Abstract

Abstract The research was motivated by the low student learning outcomes. This is evident from the second semester exams MID economic subjects class X SMA ADABIAH Padang school year 2012/2013. This study aims to look at differences in student learning outcomes using learning model hooray Review Course with conventional learning in class X SMA ADABIAH Padang. This type of research is the study of the subject with a random experiment. The population in this study were all students of class X SMA ADABIAH Padang enrolled in the school year 2012/2013 which consists of 9 classes. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique and was chosen as the experimental class is the class X2 and X3 Control class. Instrument used is the final test form a valid objective and reliable = 0.76 at 95% confidence interval. Classroom learning with the experimental results on average 74.5 higher than the control class with an average 64.6. Based on the data analysis it could be concluded that There is a difference Student Results Using cooperative learning model hooray Review Course With Conventional Learning Lesson In Economics Class X High School ADABIAH Padang. Keywords: Learning Course Review Horay and learning outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis study aims to analyze economic differences in learning outcomes of students who use the jigsaw method of cooperative learning with conventional learning method on economic subjects class X SMA Negeri 6 Padang. This research is a research experiment. The study population was all students in the class X SMA Negeri 6 Padang listed on the Academic Year 2013/2014 a number of 291 students. The second sample was selected using purposive sampling techniques that can number in the sample of 32 students in the experimental class and 32 students in the control class. Types of data from this study are primary and secondary data. Techniques of data analysis is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis , the main data of this penlitian obtained from test results to learn both classes are conducted through a sample Z test using the test for normality and homongenitas grade sample variance with SPSS version 15. Based on the analysis of the data found that the two classes are normally distributed and homogeneous samples .Hypothesis test results obtained Zhitung was 3,508 while 1,960 Ztabel is that it looks bigger than Ztabel Zhitung, means tested hypothesis (Ha ) is accepted at the 5 % significance level alfha so his decision is H0 is rejected and Ha accepted so it can be concluded that there is a difference economic learning outcomes of students using cooperative learning jigsaw with the conventional method in class X SMA Negeri 6 Padang. From the results of this study are expected to teachers to implement jigsaw method of cooperative learning for material that is the theory . This jigsaw cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes so that problems that occur in the learning process can be overcome  Keywords: Learning Outcomes, jigsaw cooperative learning methods, conventional methods

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze : 1 ) the influence of student interest on learning outcomes of students in class XI in the subjects of Economics in SMAN 15 Padang, 2 ) students perceptions about classroom management by teachers on student learning outcomes in class XI in the subjects of Economics in SMA 15 Padang 3 ) the influence of student interest and student perceptions of classroom management by the teacher to the student learning outcomes in class XI in the subjects of Economics at SMA Negeri 15 Padang.When the study was conducted in January 2014. Research used in this study is a descriptive study associative. The study population was all students of class X SMA Negeri 15 Padang numbered 142 people. Sampling technique with proportional random sampling with a sample size of 104 people. Data analysis techniques : descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, namely normality test, heteroscedasticit, multikoleniaritas test, autocorrelation test and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that : there is a significant and positive influence students interest on learning outcomes of students in class XI in the subjects of Economics (sig = 0.000) with the degree of influence (0.170), there is a significant and positive impact on students perceptions of classroom management by the teacher to class XI student learning outcomes in the subjects of Economics (sig = 0.001) with the degree of influence (0.068), which means that there are significant and positive influence student interest and students perceptions about classroom management by teachers together on learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS in the subjects of Economics in SMAN 15 Champaign school year 2013/2014 (sig = 0.000) with a contribution rate of 60.8%.Based on the research results, it is expected that students and teachers can interact in a balanced way so as not to stiff and tense during the learning process is expected to take place as well as teachers can manage the class well and always pay attention to the teacher, keep the attitude at the time of the learning process takes place so as to create the circumstances conducive to the learning process can proceed smoothly and peacefully, and students are expected to not give up and do not easily get bored to learn the teachers economy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low economic learning outcomes of students of class X SMA N 11 Champaign Academic Year 2013/2014. This is caused by the lack of activity of students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the differences in economic activity and the learning outcomes of students with implementation strategies accompanied Speed Test Brain Storming with conventional learning in class X SMAN 11 Padang .This research is an experimental study. The study population is a student of class X SMA N 11 Champaign school year 2013/2014. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique, was chosen as the experimental class X8 class and class X2 as the control class. The instrument used is the observation sheet student activity and achievement test. Data analysis techniques to test the hypothesis is to test Z.Based on the analysis of data obtained an average value of 83.87 experimental class and control class average of 75.88. The results of data analysis known Z count value is greater than 3.038 price 1.960 Z table which means the hypothesis is accepted at significance level α=0.05. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students with the application of economic strategy with Speed Test Brain Storming better than economics student learning outcomes in the conventional learning process in class X SMA N 11 Padang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article discusses the strategy for implementation of school based on entrepreneurship in enhancing student autonomy and creativity through school cooperation. The implementation of vocational school based on entrepreneurship requires some strategies. Firstly, we can do it with educational program and practice executed by vocational school and by the activity of school cooperation. Its final purpose is to make vocational school grade have the soul of entreprenueurship and also improve student autonomy and creativity so that they can learn how to compete in creating work field. Abstract

Problem solving ability is a skill that each student must have in mathematics learning. But the fact is, there were many students who are constrained when faced to solving mathematic problem. This situation happens due to the student’s habit to imitate the teacher’s answer that is given during the learning. When the student is given a different kind of problem, they were confused and not able to finish it. This papers discuss the results of problem-based learning to the problem-solving ability for the junior high school student. The study begins by designing problem-based learning devices, followed by applying of the device in learning process, then examined the impact on the problem solving ability of the junior high school student. The results showed that problem-based learning have a positive impact on the problem solving ability of junior high school student.

