Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran tingkat kreativitas siswadalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dengan menggunakanmetode problem solving di SMP 2 Solok Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakanmodel penelitian deskriprif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIdi SMP 2 Solok Selatan pada tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Sampel penelitian adalahkelas VIII1. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan padakreativitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraandengan menggunakan metode problem solving. Hal ini dapat digambarkan dariide dan aksi (cara) siswa mengeluarkan ide tersebut. Di kelas VIII1, dalammempersentasekan jawabannya dilakukan oleh 2 orang wakil dari masing-masingkelompok (5 kelompok = 10 orang atau 30 % dari 40 orang siswa) dengan carayang tenang, serta menggunakan intonasi suara yang jelas dan tegas. Selanjutnya,gambaran tingkat analistis siswa dapat diukur melalui perbedaan pendapat,kemampuan merangkai/menghubungkan 2 hal yang berbeda, dan kemampuanmenganalisa data yang tersedia. Di kelas VIII1, ada satu kelompok, yaitukelompok I yang anggotanya memiliki perbedaan pendapat dalam membahassuatu persoalan.ABSTRACTThis study aims to see a picture of the level of creativity in the learningprocess using the Citizenship Education problem solving in SMP 2 Solok Selatan.This study used a research deskriprif model. The population in this study wereeighth grade students in the Junior 2 Solok Selatan in the academic year2011/2012. The research sample was VIII1 class. The results of this study showedthat an increase in creativity in the learning process Citizenship Education usingproblem solving methods. This can be illustrated from the ideas and actions (how)students issued the idea. In class VIII1, the answer presented by 2 representativesfrom each group (5 groups = 10 or 30% of the 40 students) in a quiet tone of voiceand use of clear and unequivocal. Furthermore, students' analytical level overviewcan be measured through differences of opinion, the ability to assemble / connect2 different things, and the ability to analyze the available data. Abstract

AbstractConvergence Analysis of Kampar Indigenous Law System with the inheritance of Islamic Law System is a comparative study that falls within the scope of normative legal research with a qualitative approach. Analyzing the fields of two inheritance systems in which each field of the two legal systems has a tendency to equality of functions and objectives, especially in the field of legal structure, legal substance and legal culture, which becomes a point of convergence naturally so that the change takes the form of evolution.keywords: convergence, legal system, inheritanceAbstrakAnalisis Konvergensi Sistem Hukum Waris Adat Kampar Dengan Sistem Hukum Waris Islam merupakan suatu studi perbandingan yang masuk dalam lingkup penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Abstract

Abstract: H. Tengku Ilyas is one of the leading figures in defending and filling independence in Riau Province. H. Tengku Ilyas has many roles in maintaining and filling independence in Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to find out the life history of H. Tengku Ilyas, to find out the role of H. Tengku Ilyas before the colonial era, to know the role of H. Tengku Ilyas in maintaining independence, to find out the role of H. Tengku Ilyas in filling independence in the field of government. The results of this research are many contributions given by H. Tengku Ilyas during his lifetime. During the Netherlands colonial period, he was tasked with collecting taxes from the society to be submitted to the Netherlands. During the Netherlands Aggression II, he was assigned to become the Coordinator of the Districts of Kepenuhan and Tambusai, he was assigned to carry out defense and supplies preparation in the Tambusai area and Kepenuhan. After the Netherlands Aggression II ended many contributions of H. Tengku Ilyas in filling independence. One of them is becoming the Mayor of Pekanbaru. When he became Mayor, education began to increase, roads were widened and paved. The method used in this research is a historical research method which consists of four stages, namely heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The data obtained from interviews were added with data obtained from books and archives. The data obtained from the results of interviews and literatures are then analyzed by my own language. The place of this research in writing scientific paper in Pekanbaru. The data collection techniques used were documentation, interviews and related literature in the role of the H. Tengku Ilyas figure in maintaining and filling independence in Riau Province.Key Words: Role, Fighters Figuree

