Abstract

Rajab Bahry dan Armia FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala ABSTRAK Penelitian ”Upaya Menemukan Buku Pelajaran Yang Berkualitas Melalui Studi Keterbacaan” ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterbacaan buku-buku pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang dipakai siswa SMP di Kota Banda Aceh, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Penelitian ini dilakukan terutama untuk mengetahui apakah buku-buku yang digunakan di sekolah sekarang ini layak digunakan sesuai dengan konsep keterbacaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tes klose dan IRI sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 judul buku yang dikaji taraf keterbacaannya didapati bahwa 20 (67%) buku berada pada level intruksional, yaitu buku yang cocok digunakan untuk siswa SMP di Kota Banda Aceh. Sementara itu, 7 (23%) buku berada pada level mandiri (independen level) dan 3 (10%) buku berada pada level frustrasi (frustration level).   Kata Kunci: keterbacaan, buku pelajaran     DAFTAR PUSTAKA Bear, Roger. 1987. Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran kata penyapa hubungan kekerabatan yang terdapat dalam bahasa Aceh. Banyak keluarga di Aceh saat ini tidak lagi  menggunakan kata sapaan bahasa Aceh, khususnya kata penyapa dalam hubungan kekeluargaan, terutama, kaum muda. Penelitian ini mengggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan dekskripsi-analitis. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik pengamatan, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan membaca dan mendengarkan isi data, mengidentifikasi isi data, mengklasifikasi isi data, menginterpretasi isi data, menganalisis isi data, dan menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa hal, yaitu (1) dalam pemakaiannya, kata sapaan kekerabatan dalam bahasa Aceh memiliki banyak variasi; (2) variasi kata sapaan kekerabatan dalam bahasa Aceh disebabkan oleh jenis kelamin lawan bicara, usia lawan bicara, status sosial lawan bicara, garis keturunan, garis perkawinan, dan perbedaan daerah; (4) terdapat beberapa kata sapaan yang bentuknya sama, tapi pemakaiannya berbeda. Hal ini disebabkan oleh daerah penggunaan atau strata sosial pengguna kata sapaan. Hasil penelitian dapat memberikan sumbangsih yang besar terhadap kelestarian bahasa Aceh bidang kata penyapa hubungan kekerabatan. sehingga kelak akan menjadi acuan bagi para peneliti yang akan melihat kondisi sosiolinguitik bahasa Aceh.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Language Politeness in the Text of the Speech of the Governor of Aceh and Acting of the Governor of Aceh in 2018-2019". The formulation of the problem is (a) what is the politeness of the language in the speech text of the Governor of Aceh and plt. Governor of Aceh in 2018-2019, (b) what maxims appear in the speech text of the Governor of Aceh and plt. The Governor of Aceh in 2018-2019, and (c) what kind of maxims were used most dominantly by the Governor of Aceh and plt. Governor of Aceh. The purpose of this research is to describe (a) the politeness of language in the speech text of the Governor of Aceh and plt. Governor of Aceh, (b) what maxims appear in the text of the speech of the Governor of Aceh and plt. The Governor of Aceh, and (c) what maxims appear most in the text of the speeches of the Governor of Aceh and plt. Governor of Aceh. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data of this study were sourced from utterances contained in the speech text of the Governor of Aceh and plt. Governor of Aceh 2018-2019. The data collection technique was carried out using document review techniques. The data were analyzed through four stages, namely; (a) identification, (b) classification, (c) analysis, and (d) description. The result of this study can be stated as follows. First, the language contained in the text of the speech of the Governor of Aceh and plt. The governor of Aceh is a polite language. Second, the maxims contained in the text of the Governor of Aceh and plt. The Governor of Aceh, namely the maxim of wisdom, the maxim of generosity, the maxim of humility, the maxim of approval, the maxim of acceptance, and the maxim of sympathy. Third, the maxim of wisdom is the maxim that appears most frequently in the speech texts of the Governor of Aceh and plt. Governor of Aceh.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Ability of Indonesian Language Education Students FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala to Understand Vocabulary and Terms Related to the Corona Virus Outbreak in 2019". The purpose of this study was to find out how the level of ability of Indonesian Language Education students at FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala to understand vocabulary and terms related to the outbreak of the Coronavirus in 2019. The research approach used in this study was a descriptive quantitative approach.  The population in this study were students of Indonesian Language Education FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala class 2016 to 2020 with a total of 418 students, and the sample in this study amounted to 41 students taken 10% of the total population.  The data collection technique in this study is a test technique. The results showed that the students' ability of Indonesian Language Education FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala to understand vocabulary and terms related to the outbreak of the Coronavirus in 2019 scored 65. The highest score achieved by students was 92,4 and the lowest score achieved by students was 23,1. Then the results of the percentage of students who were in the very good category were 1 person or about 2,43%, then students who were included in the good category amounted to 16 people or around 39,02%, then 18 people who were in the moderate category or around 43, 90%, for students who were in the poor category were 3 people or about 7,31%, and students who were included in the very poor category were 3 people or about 7,31%. Based on the results of the research, the ability of Indonesian Language Education students at FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala to understand vocabulary and terms related to the outbreak of the Coronavirus in 2019 is included in the sufficient category with an average score of 65 which is in the 56-70 value range.
