Abstract

Population and economic growth in Bandar Lampung has been increasing the demand of restaurants. Consequently, competition among restaurants in Bandar Lampung has been increasing in order to get their customers. The main goal of this research is to find out the difference between the customers’ expectation and the restaurant’s performance. Data were obtained form questioning respondents from two restaurants in the business area of Way Halim Permai, Bandar Lampung. Data were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). It is revealed that both Restaurant A and Restaurant B were under performed in two atributes, i.e. restaurant comfort and hospitality. Spesifically, Restaurant A was under performed in the taste of its food and Restaurant B was under performed in cleanness and tidiness; restroom availability; and wastafel/washing stand availability.   Keywords: atributes, importance, performance, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), restaurant’s

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran perbedaan peningkatan penguasaan konsep siswa yang proses pembelajarannya menggunakan pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis real experiment dibandingkan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis virtual experiment. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment, dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest.  Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas X pada salah satu SMA negeri di kabupaten Magelang. Sampel sebanyak dua kelas, dipilih secara purposive sampling. Satu kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen yang proses pembelajaran menggunakan pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis virtual eksperimen, dan satu kelas sebagai kelas kontrol yang proses pembelajarannya menggunakan pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis real eksperimen. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes esaay untuk mengukur penguasaan konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan penguasaan konsep siswa baik yang menerapkan pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis real experiment maupun virtual experiment. Keduanya memiliki kategori peningkatan sedang.

Abstract

This paper examines the phenomenon of knowledge management in public sector. Public sector knowledge management is an important area of ​​research because it has benefits not only for the organization itself but also for the public interest. Public sector knowledge management in Indonesia is part of bureaucratic reform since 2010. However, based on the Knowledge Global Index, Indonesia's ranking is still below the world average. This review is based on a systematic literature review using the Scopus database. A collection of 44 journal sources is analyzed providing a comprehensive overview of public sector knowledge management over the past 10 years from 2010 to February 2021. This paper describes descriptive analysis and content analysis. Descriptive analysis is described in the form of location, research background, methodology, characteristics sample and research thematic. The results of the study found that there were themes and areas that were over-analyzed, while others were under-investigated. In addition, future researchers should also take a deeper methodological approach to enrich the literature. The content analysis describes the urgency of knowledge management in the public sector in Indonesia and the strategies the Indonesian government needs in implementing public sector knowledge management.

Abstract

Produk intelektual kampus merupakan produk hasil penelitian yang dikaji dan dianalisis secara ilmiah untuk mendapatkan produk yang berkualitas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menghasilkan produk-produk makanan dan minuman yang halal dan thayyib sehingga dapat memberikan ketentraman bagi konsumen. Beberapa produk dari Kreasi Matepa disiapkan untuk mendapatkan sertifikat halal MUI, yaitu produk roti, kuesus, kue kering, aneka minuman rosella dan coklat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan dan penerapan system jaminan halal. Salah satu dari tim Kreasi Matepa mengikuti pelatihan eksternal, selanjutnya hasil pelatihan diimplementasikan pada kegiatan operasional café sesuai dengan persyaratan yang berlaku. Produk yang akan disertifikasi halal telah dikondisikan sesuai prosedur seperti pemilihan bahan baku dan cara produksi serta penerapan system mutu jaminan halal. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan ini, prosessertifikasi produk intelektual kampus telah didaftaran secara online melalui aplikasi CEROL-SS23000.