Abstract

Abstract: The reading of the text of the proclamation read by Ir. Soekarno on August 17, 1945 was the first step to declare the Indonesian nation as an honorable nation. But the period after the proclamation of Indonesian independence turned out to be still a pretty hard time for the people of Indonesia. Indonesia is demanded to be able to maintain the independence it has gained. The period in which the Indonesian people must struggle to maintain independence is known as the 1945-1950 Revolutionary period. Popular resistance during the Revolution took place in many places, one of which was Labuhanbatu. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out the background of the struggle of the people of Labuhanbatu, 2) to find out the Arjuna Battalion, 3) to find out the process of the struggle of the people of Labuhanbatu, 4) to find out the end of the struggle of the people of Labuhanbatu. As for this study using qualitative methods and data obtained from interviews plus data obtained from books and archives. The result of this study is that the struggle to maintain independence in Labuhanbatu is a collaboration between the TNI guerrilla forces and the people of Labuhanbatu. Where the people loyal to help the movement of guerrilla fighters by providing assistance. Like being willing to feed, providing information about enemy forces, even willing to die to keep quiet about the whereabouts of fighters, and dismantling the points and disconnecting telephone lines. All that in order to hamper enemy movement approaching guerrilla troops. With a burning enthusiasm guerrilla forces ready to storm the enemy forces, until there were various battles in the Labuhanbatu areas.Key Words: Struggle, Independence, Labuhanbatu

Abstract: Manyambau Tradition is an accompaniment or parade activity carried out by ninik mamak and kemenakan from a place to a certain place which is usually held by the Chaniago tribe community in Kenegerian Rokan Kecamatan Rokan IV Koto Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out the process of carrying out the scolding activities in Kenegerian Rokan Sub-District Rokan IV Koto Rokan Hulu District . (2) To find out the function of the activities of Swarming the community in Kenegerian Rokan Sub-District Rokan IV Koto Rokan Hulu Dictrict. (3) To find out what values are contained in the activities of Swarming in Kenegerian Rokan Sub-District Rokan IV Koto Rokan Hulu District. (4) To find out what shifts occur in the activities of Screaming in Kenegerian Rokan Sub-District Rokan IV Koto Rokan Hulu District. (5) To find out the causes of changes in values, functions, and procedures in the activities of Screaming in Kenegerian Rokan Sub-District Rokan IV Koto Rokan Hulu District . The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Abstract

