Abstract

Meningkatnya pembangunan konstruksi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, tentunya diperlukan  tenaga konstruksi yang profesional. Tetapi pada kenyataan jumlah tenaga konstruksi khususnya tenaga konstruksi   yang bersertifikat, sekitar 11,75% dari jumlah tenaga konstruksi,yaitu  4311 orang memiliki sertifikat keterampilan dan 983 orang memiliki sertifikat keahlian. Fakta menunjukkan  bahwa masih banyaknya perusahaan penyedia jasa konstruksi jalan yang belum memiliki tenaga kerja bersertifikat keahlian maupun keterampilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, (a) untuk  mengetahui dan mempelajari bagaimana kondisi kapasitas dan kebutuhan tenaga konstruksi secara keseluruhan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah; (b)  untuk melakukan pemetaanketersediaan dan kebutuhan tenaga konstruksi di Provinsi Sulawesi tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, metode survey,  wawancara dan  dilengkapi juga dengan pengisian kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah semua perusahaan kontraktor, konsultan perencana dan konsultan pengawas yang bergerak di bidang pekerjaan  konstruksi jalan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, pengguna jasa, serta institusi penyedia tenaga kerja konstruksiSedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari data proyek jalan  yang ada di wilayah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Hasil penelitian menyatakan:  (1) masih belum adanya  kesesuaian antara  ketersediaan dan kebutuhan tenaga konstruksi  yang mendukung penyelenggaraan  pekerjaan  konstruksi  di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dan juga masih adanya sebagian tenaga ahli jalan yang kurang kompetensi serta profesional dalam pekerjaannya; (2) ketersediaan tenaga ahli konstruksi jalan menunjukkan hanya ada 24,6 % ( 318 orang)  dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan (1292 orang) yang ada di provinsi Sulawesi Tengah pada tahun 2012. Sedangkan dilihat dari kelulusan dijurusan  keteknikan rata-rata pertahun dapat mengeluarkan lulusan sekitar 25,3 %  (246 orang) dibandingkan dari  kebutuhan (974  orang), dengan asumsi semua lulusan bekerja sesuai bidangnya. Abstract

Palu Grand Mall construction project is a large-scale construction projects that use different types of materials with large amounts. Therefore, the planning and control of the appropriate material to be very important. The purpose of this study was to determine how the   process of planning and control of material and to determine the size of the procurement quantity of material from the two methods of inventory control consists of methods Lot For Lot and Economic Ordering Quantity method that provides the most optimal total costs in construction projects Palu Grand Mall. The method used in this thesis is descriptive photograph and methods Material Requirement Planning (MRP) consist of methods Lot For Lot (L4L) and the Economic Ordering Quantity (EOQ). The results revealed that, in the process of planning and controlling materials on construction projects Palu Grand Mall is the starting material requirements planning, material selection and proceed with the selection of suppliers of materials. Once that is done the booking and purchase of materials. Then the material receipt and storage of materials. The last process in the release of material to the construction site. Planning material procurement inventory control method provides a theoretical optimum total cost of inventory is a combined method of EOQ method and method L4L. The measure of the quantity of material procurement is a 5066 D19 iron rod, iron rods Ø10 number 58 591, iron rods D22 number 6638, beam 5/7 number 415 m3, and multiplex sheet 2903 with a total cost of inventories of Rp3.488.366, -.   Keywords: material, process planning and control, MRP

Abstract

In the process of building construction residual materials usually formed that can be disadvantageous for the work parties.There are several ways to reduce the occurrence of waste material. The purpose of this research is to know how to control the waste material in case study of library office, archive and documentation buildings of Sigi Regency. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to the job implementers as well as taking documentation in the field. Data processing were using likert scale method, descriptive analysis, photograph analysis and SPSS software to determine the reliability of a data and correlation using Spearman's Rho method. The results of  this research indicate the control of residual materials carried out by taking into account: (a) the security of material  storage, (b) the storage of materials according to  the type and nature of the material, (c) plotting and calculating material use, (d) the worker's occupational control, (e) the presence of an officer inspecting and recording the material accepted and material that have been used, (f) casting and plastering in accordance with predetermined requirements, (g) the officer recognizing the material type and knowing the material allocation issue, (h) Packaging and control on  transporting materials, (i) storage location can facilitate the distribution of materials to job sites.

