Abstract

Sulit untuk menyangkali bahwa proses pendaftaran tanah melalui program sistem pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap menjadi alat yang “mematikan” eksistensi masyarakat adat terhadap hak kepemilikan bersama atas wilayah adat, tanah ulayat atau hak sejenisnya. Kekeliruan monologi dalam memaknai pendaftaran hak atas tanah terbatas hanya pada penerbitan sertifikat perorangan menjadi menjadi persoalan fundamental dalam sistem administrasi pendaftaran hak atas tanah. Padahal UUPA secara tegas menyatakan bahwa sumber hukum tanah nasional adalah hukum adat. Dalam ketentuan Pasal 56 UUPA dijelaskan pula bahwa selama Undang-undang tentang hak milik belum terbentuk, maka yang berlaku adalah ketentuan-ketentuan hukum adat, sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan kepentingan nasional dan negara, berdasarkan atas persatuan bangsa serta tidak bertentangan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Dengan demikian, maka penghormatan terhadap hak masyarakat adat atas wilayah adatnya atau hak yang serupa dengan itu, seharusnya diakomodir dalam administrasi pendaftaran tanah sebagai jalan keluar penyelesaian konflik pertanahan milik masyarakat adat.

Abstract

Distillation column is a column that is widely used in both large industry and small and medium industries. Use of distalasi column on small and medium industries such as the distillation of essential oils. In the subsequent use of the distillation column used for purification or further process to obtain a higher quality product in the form of multstage distillation. In the process of multistages distillation,  temperature is an important component in the process, because of that controls the temperature has an important role. Temperature controllers available today are manual, which causes frequent inaccuracy of the distillation process, resulting in low product quality. Therefore automatic temperature control is required.In this thesis, instrumentation system of fractionation distillation process based of temperature control are designed. The design process notice the six important  point temperature in the distillation process, using a thermocouple as a temperature sensor, and LM35 as the cold junction temperature,  the 6218 USB as Data Acquisition Board, and the software LABVIEW 2010.The instrumentation system programming, displays the temperature from time to time at intervals of one second, the temperature statistics (min, max and average) as well as measurement results table. The program also features a choice (shaped slider) to  set the temperature for a flexible batch process. The response characteristics of the instrumentation system is less than one second, both in displaying measured data, response indicator, display graphs, and data tables. The instrumentation system is also designed to regulate the flow rate of the cooling water and container replacement indicator for each product distillation.

Abstract

Banyaknya limbah biomassa tongkol jagung yang tidak termanfaatkan sehingga perlu dilakukan sebuah penelitian untuk pemanfaatan limbah tersebut menjadi bahan bakar alternatif briket. Biomassa tongkol jagung zero sulfur dapat digunakan untuk bahan campuran batubara higt sulfur untuk menurunkan kadar sulfur pada briket. Metodologi yang dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yakni proses pirolisis bahan batubara dan biomassa. Setelah itu proses penggilingan dan pengayakan arang dengan ukuran partikel +50 -120 mesh. Selanjutnya dilakukan pencetakan briket dan yang terakhir tahap pengujian (Uji Proximate, Uji Ultimate, Kecepatan pembakaran). Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh briket terbaik berdasarkan uji proximate dengan nilai kalor tertinggi pada briket tongkol jagung dengan nilai kalor 6771 kal/gr. Sedangkan perbandingan massa batubara-biomassa yang memenuhi Standar SNI briket yaitu perbandingan 25:75. Berdasarkan uji laju pembakaran briket diketahui jika biomassa mempercepat proses pembakaran.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic condition has made lecture activities shift to online lectures. For theoretical lectures, it is relatively easy to do, but for practical activities, facilities are needed in the form of a plant simulator. In this research, create a web-based plant simulator using PLC Logo! Siemens. The initial stage of this process is to create a simulator using the PLC Logo! locally. This simulator draws the relationship of a number of digital inputs and digital outputs, programmed using the logo software! soft. Furthermore, a web base simulator is developed using a web editor, so that the simulator can be accessed through web access by students. The tests carried out include functional testing locally and online device access testing by students. The test results show that the web base simulator plan can be used as an online practicum tool in a limited environmentKeywords: Web server, simulator, PLC
