanding public knowledge, using the latest technology for marketing, increasing the effectiveness of promotions, and innovating marketing at home. Abstract

The research objective is to determine the application of store atmosphere diwarunk upnormal, to see consumer loyalty in normal warunk and for purchasing decisions as a mediation in normal warunk Lampung. This research activity was carried out at the upnormal warunk in the city of Bandar Lampung. The research method used in this journal is a questionnaire method. The sample of this research may be 93 respondents. Statistical tests were performed using Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). All proposed hypotheses are supported and significant. The conclusion of this study is the effect of Store Atmosphere on loyalty has a significant and positive effect on purchase decisions as a mediating variable in the upnormal warunk Lampung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Marketing Strategy, Empowerment and Training on the productivity of the marketing filter cloth craftsmen. The number of respondents studied was 78 people, using saturated samples. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings in this study are Marketing Strategy, Empowerment and Training have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Empowerment, Training, and productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to test the Reference, Social Media and Work Of Mouth groups on purchasing decisions in the millennial generation. The method used in this research is a questionnaire. The sample of this researchis 100 respondents. The static test was performed using the PLS-based Sturcturel Equation Modeling. The validation test uses the loading factor value. while the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Of the three hypotheses put forward for the first and second hypotheses are accepted while the third hypothesis is rejected. The conclusion of this study is that the reference group and social media are accepted, while the Work of mount is rejected

Abstract

Aim of this research is to know the application of sharia system in Indonesian Sharia Bank, to know public interest in Indonesian Sharia Bank and non-muslim communities in transactions at Indonesian Sharia Bank. The research activity wa carried out at the Indonesian Sharia Bank in the city of Tangerang. The research method used in journal is a questionnaire method. Samples from this study amounted to 40 respondents. Test were statistical performed using Cronbac’h alpha, construck reliability and Average Variance Extrated (AVE). All proposed hypotheses are supported and significant. The conclusion of this study is that the effect of the sharia system on the interests of non-muslim communities has a significant and positive effect on transaction at Indonesian Sharia Bank.