Abstract

Electronic procurement is expected to be done in an efficient and effective, transparent, accountable and provide equal opportunities for all contractors to be the winning bidder. Descriptive analysis method used in this study, by using contractors who attended the auction on LPSE UNTAD as respondents.The results showed that various problems faced by portrait contractors, among others: the ability of the limited human resources, hardware and software readiness is low, poor data base systems, supporting data is incomplete.The resulting recommendations, among others, (1) an increase in capacity building to all relevant parties, (2) the availability of infrastructure to support electronic procurement system, and (3) allow all parties can access the documents to see the complete contractors that has been in an effort to load up the procurement process transparent and competitive so as to provide equal opportunities for contractors (4) continuously shaped discussion forum involving all stakeholders.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Construction projects themselves are one of the aspects affected by Covid-19. Therefore, a rule is required to be used as a protocol in the implementation of work in the field of construction which in this case is the Instruction of the Minister of PUPR No.2 of 2020. This study aims to find out the level of Implementation of Covid Protocol in Construction Service Providers that located in Palu city . Technical research uses questionnaires based on samples from several contractors who are running projects in Palu City. Questionnaires that have been distributed are then analyzed using percentage and RRI methods. The results showed that the level of implementation of the Covid-19 protocol on construction projects based on sub indicators with the application rate is "Highly Applied" and the highest RRI value is 0.870 to the lowest RRI value of 0.711. Some of these indicators are (1) Allocating costs for cleaning facilities (0.870), (2) Dividing work locations by type of work (0.863), (3) Preparing facilities and infrastructure for washing hands, keeping distance, and avoiding crowds for employees (0.859), ( 4) Provide hand washing facilities with soap, disinfectant, hand sanitizer, tissue, and masks in the office and project field. (0.859), (5) Forbidding someone who is sick with an indication of a temperature > 38 degrees Celsius to go to the project site (0.856), (6) Establishing a Covid Prevention Task Force (0.856), (7) Reporting to PPK if positive workers are found and/Patients Under Supervision (PDP), and provide advice to temporarily suspend project activities (0.852), (8) Conduct socialization and education on the Covid protocol (0.844), (9) Conduct socialization related to the Covid 19 prevention protocol in construction projects (0.833) , and (10) Implementing regulations related to Covid prevention protocols on construction projects (0.833)

Abstract

In general, there are two types of payment systems for work wages in construction work, the first is the daily wage system based on the number of working days / hours, and the second is the wholesale system based on the volume or type of work. Some information that is often heard in the construction project environment is about problems that arise as a result of the wage system for construction workers. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence the construction workers in choosing a work wage payment system. Non-parametric approachment is used in the form of descriptive analysis consisting of data reduction carried out by reading interview transcripts, questionnaires responses, and making notes according to the data. Then a summary of the data is made which provides an overview in the form of narrative text and tables. The results showed that the most workers that used the payment of work wages based on the volume of work of 58.84% and those who used working hours or of daily wages were 41.16%. Factors that influence the two payment systems are: First, based on Work Volume, are (1) Additional working hours, (2) Special jobs (Specialists, (3) Remote work locations, (4) High worker productivity, (5) Employee Competence Fulfilled, (6) Experienced more than 2 years, (7) Low risk of material damage. Second, the payment system based on Working Hours are (1) Work experience less than 2 years, (2) Weather conditions, extreme (3) Availability of materials, (4) High wages for workers, (5) Working hours less than 7 hours per day , (6) Difficult mastery of tools, (7) Low labor productivity.

Abstract

Pentingnya pengetahuan dan kompetensi kerja dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan gedung dalam rangka mencapai kualitas sasaran kerja yang telah ditetapkan maka perlu dilakukan uji penerapan standar bagi tenaga kerja yang memiliki peranan penting dalam pembangunan proyek gedung salah satunya yaitu tukang besi beton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kompetensi kerja tukang besi beton studi kasus proyek gedung yang ada di Kota Palu dan sekitarnya berdasarkan RSKKNI tukang besi beton tahun 2009. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, pengumpulan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap tukang besi beton yang pernah dan sedang menangani proyek gedung. Data diolah dengan metode statistik menggunakan Rank Relative Index (RRI). Hasil penelitian 27 responden pada 6 proyek gedung yang ada di Kota Palu dan sekitarnya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kompetensi kerja tukang besi beton yang diterapkan oleh tukang besi yaitu perakitan tulangan besi beton sesuai gambar kerja, membaca dan mempelajari gambar dengan teliti, tulangan dipotong panjangnya sesuai dengan gambar dan kebutuhan tulangan, tulangan besi beton disiapkan sesuai dengan gambar kerja. Sedangkan standar kompetensi kerja tukang besi beton yang kurang diterapkan oleh tukang besi beton yaitu penggunaan APD(Alat Pelindung Diri) dan APK(Alat Pengaman Kerja). Abstract

Abstract Penelitian tentang kinerja pekerja di lokasi proyek pada pekerjaan pasangan dinding bata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas pekerja konstruksi pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung Serbaguna di LingkunganUniversitas Tadulako. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Five Minutes Rating dan Photograph . Kemudian data pengamatan efektivitas akan dibandingkan koefisien produktivitas yang ada pada AHSP-SNI Peraturan Kementrian PUPR No.28 Tahun 2016 Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh selama 14 hari pengamatan dan berjumlah 22 sampel pengamatan, danpengamatan tersebut menunjukkan 93% rata-rata untuk efektivitas, Produktivitas pekerja konstruksi untuk pasangan dinding adalah untuk mandor dan kepala tukang 31,20 m²/hari, tukang sebesar 10,40 m²/hari dan pekerja 3,47 m²/hari. Sementara untuk hasil produktivitas AHSP-SNI yaitu 66,67 m²/hari untuk mandor, 100,00 m²/hari untuk kepala tukang, 10,00 m²/hari untuk tukang dan 3,33 m²/hari untuk pekerja, sehingga didapatkan selisih, yaitu 35,47 m²/hari untuk mandor dan kepala tukang 68,80 m²/hari,tukang - 0,40 m²/hari, serta pekerja -0,13 m²/hari. Dimana untuk hasil minus memiliki arti bahwa hasil di lapangan lebih tinggi tingkat produktivitasnya dibandingkan dengan ketentuan AHSP-SNI Peraturan Kementrian PUPR No.28 Tahun 2016. Kata Kunci: Produktivitas; Tenaga Kerja; Konstruksi.