Abstract: In the traditional view, women are identical as weak, delicate and emotional. Along with the emancipation movement more and more women can appear at the forefront as leaders who were previously dominated by men. Many efforts have been made by Riau women leaders to promote their fellow human beings. One of them is Hj. Roslaini who seeks to advance women through various women's organizations in Riau. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out the life history of Hj. Roslaini, 2) to find out the role of Hj. Roslaini in empowering woman at Riau, 3) to find out the challenges faced by Hj. Roslaini in empowering women at Riau, 4) to find out the existence of Hj. Roslaini at empowering woman right now. The research uses the historical method and data obtained from the interviews plus data obtained from books and archives. The results of this study Hj. Roslaini was born on September 27, 1938 in Pasir Pengaraian from the couple Djadin bin Pinang and Baiyah binti M. Karim. Hj. Roslaini became active in women's organizations in 1970, through these organizations Hj. Roslaini seeks to empower women. The organization that had been followed by Hj. Roslaini is PERTIWI, Dharma Wanita, PKK, BKOW, BKKKS, BKMT, Pusdatin Puanri and PRBF. In an effort to empower women Hj. Roslaini has the challenge of managing members of her organization, lack of understanding and concern for women in education and health, lack of women's self-confidence and people's perspectives on abilities. Abstract: Biography is the story of a character's life journey written by someone else based on information from the character or other sources. In this case, the author raised the biography of a Riau community figure, Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab. The purpose of this study is 1) to describe the biography of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab, 2) to describe the role of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab in the field of education, 3) to describe the role of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab in the field of politics, 4) to describe the role of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab in the field of socio-cultural, 5) to describe the role of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab in the field of health, 6) to describe the role of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab in the field of economics and the world of the press, 7) to describe the works made by Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques in the form of interview, literature and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab was born in Bagansiapi-api, Rokan Hilir on September 30, 1941. He had many roles. In the field of education by building educational institutions and providing scholarships to students. In the field of politics as the President of the Free Riau Movement. In the field of health as a doctor, he established a hospital. In the filed of socio-cultural together with Al-Azhar and Soeman HS founded the Riau Cultural Institute. In the field of economics by attending present in various meetings such as Asia’s Role in The Changing World, International Conference, Taipe-Taiwan 1992 and Tokyo-Japan and in the world of the press with Prof. Drs. Suwardi MS and Soeman HS founded the Genta newspaper. Then, he also actively wrote one of them ”Tempias” which is published every Sunday in Riau Pos. Abstract: The Great Mosque of Madani Islamic Center was built based on the idea of the Regent at that time, Mr. Drs. H. Achmad, M.Si, that the mosque was founded because in the Rokan Hulu Regency area there was no representative mosque to serve as a place of prayer and religious activities at the district level. In 2015 the Great Mosque of Madani Islamic Center was awarded as the best mosque in Riau Province. The purposes of this study are 1) To find out the background of the establishment of the Great Mosque of Madani Islamic Center in Pasir Pengaraian Rokan Hulu Regency 2) To find out the function and role of the Great Mosque of Madani Islamic Center on community life in Rokan Hulu Regency 3) To determine the impact of the existence of the Great Mosque of Madani Islamic Center towar life in Rokan Hulu Regency 4) To find out tourists' perceptions of the existence of the Great Mosque of Madani Islamic Center in Rokan Hulu Regency. The method of this research is qualitative and quantitative. The result of this study shows that the existence of the Great Mosque of Madani Islamic Center has a significant impact on the society life in Rokan Hulu in social, economic, educational and religious tourism fields.Key Words: The Great Mosque of Madani Islamic Center, Society Life

Abstract

Media is a tool needed in learning activities that aim to help learners more easily understand the subject matter. This study aims to find out how important media interactive CD-based character in the course Development of Learners. This research uses the descriptive method with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire given to students who follow the recovery of the students' progress. Based on the results of the study 81.25% of respondents stated that they have never seen a character-based interactive CD media in the course of the development of learners. They suggested that the making of character-based interactive CD because with the media is expected subject matter more easily understood. So far, the media are still in the form of power points and textbooks so that learning activities are less interesting. From the results of this study suggested to the lecturers in order to create a more interactive media such as character-based interactive CD for the course of the development of learners.

Abstract

Abstract: Sukarno Rajita was one of the military figures of the Indonesian army of the armed forces that operation trikora in West Irian in 1961-1962. Sukarno Rajita was born in Cirebon, October 2, 1939 by parents named Rajita and Ratiah. Sukarno Rajita was the first child of seven siblings and played a role in operation trikora in West Irian. The purpose of this study was to determine the background of the life of Sukarno Rajita, to figure out the role of Sukarno Rajita as a figure in the operation of operation trikora in West Irian, to determine the values of the struggle of Sukarno Rajita as to figure out the operation of trikora operation in West Irian and to determine the performance of Sukarno Rajita from the government. Data analysis uses historical writing method that consists of different phases, namely heuristics, criticis, interpretation and historiography. The results of this study were that Sukarno Rajita followed special military training for gun commanders. Sukarno Rajita carried out the operation of trichora in 1961 in the context of the liberation of Western Irish. He was assigned as Tamtama to measure distances to measure the range of fire of an air rifle. During the operation of the trichora, Sukarno Rajita used the main weapon system (defense equipment) with the use of air defense, the cannon. After completing the operations, Sukarno Rajita was placed in the Pekanbaru area.