Abstract

 This study purposing to determine the process of maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure in Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 3 Padang.This research is categorized as qualitative descriptive with data sources coming from interviews, direct observation to the object of research and documentation. The validity of the data was tested using Source Triangulation. The results showed that overall maintenance activities had not been carried out optimally. This is caused by: 1) difficulty in disbursing funds used for maintenance activities, 2) inadequate library space, 3) lack of bookshelves in the library room, 4) the school does not use control cards as proof of liability answer. Maintenance activities are carried out by means of periodic, continuous and preventive maintenance. Meanwhile, the solutive action taken is to repair itself if there are damaged facilities or infrastructures, striving to create and increase the number of bookshelves in the library room. By carrying out optimal maintenance activities, it can extend the economic value and maximize the utilization of the facilities and infrastructure in the school. Keywords: Analysis, Maintenance, Facilities and Infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze: (1) The effect of student's perceptions on lecture infrastructure in student's satisfaction on the students of Department of Economics Education UNP, (2) The effect of student's perceptions on academic administration services in student's satisfaction on the students of Department of Economics Education UNP, (3) the effect of students' perceptions on lecture infrastructure and academic administration services simultaneously on student satisfaction. The type of this study is quantitative descriptive. The study population was economic education students from the class of 2014-2016, the population amounted to 273 people with a sample of 163 people taken using the proportionate random sampling method with a cluster sampling technique. Data was analyzed by analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that (1) there is a positive significant effect between the perceptions of students about lecture infrastructure facilities on student satisfaction, it can be seen from sig 0,001 < 0,05, (2) there is a positive significant effect between students' perceptions of academic administration services towards student satisfaction, as seen from sig 0,028 < 0,05, (3) there is a positive significant influence between the perceptions of students about lecture infrastructure and academic administration services simultaneously on student satisfaction, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

Sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang diharapkan mampu mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia (SDM), yang dapat langsung terserap oleh dunia kerja. Situasi saat ini mengharuskan calon tenaga kerja mampu bersaing agar memperoleh kesempatan kerja. Untuk memenuhi harapan tersebut hendaknya siswa SMK memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, logis, reflektif, metakognitif, dan berpikir kreatif yang disebut kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS). Kemampuan-kemampuan tersebut dibutuhkan dalam pemecahan masalah di dunia kerja. Melalui makalah ini akan dibahas tentang bagaimana mengembangkan HOTS pada siswa SMK melalui pembelajaran matematika. Pembahasan diawali dengan analisis permasalahan yang terjadi terkait pembelajaran di SMK secara umum, pembelajaran matematika SMK, analisis teori dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengkajian ini adalah metode survey, study literature dan metode  deskriptif.

Abstract

Cottage based madrasas are madrassas that integrate Islamic boarding schools into madrasah subjects and management. The purpose of this study was to analyze curriculum management, management of teaching staff and education and management of students in the Aliyah Darul Amien Taluk Labak Madrasah and the One Roof Madrasah Alyah Al Azhar Kandangan District of HSS. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with study interviews, observations and documents. Data sources: Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah in the Curriculum Sector, Deputy Head of Madrasah for Student Affairs and Administration. Checking the validity of the data is done by source trigulation and trigulation methods. Based on research findings, the two madrassas have carried out curriculum management. The curriculum used is the Ministry of Education / Ministry of Religion curriculum that is collaborated with the cottage curriculum. There are few obstacles in the implementation of the curriculum, there are still teachers who do not yet understand about K13. The implementation of curriculum evaluation at Darul Aliyah Madrasa Amien Taluk Labak further showed the peculiarities of a cottage-based madrasa. In the reception of Darul Amira Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah employees prioritizing alumni with the reason that it is easier to be fostered, so that sometimes it is not in accordance with the required competencies, while Al Azhar Kandangan One-Roof Madrasah Aliyah sometimes has difficulty getting employees in accordance with the required competencies. Guidance and development as well as compensation for employees in Darul Amien Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah is good enough, while in Al Azhar Kandangan One-Stop Islamic Madrasah, employee development and development is almost never done and compensation given is still somewhat less suitable for work, for example: no there is overtime pay for overtime employees. The management of students in Darul Amien Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah has been very good and really shows the peculiarities of a cottage-based madrasa, while Al Azhar Kandangan One-Roof Islamic Madrasahs still lack the typical cottage-based madrasa. Suggestion: 1. Both madrassas can increase collaboration with Trustees supervisors and outsiders, to increase the competence of teachers about K13. 2. Both madrassas can open as much employee acceptance as possible to obtain competent personnel as needed. 3. One-Roof Aliyah Madrasah Al Azhar Kandangan Al-Azhar Kandangan One-Stop Islamic Madrasah can improve employee coaching, development and assessment more intensively to improve employee competency and pay more attention to compensation to encourage employees to work optimally.
